Hi,

This is sonthu chatterjee. I am a cashkaro account holder who shops quite frequently through cashkaro. While doing shopping i have accrued some cashback more than rs 250/- (Exactly rs 468) /-which i have asked them to deposit into my account. I have given all the bank details to them to deposit the money. It has been nearly 8 days now and i did not receive my money into my account yet.

I have sent a mail but in vain, also tried to call their contact numbers but nobody picking it up. Please help me in this regard.

    I would like to bring to your notice that i did not get my amazon cashback rewards even after expected date. its already a month after expected date. As i got mail form cashkaro on 15-Apr-2016 that "Amazon is conducting their compliance process on risk and fraud management." I need update on this that how long will this process takes to receive cashback.
    And there is no reply for my mail even after mailing Customer support for 2 times. I request to process my request as soon as possible.

        i have transfeered the amount of Rs 818 rupees to my bank account and still not transferred from more than 3 weeks and customer care is also not replying and even picking up the phone .

          I have opted for amazon coupon as a cashback option. I had balance of rs 1548. Did not received any amazon gift card on mail.
          I tried to contact them several times but didn't get any reply on mail or tried to call them but nobody is picking up the call.
          They have told that the amazon voucher will get on mail in 5-7 days.
          They have faked about their services and promises.

            I have requested for the payment of my confirmed cashback of Rs 1007 into my bank account but its been 3 weeks still the payment didn't got credited into my bank account. I have also raised few tickets on cashkaro website but no response is received from there support team.
            Also the contact number mentioned on there website seems to be switched off.

              I purchased an external hard disk through paytm. For which i navigated through cashkaro.com's link, so that i could get cash back in cash karo account. But after even few weeks of delivery of this product i did not get any cash back. This site is cheating. I have added a picture for the paytm purchase. The pictures also has order id and transaction id. I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible or else i'll go to consumer court and file a case against cashkaro.com.

                  Made three hotel bookings from makemytrip.com after clicking through cashkaro.com in december 2016. Cashback of rs. Cashback for rs. 337.50 was tracked for each transaction. But now it is cancelled by cashkaro saying that retailer has not approved the same.

                  I even forwarded them the delivery confirmation email from retailer (Makemytrip hotels) along with screenshots of retailer's order history page in a separate email. But after second review also the cashback was not given and they are saying it was attributed through some other channel.

                  If cashback is successfully tracked by cashkaro.com for a particular transaction, then how can the retailer or cashkaro simply deny the cashback saying it was attributed through some other channel. The whole is not transparent.

                  They are coming up with an absolutely vague reasons for not paying the due cashback.

                  i didnt get fulll cash back

                  i purchased clothes for about 5000 and i only get 435 as cash back, before two days the total cash back displayed is 833, it disappear after 3 days and finally 91

Last month i had contacted costumer care they said it will be available for payment on 15 april which is a month late but still now april is near end and nearly 45 days past the date of cashback available for payment iand i had not received a penny from cashkaro

For orders placed at amazon/flipkart, it provides reward point which can be redeemed as amazon/flipkart voucher or can be transferred to any wallet which is mentioned on its website. Just because of this information, i placed the order and got reward point at cashkaro. Now, i am trying to redeem my rewards to my wallet, but now they are forcing me to redeem the rewards to amazon vouchers. I contacted their customer support but no reply has been received. I posted the same on their fb wall, but no proper resolution.

                                    I have redeemed my Reward points into flipkart coupon of Rs 250 on 4th April 2016. But till now i have not received any gift voucher from cash karo.com.

                                    I have also done one recharge from visting freecharge from cashkaro.com, which gives 25% cashback for recharge above Rs50. I have made a recharge of rs 120 on 7th April 2016. But not received any cashback till now.

                                      These people aren't confirming cashback in my pending status. They make fool by saying you might have returned product. Today is 6th april and they haven't confirmed my 7 transactions till now which are in pending status. Making fool to customers saying they give cashback. Do recharges are returned anywhere ?? What foolish replies they give. Always they send thankyou emails never pick up calls.

                                        I have placed missing cashback tickets since 18th of feb 2016. Today is 22nd of March 2016, still no answers on my MISSING CASHBACK tickets.

                                        Also, my pending cashbacks are still not confirmed though the dates are passed. I emailed Cashkaro, contacted them but no replies. They never pick up calls. Very disappointed.

                                        Still no one contacted. since days I have given my contact. Also they haven't yet answered any of my queries as well. What are they doing ? Are they going to pay my cashback or making fool o[censored]s and taking money like this indirectly from sites and not paying to us.
