I have canceled the "PREPAID" PRODUCT from beautywholesale.in (jarms azim pvt limited, hyderabad) and the product is been returned to them successfully many days ago..
I m struggling for my refund..
They are just making excuses like in the messages I have shared a screenshot of ! And also I have attached my order confirmation mail..plz I do trust u
Plz provide me my REFUND😔😔
ITS BEEN MORE THAN 15 DAYS I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND. THEY are just making excuses...

    I purchased a domain at in.godaddy.com and payment was through UPI by CCAVENUE. I paid 4720 and it showed the payment declined. I again did the payment and it again showed declined. When I checked my bank statement, money was deducted twice. But money was not received by godaddy. So I waited for some time for money to be transferred back to my original account. I talked with customer care and I was told that after 24 hours, it will credit back to your account. It has been more than 24 hours, I have not received any reimbursement or reply from customer care and even the legal channels of CCAVENUE.

        I have made payment to max fashoin using ccavenue upi on 29th of september 2020. However the order was not placed and amount was debited from my account. I havenot recieved any refund for this transaction. The amount transacted was 999/-

              Hi cc avenue & home center,

              I placed an order in the homecenter, payment was successful but never got a confirmation of the order. When i see the app i still see the cart with items but amount from my bank account has been debited. I have attached the payment confirmation with this email for reference.
              I would request you to look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.

                On 26 Sept 2020, I tried to renew my Go Daddy domain and business email. I made a payment via my HDFC CC and the payment was successful. But I didn't receive any confirmation message from Go Daddy so I checked with them, only to know that they haven't received any payment from myside and if the transaction was failed, I'll get the refund with-in a week. Such things happened to me many times and usually I got the refund in couple of days so I thought its very normal.
                But even after more than 2 weeks, I didn't get any refund. CC Avenue doesn't have customer support number. They didn't replied to my emails thought I have kept their 4 level escalation contact in CC. Their customer support chat is hopeless. I've raised the dispute with my bank, thought they are very helpful, but from their side payment was successful and they are provided all the transaction details to me.
                From Go Daddy side, they didn't have any record of that transaction so they are not able to help me...
                CC Avenue didn't even replied to any of my mail.

                  I purchased products from Max Fashion app worth Rs.1884.60 on 7 Oct 2020 through Phonepe. The payment was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But neither i'm able to see the item ordered in the order history nor received any confirmation mail from max fashion. Please refund the deducted amount Rs.1884.60 asap.

                        I purchased 2 products 7 Oct 2020 from Max Fashion online site. I paid Rs.548 through gpay. The payment gateway was cc Avenue. My money got deducted but order was not placed. I contacted max customer care immediately. They told me its a payment gateway issue and my money will be refunded back to me within 24 hours. Its 48 hours now but did not get my money back. Is this payment gateway cc Avenue a fraud? I want my money back. This is really disgusting.

                            I have initialization add fund in my idfc frist bank account through idfc mobile banking app on 06/10/2020 and made online payment using google pay upi. Amount ₹ 50000/- was deducted from my account but still it not showing payment status in my idfc bank account payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from idfc bank nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction pending.

                                      I had performed a transaction by Indigo airline mobile app while booking my flight ticket. After the process, I got a pop up message that transaction initiated. However, the amount(Rs.11809.00) was deducted from my account. And I received a mail from ccavenue saying the order has been successfully placed. I also contacted Indigo airlines but they said that they did not get the money so they are helpless at their end. I would want ccavenue to respond since they mailed me saying the money was successfully transacted. Thank you.
