Dear sir/madam

I subscribed to magzter gold through my cashback email id [protected]@gmail.com on 06 february 2018. The payment was confirmed but i didn't recieve the cashback of 1050 on my wallet. Please help me to resolve this issue as i need the money very desperately. I have already sent email at [protected]@cashkaro.com to resolve the issue but there was just an automated mail from there side, not any satifactorily reply. My order no for magzter was[protected]. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

Our customer support team received your email yesterday and the automated reply was just an acknowledgement of the same. You must have received a resolution by now. Since your transaction did not track automatically, we will add it to your CashKaro account through a Missing Cashback Ticket. This will reflect in your account as "Pending" within 24 hours. As per the procedure, it will be Confirmed within 60 days and you may then transfer the same to your Bank account or redeem as Amazon/Flipkart gift voucher.

        I bought some deals worth 7404 rs from nearbuy via cashkaro on 29th november. At that day there was 6.5% cashback on purchasing any deal from nearbuy and after purchasing the deal, i did not received any cashback they changed the terms and conditions from their website. Now they are telling that there was no offer for purchasing deals from barbecue nation vouchers. They told me that there was no offer for barbecue nation. I told them clearly that i bought the vouchers from nearbuy not from barbecue nation, i even have the conversation recorded that. I will suggest that do not buy any deal from barbecue nation.

                  Offer : rs 300 amazon gift card just for applying on bank bazaar via cashkaro.com.

                  Thus i applied to bankbazaar credit cards and loans via cashkaro.com
                  When i tried to login my cashkaro.com account (Screenshot attached), i found that i am unable to login and thus i contacted them via email.

                  They are now denying the coupons denying that there were too many applications. Thus we cant provide you.

                  I trusted their words and applied for those applications. Now they earned money out of my applications and not giving my vouchers worth rs 2400.

                  I want all my couons totalling to rs 2400.

                    My name is monika and i am registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com. I requested my cashback via flipkart gift card on 17 january 2016. As there is no option to request the cashback, i opted for the gift card. I even didn't get any confirmation or response from their side.
                    On 21 january 2016, i again contacted through the cashkaro portal to remind for the gift card. On the same day, i got the mail from the cashkaro team that they will resolve it as soon as possible. But i am still waiting for their reply and the gift card.

                      Recently Cashkaro.com had started either delaying cashbacks or are declining cashbacks.

                      I have transacted through them since a long time but I guess it's time to switch to some other BETTER cashback websites.

                      My cashback for Makemytrip was declined saying makemytrip didn't believe the transaction was done through cashkaro.

                      For Oyorooms my Cashback was supposed to be completed by 19th Oct is still not completed.

                      Their customer care team is also not responding.

                              I have ordered Nykaa Product in the cashkaro.com link.. i didnt receive any cashback..But in the Website, it is mentioned as cashback offer in Nykaa Product.So dont trust this website.
                              My cash karo cash back earning amount was Rs1108.32 upto last wk & I initiated amazon gift card for the same but I never received that till date where as I already bought some items from amazon i.e. about 3000.00 but your system showing that earning cash back paid to me but that not reached upto me .so do the need full my code is 1311729

                                    I had a purchase on pepperfry and i received cash back on Cashkaro.com.
                                    The date of confirmation was supposed to be 07-Apr-2016 but till today it is not confirmed.

                                    Also I called Cashkaro and had a talk with executive that since there was delay from pepperfry end I will recieve within a week. ITS ALREADY 3 WEEKS Before i heard this from executive but NO CONFIRMATION.

                                    Now I am calling and no one is calling back neither picking up calls. Worst customer care and response.
