I have availed a personal loan from Cashe and my last month EMI failed due to some personal reason. i requested for some extra time to clear due but their collection/recovery agents continiously calling and threating to calls my personal reference and using abusive languages from multiple nos. and calling on my watsapp no. and threatening with abusive words. please look in this matter.
Cashe recovery calls are mostly from Mobile No: [protected] and [protected].
guy called me from legal department and abused me in filthy language and also pointing out my personal attire and my caste and religion. They reserve the rights of collecting the money legally if iam not paid, but who gave the rights to abuse me using very filthy words and my caste. I need to go legally against them. They have not called for any apology, hence i am writing here, i need your help proceeding further.
