      I have made an online payment of 2400 rupees to bharatmatrimony.com uisng CCAvenue payment gateway and step to "Error Ecnountered" page from CCAvenue. I got no mails for my online payment or any trnsaction failure. And the most amazing part is that my account has already been debited with 2400 rupees. I contact there online technical support, but no reponse. Send mails to [protected]@ccavenue.com and no response. I don't know are they going to get my money refunded or not.

      After this incident, I faith in online payment using payment gateway has shattered and I won't dare to make any transactions in future after this happens to me.

      Ask your back regarding this transaction. They will give you info and you can put a case against CCAvenue. I saw date now and its been two years that you put this complaint. You might have already got the money.

            I used TWICE ccavenue to buy PVR movie tickets from www.pvrcinemas.com site. The transaction was successful from my bank account but failed from ccavenue gateway, so my ticket didn't got booked but a total of 1240 (2*620) rupees was deducted from my account & more impotently, I didn't got any confirmation from either PVR or ccavenue regarding refund of my transactions, they don't have any customer care number/ email to contact on this issue.

              CCAVENUE — transaction error occurred

              While i was to paying online to BHU(banaras hindu university) for application, it directed me to ccavenue.com and then while transaction error occured. There is deduction of amount Rs 510 from my account but it didn't received by BHU. Kindly tell me how to get that money back.

                and when i contacted their seller they told me that they dont have particular item in their warehouse and all money will be refunded you through ccavenue.

                i contacted [protected]@ccavenue.com email and their reply is below :-

                This is to inform you that the merchant has initiated the cancellation process for order number 5227 for your transaction on Welcome To Reebok

                . This cancellation request has been forwarded to the concerned bank and we await their reply.Rest assured amount would reflect in your account as per the bank's procedure.

                Until then we request for your cooperation.


                then i checked it with bank after some days and bank told me that there is no amount which is credited back and from last 25 days i am calling bank customer care each day and i also sent so many emails to ccavenue and their reply is same and their reply is mentioned below :-

                Dear Varun ,

                Thank you for contacting Avenues, we appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

                This is in reference to your below mentioned mail.

                In response to your query we have checked with our records and were able to trace only one transaction of order number:: 5227 for an amount INR 3419.30 which has been cancelled.

                We would like to inform you that CCavenue is an online Credit / Debit card processing Company for your merchant and we do not play any role in delivery of the products / services as assured by your merchant. Also, be informed that cancellation / refund are the process which is always initiated by the merchant,CCAvenue cannot intervene in it.

                P.S: The card amount for the order number 5227 is blocked by your card issuing bank and will be reversed back to your account as per your card issuing bank's procedures and also please be informed the amount has not been acquired by CCAvenue since your merchant has not process the order.                 WHEN I CONTACTED BANK CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES @ 10 PM (IST) THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO AMOUNT WHICH IS CREDITED BACK AND WE DONT RECEIVED ANY SUCH TYPE OF MAIL OR INFORMATION AND THEY TOLD THAT IF ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE COMPANIES WANTS TO REFUND THEN IT WILL ONLY TAKE 2 HOURS NOTHING MORE THN 2 HOURS.


                MEANTIME I CONTACT SELLER AGAIN BUT NO REPLY

                I AM WORRIED BECAUSE MY 3,419.30 RUPEES IS JUST CAPTURED BY CCAVENUE.COM FOR NOTHING.

                    I have purchase an online flower Bouqet of Rs.375 for delivery to particular address on 09 february'2010 My Order No. is DOF-[protected].
                    But they reply my through mail on 10 february'2010 "We are sorry to inform you that we had cancelled your order as you have selected the order from regular delivery page of our website for the delivery on 14th February. The refund process takes 10 to 15 working days".
                    Till date I haven't recieved my refund money.I talked to them by telephonic conversation three times and also email them this matter but they replied me you will recieve money within 3 to 4 days but i didn't get it yet.
                    I also e-mail them 3 reminders also but did'nt recieved my money Rs.375 to my account yet.
                    We have refunded full order amount Rs.375 (8th March).
                    If you not received you money yet, then please talk with your bank or ccavenue.com (Payment gatway)
                    delhionlineflorists.com had taken the order by taking a payment through ccavenue.com so its his responsibility to send the payment to me because my bank has no problem in recieving money from anyone by any gateway.So you will need to check whether CCavenue returned money to your customer or not because i have a purchasing from u not ccavanue.So u have a full resposibility.
                    On dt. I recharged my idea mobile No. [protected] for Rs 100 but amount was not reflected in my mobile acount stii date.
                    incomplete Products delivered, Late
                    i ordered flowers, chocolates & a candle for valentines day Order id HDOF-[protected] .
                    order was given online on 11th feb 2011, for delivery on 14th feb 2011.

                    the gift was not delivered. we tried calling the number listed, but that is not in service.
                    the order status or the emails us link on the site doesnt work.

                    now a day later, they delivered only the chocolate box, with the flowers & candle missing.

                    i am currently in Italy, and wanted to surprise my girlfriend, rather this was shocking!!!

