Dear sir my credit line loan has been approved on 1 March 2023 but still it is showing in processing and money not credited in bank. It is already 4days running so please kindly look into the matter and disburse the amount as soon . Before I took Two times loan from Cashe and it got credited within 10 mins after approval for which i refer to many of my friends to use Cashe.But this time it was already 4days delay after approval.So, please kindly disburse my laon amount in to my bank account.

    I've paid all my due in correct time. But they are calling me often and said "you should pay your due with penalty". Approximately 20times they asked me to send the screenshot of my payment and I also sent all screenshots to them. Even though they didn't close my account.. That's why I couldn't borrow housing loan.. Its very urgent.

      Dear Sir/mam,
      I am an existing customer of Cashe. Due to urgent situation I applied for a loan on 2nd March 2023. It was approved, however amount is not yet Disbursed and it still shows as processing. As Cashe claims instant disbursement, it's incorrect. Delay is disbursement will impact me badly as I applied for an urgent situation. Kindly help in expediting this.

      Well it looks like this is not going to get resolved. We take this loan on high ROI due to certain commitments but if those are not solved due to this delay it does not make any sense

          Hi,

          I have done the settlement for CASHE finance on 18th oct & still they re trying the ECS with my HDFC account. It looks like they re trying to do some fraudulent transactions.
          I even stopped using the bank account but, still they re bouncing intentionally.
          I have screenshot of settlement letter & payment proof with me.
          I paid ₹40000 in a single shot!!

              Ap is showing we are transferring your loan amount. Thank you for your patience. It’s been more than 24 hours with this error message. The customer care is unresponsive. As per policy the amount need to be credited in 15-20 mins. Resolve at the earliest. Even after multiple to reach customer support they are not responding

                We are transferring your loan amount thank you for your patience is reflecting. Please help. This is the error since last 24 hours. Customer support is unresponsive. All docs have been submitted. As per policy amount needs to be credited in 15-20 mins. It’s been more than 24 hours now.

                            CASHe / Bhanix - You guys supposed to disburse the loan amount immediate basis once the customer apply for the same against his / her approved credit line, but why is it taking so many days & you people are giving us fake excuses like technical glitches at Bank end for the delay? Pls disburse the loan amount by today without further delay & request you do not get back with robotic reply. Quick resolution will lead to change in rating of your application at play store.

                                  Below mail you as per policy with in 2 working days amount will credited

                                  But still not credited need to take follow-up to your end .waiting from many days but no good feedback from your end, or customer cares always call gets disconnected due to all lines are busy

                                    5 years ago I met a colleage in office Named akshat sharma, after that I don't have any contacts with him, now from last 2 months cash e team calling me for him and talk so much rudely and use abusive language I was shocked and be like whats goin on, I don't even have any concern with this and I didn't gave any gaurentee, he just gave my number to chas e and they started calling me without any base.can I complain it to police or somewhere?
