I m unable to login into 'my earning' section, it shows 404 error and in that account there was 1200 rs magszter cashback and also last i checked on 21 oct and my cashback was not confirmed but expected date was 20th oct

They took my money and blocked my account, if my cashback will not get confirmed then ill put a complain on *jago grahak jago*

    I reedem my payment in amazon gift card and time frame is 5 to 7 days to recy payment
    After 7 days i contact to support they are giving no response
    On 12th day they told me a security check has been done of your account you recieved your payment within another 10 to 12 days now total 25 day s passes now i message to support now they are telling you breach security because of multiple account and it's completely wrong
    The another account is my wife account mobile is different name different mobile no different
    Both mobile device id are different then also they are cheating with there loyal customer
    Please help me to sort out my problem

    Such type of cheap activities will spoil ratan tata image

    Ratan sir please don't gives your name in the hand of such type of lier sites they are making fool to their customer

    Say directly we are not giving cash back only making fool to u and rest of all people like me who feel cheated by cashkaro
    Guys please use paisawapas in place of cash karo because they are only cheating with innocent buyer
    I bought magzter gold via cashkaro and I got cashback 1050 but they're saying this cashback transfer my bank account in 23rd December 19. When 23rd December comes cashback automatically cancelled.

      [re: 551044] payment request made almost 3 weeks back via amazon gift card still not credited. Already contacted customer support via site and mail, each time they are telling they have already processed my cashback and i will receive it within 24-48 hours but at the end of 48 hours i receive nothing they give the same excuse again and again.

      Yesterday also when i messaged them on facebook they asked me to wait 24 hours and told that they will process my gift voucher within that time. Also, they have stopped replying me over emails. Their customer service number is not getting connected even after waiting more than 10 minutes. I am tired of mailing and messaging them again and again. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

          I am trying to withdraw the reward as gift card from last 15-20 days. After otp verification, the page redirects to the same page like nothing happened due to which unable to request for the reward.

          I have sent 3 emails but no response. I even tried on [protected] / [protected] but there is no response the call is being connected to ivr and wait.. Wait and just wait.

          This is the first time i am facing issue with them. Not sure if there is some technical issue or something else.

          I hope, they will answer here. Otherwise, i will have to move toward zingoy or other alternative.

            Hey my cashaback of spoyl tranction is cancelled for no reasons please confirm my cashback as soon as possible because my order are delived to me and i am also sharing your the screenshots of order history page please sir/mam confirm my cashback. And u are saying that you are ratan tata funded and doing such fake activities please i am reqesting you dont fool peoples when we wait for 3 months and cashback gets cancelled it feels very bad.

              This is so annoying that every time cashkaro is creating a problem in giving cashback and gift card.. I have earlier also raised a complaint about cashback transfer to bank account.. It got solved after contacting 100 times.. But now they are not giving gift card i have requested payment in form of gift card but i have not received it. So please do not use cashkaro.. It is very unresponsive website... It only gives response when you complain.. Otherwise they do not give money back...

                  I have requested cashback atleast 15 days back in form of amazon coupon. not recieved it yet. no replies to email phone calls. they say coupons get delivered within 5 working days. no one is listening.

                      I purchased clothes from cashkaro.com on 5th Feb 2019 they gave me cashback of ₹ 400.51 but the cashback is still not confirmed after the said period.. They are not picking up the phone, not replying to emails. They are duping their customers on the name of ratan tata. My money has been not confirming... It has been more than 3 months.
                      I got this message 6 days ago from cashkaro...

                        I'm having issues logging onto cashkaro.com and i have already raised a ticket for it. They asked for my phone number and haven't contacted yet. I'm not sure what they have done to my account. When i try to login, it says email id was not found. I verified the password (Btw i use autofill so no chance of forgetting the password). The customer service is terrible. You send a query and they get back to you after a month.

                            I did transaction on nnnow through cashkaro.com on 15th jan 2019. When i checked back my earnings at cashkaro.com my earning section i didn't see any cashback. So, there was an option named "missing cashback ticket". Then i clicked on it to submit a ticket, but it says that i have to wait for 72 hours to raise my missing cashback ticket. After 72 hour i placed missing cashback ticket for nnnow transaction and now after so much problems and waiting for 3 months now they are saying that your cashback is being cancelled because product is being returned or delivered. I have also sent them screenshot for delivery confirmation but they are not confirming my cashback as you can see in the screenshot attached that they have confirmed all less amount cashback and are not confirming large amount transaction. Pls help me.

                                As cashkaro mentioned that there will be a cash back of rs.350 I done shopping on NNow on 2nd of December 2018...after that it shown that cashback will be provided after 3 months after the delivery ...
                                I waited for three months ...now after the period of three months when I open the site of cashkaro and saw the cashback was rejected because of no reason...I dint even return or replaced the product though I'm not getting my cash back

                                  I did transaction on Magzter through Cashkaro.com on 23rd April 2018 at around 10 PM. When I checked back my earnings at cashkaro.com My earning section I didn't see any cashback. So, there was an option named "Missing cashback ticket". Then I clicked on it to submit a ticket, But it says that I have to wait for 72 hours to raise my missing cashback ticket, keep in mind that the retailer in this case Magzter do not entertain any missing cashback after 10 days from the transaction date. So, I waited for 72 hours and proceeded to add a missing cashback ticket, to my surprise it didn't get through. Whenever I would submit my ticket it would always say that there was an error. What do I do?. Transaction amount was 999 rupees. Clearly the company doesn't care about it's customers. Ohh I forgot, I contacted them Via Email stating that I didn't get the cashback, the reply I received was "Please submit the details we would gladly help you". So I provided them with the transaction details and waited, 24 hours later there was another email from them stating that "they are waiting for my response". So again I sent an email now through the reply option. My last email I have submitted was on 29th April 11:25 AM.

                                  The main problem here is the retailer here "Magzter" don't resolve any ticket after 10 days from the date of the transaction. Now I have 3 days left to submit my ticket or else I will lose my cashback which I can not afford. One hand cashkaro missing ticket section doesn't work and in the other hand they are not replying to me through Email. I provided them with all the information they need and if they do not reply to the email I am going to lose my cashback. Because of their negligence they would consume my money and reply me after 10 days when the missing ticket adding window is closed.

                                  I am disgusted by this kind of behaviour, superficially they would act like they care about their customers, But when you require real problem to solve they would fall backward.

                                    I purchased clothes from cashkaro.com they gave me cashback but the cashback is still not confirmed after the said period.. They are not picking up the phone, not replying to emails.. I don't know what to do i want help.. They are duping their customers on the name of ratan tata. My money has been not confirming... It has been more than 3 months.. I need help

                                      There are no informations about my order and transaction details in the recent clicks page on your app about a a purchase i have made through flipkarteventhough rs 396 has been debited from my cooperation bank account. I checked your website and flipkart separately. However the recent clicks page shows about the dates of purchase (21april) pls tell me how can i receive my money back or the order itself...

                                        Cashkaro was showing a offer of magzter gold subscription. Therefore i subscribed magzter gold @ ₹999 through caskkaro app (On 10.04.19). But till now no cashback amount (₹1050) is credited. Though i raised ticket on this & wrote 4-5 emails to [protected]@cashkaro.com but they didn't solve the issue.
                                        Please credit the amount as soon as possible.

As we checked your records we found that the order ID shared by you while raising the Missing Ticket was incorrect which is why your Missing Ticket was resolved and not added to your account by your retailer. However, please be assured that we have now updated your order ID and raised your Missing once again. This will be manually tracked and added to your account within the next 72hrs.