                    I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND OF MY MONEY!!!

                    ALSO THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO GO DOWN, WITH LEGAL CHARGES AGAINST THE OWNERS.

                      i have made a transaction from www.rechargeitnow.com to recharge my mob no [protected] of INR 333.0 .The amount is deducted from my pnb (punjab national bank )account. then i got a mail from rechargeitnow which states that

                      Payment deducted from bank but not sent to service provider

                      i made a payment for mol points at global.mol.com using netbanking with ccavnue
                      the patyment was for Rs 2,999 on 24 feb 2010
                      however,while the amount was deducted from my bank ccavenue took 7 days to finaly claim they had recieved it,after this they claim its been sucessfully acpeted at the merchant website
                      however the merchant webiste when contacted claim its still with ccavenue,even after 3 days cc avenue has refused...

                      I paid Rs.9090 to book a hotel room on Makemytrip.com (Ref #[protected]). I used Netbanking as payment option. After my bank processed the payment, CCAvenue gave an error that transaction id cannot be generated. The same happened when I tried to pay Rs.330 to DishTV (Ref #[protected]). So, this is not the problem of the merchants but of CCAvenue. They do not pick up my calls and the reply to my e-mail has been unsatisfactory.

                      I request you all to avoid using CCAvenue as they are not processing the payments well and not accounting for this mistake.

                      After a very bad experience with E- Billing Solutions ( EBS payment Gateway ). As i have closed my account with EBS on[protected] as per the commitment of Ebs Manager Mr. Anil Kumar my account will be live with in 30 - 45 days but around after 40 days my few option are live and till date my credit and debit cards are not live . I am calling Anil numbers of time but he ignore my calls . Finally three month ago i made a request for refund .
                      My personal experience with Ebs and specially very bad, I never recommend Ebs and Anil Kumar for payment gateway they are providing worst services in payment gateway .

                        I used ccavenue to register for bigflix movie rental service and the transaction failed ***************[protected] and ***************[protected]. so i tried again and it showed another error(2029) . the statement shows i was charged twice for something i never got! i tried to raise a dispute on ccavenue.com and there is another error regarding the webpage! i tried to find the contact no. and even that page has an error! is that how you scam your customers?

                        i agree with vaibhav, currently CCAvenue are facing some problems during the transaction at all portals, basically they are trying to update their payment page but unable to execute succesfully, and due to this lots of customers are facing problems,

                        the worst things is they are not accepting their fault and consumers are in black with their CC.

                        I think services of CCAvenue are failing

                        I am too the prey of their sick service...I bought some DVD from Moser Baer website which redirected me to CCAvenues gateway...after feeding them with the necessary details, I was just welcomed with an error page...and when I checked my bank account instantly, the mentioned amount was already deducted...I was not sure with whom I shud have contated the for the settlement.And these ridiculous services really puts we customers in the lurch with a very bad experience...
                        Guys CCavenues is the best payment gateway you ask any payment related query to customer care.

                        I got a strange transaction done on my account today (02-Apr-2010).
                        One debit and one credit with a transaction date of year 1624 and 1926 for an amount of 5466 and 5866.
                        when I called citi bank, they said that, CCAVENUE got authorisation for the transaction done on 2-Apr-2009 for the debit and for the credit transaction authorisation failed then.

                        I am completly bowled...

                        In year 1924, not sure if citi bank exists or CCAVENUE exists...even if they exist, atleast I do not exist during that time :-)

                        So, the online transaction are unsafe.
                        The citi bank officier is very confused and could not answer or trace my queries...

                          Hi,

                          I made a payment to a theatre for booking tickets through ccavenue.com. The transaction did not happen at that time and teh tickets are not booked, but ICICI bank sent the money the next day to CCAVENUE. But the tickets which I blocked were already booked by some other person because the money did not get transfered by the bank when I booked for the first time. The next day CCAVENUE sent mail saying that they received the money from the bank. when I went to the theatre and showed the order number to collect my tickets that orde rnumber gave by CCAVENUE did not book any tickets. I lost Rs.579 in the transaction. Noe CCAVENUE say that they transfered the money to CENTRAL THEATRES, COIMBATORE. When I asked to them about the money they ask me to contact CCAVENUE. Till date I did not receive any money.

