      I have ordered a lenevo all in one desktop from cashkaro on 26 Oct of Rs 57289 and Got rs Rs 2864.30 as cashback which to be confirmed on 21 Jan.
      Without informing me they cancelled
      Now After asking they are asking me to take only 300 Rs because according to them lenevo denied the transaction .
      I m very disappointed . They doit fraud 😠

        Hello

        I have already raised complaint against this issue but still not yet resolved that On November 7 2020 made a transaction through cashkaro to purchase a product SUPERSMELLY... Where cashback amount was ₹500 and expected date of credit was 27/12/20...so i did nt raise any complaints against this issue but now I'm unable to register complaint and still i didn't receive my cashback... Help me out and reply me as soon as possible. Below are some details about the product of purchase...

          I had ordered products using cash karo.I received email stating my cashback has been paid on 28.12.2020 using amazon gift card i checked email but did not find any mail.
          I also contacted customer support but did not receive any reply.
          Please look into this matter

              My Account I'd is : [protected]@outlook.com . I had redeemed my @268 cashback as a Amazon coupon to [protected]@yahoo.com . I had received message the same as processed.
              Today I had received another message "Your Cashback from CashKaro has been Paid!" . I dont know where you paid my @268 rupees. I checked my email inbox & spam box. please tell where is my Cashback.

                Hello cashkaro team,

                On November 7, 2020 made a transaction through cashkaro to purchase a product SUPERSMELLY... Where cashback amount was ₹500 and expected date of credit was 27/12/20...so i did nt raise any complaints against this issue but now I'm unable to register complaint and still it shows pending and didn't receive my cashback...                   I have done shopping of at least 1 lakh in previous all payments were done through CashKaro app and they gave me rewards near about 1700 INR and their expected dates stated from 1 Jan right now as per this complaint it is 5 Jan and I still haven't got any rewards as confirmed

                  so I kindly request that give me those estimated rewards as soon as possible

                    On 17th October i got message that 343.40 cashback tracked and credited in my account for my transaction on flipkart grocery. But today i got message that 57 rs is tracked and credit in my account.

                        Issue - cashback tracked is incorrect /less. Tracked through missing ticket

                        This is a new myntra account just opened before placing the order and this is the first order of the account.
                        But the cashback received is as per the existing account, which is completely wrong.

                        Myntra order no[protected]-4030701 originally entitled cashback expected rs 488
                        (8% cashback on order amount 3621 + 199 bonus cashback according to your term)
                        But received only rs 105.44 as cashback.
                        New myntra account so eligible for 8% cashback and rs 199 bonus cashback as well.
                        Package value rs 3621.00
                        Bank cashback rs 361.96

                          My transactions pertaining to oct, nov, dec 2019 are not displaying in "my earnings" bucket. I did most of the transactions in the same period and which used to be displayed earlier but not displaying now. Most of the huge transactions i did in the same period. I am following up since february'20 with the customer care of cashkaro team but did not get resolution.

                          Seems like, it is simple trick which cashkaro team playing out. All the customers will purely perform the transactions considering the offers being held by it.

                          Post the transactions performed and even displayed the cashback under the bucket, simple, wiping off all the transactions at a time and does not provide any resolution even after the followup.

                          Requesting you to take action on my request please.

                          They are sending the replies once in a blue moon and lefting out without the resolution.

                            I had redeemed my cash back as a coupon. I had received message the same as processed.
                            After some days I had received another message "Your Cashback from CashKaro has been Paid!" . I dont know where they had payed.
                            I had tried reaching customer care. They will not even responding / wrapping down the call after hearing every thing what i had said.
                            This is very sad.

                              Payment request made of rs.680/- on 16th may 2020, almost 2 months back via amazon gift card still not credited & showing pending on payment page. Already contacted customer support via site and mail, each time they are telling they have already processed my cashback and i will receive it within 24-48 to 10days but at the end, i receive nothing they give the same excuse again and again.
                              I have mailed, twitted many times but now even not reponding on mails...
                              I called customer support manisha, 1st told as hold bcoz of multiple accont,, after telling to proof, they talled it wrong done & assurred with do in next 10 days but still nothing happened.. No emails.. No contact.. Fraud company.. Poor service support.. I did wrong to faith on him..

                                I have made transactions using my icici card and was able to see the accumulated cashback of rs3000 until jan 21, 2020. All the money shown is confirmed cask back with a payment due date. Suddenly my balance become zero and after contacting them 2 times and waiting for almost 2 weeks, i was again asked to wait for 2 weeks and i was told it is issue with icici bank. I would like to get the issue resolved so that i can claim the cashback as the payment due date.

After a desired period of time... I will get 1080 rupees... But on the confirmation date of cashback... You refused to give me cashback... This is not fair... We all invest money through our personal savings... Such a bad experience with cashkaro... Please give it asap.

                                    I used the cashkaro.com 1st time and purchased magzter subscription 1st time and my cashback tracked successfully which was to be confirmed 22nd dec 2019 when i didn't get any update till 24th dec and called the customer care they are saying your cashback is cancelled by partner.

                                    I was surprised how this company is making fool and cheating with their customer with giving irrelevant reasons (Which is pointless for customer) even after confirmation of cashback.

                                    If my issue will not be resolved within a week it would be proved as fraud by cashkaro.

                                    I would request cashkaro.com to resolve this issue immediately to avoid any panic in future.

                                      My transaction made for magzter subscription purchase via cashkaro.com is tracked but cashkaro is not confirming the same.

                                      I am surprised the tracked cashback not confirmed.

                                      It seems as have been cheated my hard earned money by cashkaro.com

                                      If my issue will not be resolved i will escalate such cheating at very big level.

                                      There is no such issue with other cashback sites.
                                      Seems cashkaro.com's system & conditions is designed to trap and cheat the customers.
