So far, so good. CASHe is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. We hope CASHe will keep up the work and continue to help more customers with their concerns even better 🤝
For me its been a hassle, they approved my loan everything was E-mandate, E- signing for loan contract everything was done but when the time came for the money disbursement they said that there is an error from there side with my bank and gave the ETR of 5 days it been more than that and still money is not received it has been complete hassle for me they play a game and at the end they will ask to pay the emi on the same they will not extend that since they disbursed the loan late I dont know if a fraud happened to me or what but my experience with CashE was rediculas and I will not recommend this app to anyone and will escalate this matter to other social media platforms as well. I have sent many mails to their CS team as well still no response more than 3 days as per them the max tat really CashE, Do you value your customers at all???

I've been receiving calls from this app even though I've never taken a loan. These people are blackmailing me about circulating my apparent nude pictures. I've been getting calls from some Qureshi Shakib who's calling me every time and abusing me and asking me to sleep around and then pay him. I've emailed you but no response yet. I doubt any action will be taken against Qureshi Shakib and the other girl.

I am writing to Cashe customer care for days with no response, neither they have any customer care number to interact. Their TAT for responding on emails is in weeks. I am trying to repay my loans to cashe but its not going through. Such a pathetic experience.

I am existing customer with CASHE. I have applied for loan and it is approved on 11th feb 2023. I got update on app as "We are transferring loan amount".
But still we have not received disbursed loan amount in my bank account and when we check on web.cashe.co.in it is showing as active loan and next EMI date.
Team cashe please do the needful and process loan amount in my bank account.
I am attaching snapshot which give you details of loan number with active status.
also its already on very high interest rate, if you can't disbursed on time then please cancel as soon as possible

I have cashe loan which is auto debit initiated initially from the 1st time of my repayment. This is my 3rd installments the amount has been deducted on the same day on the the repayment date 10/02/23 However not reflecting in the application their executive are calling on Saturday Sunday rude and abusing. I email many times to cashe about my excess debit of emi and i got reply that it will be refund in 72 hours but it takes 7 days till now and i didnt get any refund.please refund it as soon as possible and second one is i applied for a loan and it is approved from 3 days and still it is in processing, i try many times to contact customer care but they didnt respond, we applied for a loan because we need in urgent

On 9th feb I have paid the emi amount yet you people keeps on calling me asking me to make a payment and even then right on call I am sending you screenshots showing that I have done it on 9th feb itself and your people say okay we will update it yet after an hour there’s a new person asking me to make a payment why should I pay again if I done it already. It’s been 4 hours since I applied for the loan, the company policy said to credit the amount within 15-20 mins, I’ve been scrolling through this portal, there are many complaints regarding the same. Either transfer the loan amount or change you company policy on EMI dates, it’s a scam.

The customer support is a waste, they never respond to any emails. They are just a waste in the name of instant personal loan app. I have been a CASHe customer for more than 1 year.
