I applied for a CASHe loan on the app on 6th February and after signing the mandate it’s been 3 days since it’s showing transferring the amount to bank on CASHe app. I still haven’t received the amount and when I check on their website, it’s showing that my EMI is due in 6th March, whileas I haven’t received the loan yet.

I have successfully completed e mandate and e nuch along with change of account number in cash e app. But my loan amount is still not credited to my account which is currently showing processing in the app. When will my loan amount be credited to my account? It's been 6days the amount is not credited in my bank .. I emailed to CASHe support team as multiple emails.., but no response from them please look into these issue and resolve .. I can see the instalment is processed for the upcoming month.CLN[protected]

Your representative named Mr. Shahid Rafik Shaikh having mobile number +91 [protected] promised me for getting a loan from CashE and he told me to deposit an amount of Rs4500/- which is 18% GST of the loan amount Rs25000/-, I paid him via GooglePay to his number having transaction number[protected].

After that he has not been responding to my calls or messages. Please i need help on this.
