On 26 Sept 2020, I tried to renew my Go Daddy domain and business email. I made a payment via my HDFC CC and the payment was successful. But I didn't receive any confirmation message from Go Daddy so I checked with them, only to know that they haven't received any payment from myside and if the transaction was failed, I'll get the refund with-in a week. Such things happened to me many times and usually I got the refund in couple of days so I thought its very normal.
But even after more than 2 weeks, I didn't get any refund. CC Avenue doesn't have customer support number. They didn't replied to my emails thought I have kept their 4 level escalation contact in CC. Their customer support chat is hopeless. I've raised the dispute with my bank, thought they are very helpful, but from their side payment was successful and they are provided all the transaction details to me.
From Go Daddy side, they didn't have any record of that transaction so they are not able to help me...
CC Avenue didn't even replied to any of my mail.
CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