                            I made an online payment for bouquet delivery. The site is http://www.floristbangalore.com/
                            When I fullfill all my details and submit the form to made the payment, it re-directed to CCAvenue.com, ..and after that I filled my SBI debit card details and click on pay button but after 5 mins a window came up saying "Error in Transaction" and the payment was not done. But the money got deducted from my account. RS 659

                              order no from customerneedz is[protected]. i booked a ticket from chennai to bangalore on march 9th. the next day their customer service agent called me and said since the bus was cancelled they would refund my money. itz over 2 month i have send so many emails & made so many phone calls, they keep blaming ccavenue their transaction processing vendor for the delay, when i asked this to be escalated to a manager, they keep saying manager is on meeting always. customers pl be aware for such kind of lethargic customer service and delay for no fault of your from customerneedz

                              I too had the same experience. Customerneedz will NOT refund the amount if you make a cancellation. I tried all the possible ways to get back the money, such as e-mails, calls to their customer care etc... But NO USE. Hence, please dont book tickets in Customerneeds as YOU WILL LOOSE THE ENTIRE MONEY IN CASE OF CANCELLATION.

                              Dear Biju, Our merchant CustomeNeedz initiated the refund after 2 months and we immediately iniated the refund within 24 hours with your bank. We cannot pro-actively initiate refunds without the merchants consent. We are just a payment gateway. In any case, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

                              I had similar issue, after processing the bus fare, ccavenue payment redirected it to custermerneedz.com but the site seems to be down, i didn't get the bus ticket and the money has been credited from my credit card, now the site itself is down, could you give the phone number of custmerneedz.com ??
                              i use to issue tkts i had deposited am 3073 on 2jun but till now am is notcridited and we have issued some tkts, but bus tkts are not vaild, we had return am .through my login id.i am already given police complaint.

But the online booking process was not fully completed even after my payment was taken from bank account, because some issue in customerneedz server, in this case immediately their customer service agent called me and told me that there was a problem in booking and dont go far further booking and she told me that the amount of Rs.2, 400/- is refunded to my bank account within 7 days. But so far their no action taken to refund the amount inspite of my lot of remainders and phone calls to customerneedz. No body has picking the phone or reply my mail for the past 7 days. And in this regard i have wrote mail to ccavenue regarding this issue and they were advised me to contact their merchant customerneedz regarding this issue. Overall this status very bad experience with customerneedz service. Overall this process i have lost my Rs.2, 400 towards this bad experience with Customerneedz.com.
                              I had ordered a DVD on www.krishcricket.com on 7th Nov, 09. I made the payment through ccavenue.com. The order number is 2259. I dont know if you people have sent the payment to the party. It is already been 10 days now.Please update soon because they have not yet sent the DVD to me. Its urgent!

                              I ordered some books a few days ago, I have had successful orders before from this company but this time CCAVENUE created problems, they took my money from acc but did not forward the money to the book company hence my money went down the drain, CCAVENUE has always done some nasty mistakes but their refund policy is unknown and unheard of...I am lucky this time as it was a small order but then it has created doubts in me as I often go or bigger orders as well...CCAVENUE must be exposed, it has caused enough problems for people who use online transactions

                              My complaint is regarding CCAVENUE.Com because i paid to www.shop4reebok.com and in 3 days this site is cancelled my order and my order number was 5227 by ccavenue.com for shop4reebok.com and i placed an order on 8th june 2010 but now its almost 30th june 2010 but CCavenue didnt refund any amount back to my account. I wrote so many emails to them and they just told me that there is some kind of blockage on my card and please contact my bank and when i contacted my bank customer through phone and by going directly to bank branch they just told me that this site captured amount Rs.3419.30 on 8th june but if they have to refund in just 2-3 days amount will be credited back but there is no amount till 30th june midnight 12 am :(

                              CC avenue have very poor customer service.
                              CCAvenue has the worst server ever. It uses a payment gateway of the lowest quality and always has chargeback issues. Thats why they need such a big team as there are always complaints. So many e-mail id's but not even one id replies to any of your e-mail. My suggestion is to stay away.

                                Same here. My order is CART 14986387. No gift received. No calls being taken. No replies to mails. A big hoax of a company it seems. I too have been trying the same numbers but they are switched off.
                                Exactly same here...Seems to be a big fraud...let me try to get the details where the money got credited...may be we can track them out.
