Hello team,

Even though the call is answered and informed about the payment they keep calling continuously the whole day . Though RBI have given proper guidelines they deny to follow it . They have accessed my contact list and have called my friends . More over they are calling my friends continuously (not less than 10 calls in one shot ) . They don’t care we live or die is what they tel on call .

    I have applied for instant loan. Even after the application is verified still money not credited. The representative told money will credit after E sign in 10 mins . Completed all formalities but still shows processing from 3 hours . Kindly help

                      Hi, i have not taken any loan from cashe or anywhere else for the matter of fact . People from cashe kept calling again and again harassing and disturbing whole day asking details of someone i know . However they have now started calling the numbers from contact list which they have hacked and informing my family and my friends that i have taken loan from them . I have also raised the same with RBI complaint forum

                        There was payment pending from my end which was due from long time, recently i came to know that i need to pay some amount, after knowing i paid half amnt today and raised a request for the sec hakf for 1 mnth time, there was person name called shailu kethavat, called to me and my family members and asking to pay the amount and misbehave with my mother in unwanted lang, and even she treated me that i ll send police n legal authority to your home and make you suffer and asked me to share the live location for this process, there was even proof for this in call records and even cashe manger also had a word about this incident happens today, and i am filing a harassment case on here name with hyd branch cashe .

                          I have taken a loan from Cashe. Within few days after taking the loan I am going through a lot of medical emergencies in my house for which I am unable to pay the emis. I have already requested via two letters previously regarding the same but have not received any response. I am unable to pay the emis now but if given time then definitely will pay the total loan I have taken.

                                    My loan has been approved and I have e-signed it as well, along with auto debit registration.
                                    Its been 1 day but on app its still showing "we are transferring your loan amount". However, on the website the next emi date is showing as 23-Mar.
                                    I am yet to receive the amount but the emi date is set.

                                        It's been more than hours, my amount is not yet disbursed. As the promised time was 20 minutes and still in the processing state.

                                        Also, I could see that the amount is not yet reflected but the amount for EMI can be seen on Cashe Web Page. This is not acceptable.

                                        After reading your reviews, on harassment and more. I am afraid I would be treated as same even after repaying or something else.

                                        My CLN is #15820056

                                        Kindly CANCEL MY LOAN Application right now and also cancel the E-Mandate.

                                        I have received the Loan amount the next day.

                                        I have this same issue. I have applied for a 3rd loan from Cashe on 24th february 2023, In the application is its still showing processing. There were no dues or late payments on the first two loans. I have also raised a ticket on the cashe support portal. There is a support portal on whatsapp, when I messaged it they are saying "Apologies, our server is not responding at the moment. You may try again after some time." What should I do??
