      Its been 3 days, didn't get any cash in my bank account, when can I except it, its showing me processing stage only but didn't get the amount, mailed to the customer care id but no response from the team.

      Solve the issue asap.

        I have paid my dues last year but still cashe has not closed my loan, not given NOC and also not updated in CIBIL yet. They are even not responding for NOC or closure letter.

          Have completed the e-mandate and Esign on 11.02.2023. But till is showing me that still processing. As per your company rules, the money should credit with 10 to 20 mins after approval.

            I have cashe loan which is auto debit initiated initially from the 1st time of my repayment. This is my 3rd installments the amount has been deducted on the same day on the the repayment date 10/02/23 However not reflecting in the application their executive are calling on Saturday Sunday rude and abusing. I have told them it has been deducted they as me to sent proof of payment i have share in their watsapp or email to [protected]@cashe.co.in still they call non stop for 4-5 times no reply from the email as well

                I email many times to cashe about my excess debit of emi and i got reply that it will be refund in 72 hours but it takes 7 days till now and i didnt get any refund.please refund it as soon as possible and second one is i applied for a loan and it is approved from 3 days and still it is in processing, i try many times to contact customer care but they didnt respond, we applied for a loan because we need in urgent

                  On 9th feb I have paid the emi amount yet you people keeps on calling me asking me to make a payment and even then right on call I am sending you screenshots showing that I have done it on 9th feb itself and your people say okay we will update it yet after an hour there’s a new person asking me to make a payment why should I pay again if I done it already. Stop sending me payment links and calls and email you guys haven’t been replying or doing anything to resolve it I have already file a report against you guys because you have been mentally harassing me now.

                    It’s been 4 hours since I applied for the loan, the company policy said to credit the amount within 15-20 mins, I’ve been scrolling through this portal, there are many complaints regarding the same. Either transfer the loan amount or change you company policy on EMI dates, it’s a scam.

                      My loan has been approved on 9th feb 2023 but the amount still not get credited into my account. The status is still showing processing. I have applied loan for a medical emergency. The customer support is a waste, they never respond to any emails. They are just a waste in the name of instant personal loan app. I have been a CASHe customer for more than 1 year. If they took so much time to disburse the amount, is this the app we will be looking for in case of medical or any emergency

                                  I am existing customer with CASHE since last 2 year. I have applied for loan and it is approved on 9th feb 2023. On the same day I did enach process and got update on app as "We are transfereing loan amount".

                                  But still we have not received disusbursed loan amount in my bank account and when we check on web.cashe.co.in it is showing as active loan and next EMI date.

                                  Team cashe please do the needful and discursed loan amount in my bank account as for medical emergency.

                                  I am attaching snapshot which give you details of loan number with active status.
