I paid my councilling fees rupees 5000 to tnea online through cc avenue platform at the date of 12/07/2019. This amount was not credited to tnea online and also not refunded to my account. I paid through indian bank. Please check my above information and send my amount rupees 5000 as soon as possible. Transaction id[protected]. Tnea replied me only 16/07/2019 amount was received to them. There is no double payment they received....

Account debited but dishtv not get recharged

I have recharged my dishtv vc no [protected] through canara bank internet banking via ccavenue - gateway on 22.09.2020 of rs 360/- bank account was debited but dishtv was not recharged. It's already 2 days gone neither my dishtv get recharged nor amount deducted is refunded. Transaction i'd no is i-ccavenue[protected] dtd 22.09.2020. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible....

Dear sir/ madam,

My self sameer jadhav. I did online payment transaction on google pay with cc avenue bill desk process. Payment was deducted from my account but not credited to bharat gas due to which i had to pay to bharat gas cylinder delivery person. Details as below.

Maine date[protected] ko apne csc k common service centre k portal ko apke gatway se recharge kiya tha. Lekin kisi wajah se mera portal recharge nahi hua aur mere ac se rs. 10006.20 kat gaya. Aur computer screen par error 4 ka massage aa gaya.

So please apse request h ki mera kata hua balance ya to mere ac me wapas credit kar diya jay ya fir csc portal par recharge kar diay jay....

Max fashion order not confirmed money deducted from account

I placed an order on max fashion on september 19th 2020. Amount got deducted at 11:51am september 19th by cc avenue but the order was not confirmed. Please refund asap...

Transaction failed, but money received

I booked a "Niramala vazhipadu for RS 200" online as an offering to the Gururvayur temple. The money is received from the bank. But the temple website shows that the money transaction is a failure. No receipt received. The screenshots of the bank details and the Gururvayur Devaswom website is attached. Hope to check and take action....

Amount paid but service not received

I paid through cc Avenue and money debited from my bank. But product not received. Almost 7 days over. I contacted ccavenue customer care many time but they have no proper customer support. Very bad service from ccavenue. I heard so many complain about ccavenue and now I am facing....

top up recharge airtel

I have recharge an amount of rs. 598 for airtel prepaid mobile no on 30 august 2020 and my order no is[protected]. The amount has been debited from my account. However, i have not yet receive my recharge amount.

bharat gas new connection payment deducted but no receipt issued.

Hi sir,
On 14th sep 20 9.40 pm i have made payment for new bharath gas connection.
In payment gate way stage the amount deducted from my bank but in between the section got expired and i haven't revived any receipt from site.

Its difficult for me to submit proof of payment to the distributor for releasing the cylinder and connection.

Please help me to resole the issue.

upi transaction failed

I was adding funds to my idfc bank through upi.
The amount got deducted from standard chartered bank but did not credited to my idfc bank.
The amount is still not refunded to source account nor it has been credited to the beneficiary account. (Idfc)

order not placed - max fashion (money was deducted)

I recently purchased item from max fashion app worth ₹1347.99 online on 6th sept. The payment was successful done through google pay and the amount was debited from my account. But neither i'm able to see the item ordered in the order history nor received any confirmation mail from max fashion.
I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible....

transaction failed but bank give successful payment receipt

I booked lpg (Bharatgas) cylinder on 31/08/2020 by sbi debit card. Transaction failed but bank gave successful payment receipt on my email and sms on my phone that rs.611.45 was debited by my account. Bharatgas site show the transaction status failure. I want refund of my payment please accept my request. Lpg id[protected]....

Amount deduction from bank

I have transferred to ccavenues@icici Rs.1000 under my gold tree scheme on 3rd Sept20. The scheme started at 6th Jan2020 with 2 installments remaining.

But the deduction amount is not reflected into my scheme account. So, requesting you to please help me to get this resolved ASAP.

Today with this transaction it should be completed 9 instalments but it seems to be 8 only.

Order ID - 109947148097 was done on paytm without my knowledge

On 29th August.. I have found a transaction in my paytm phone account [protected] of INR 529 at 4:45 pm. Paytm used ccavenue as paytm getaway. But I didn't received any transaction OTP or anything which confirm for any payment.
I noticed that in evening and logged customer complaint.
I got reply from paytm that transaction is valid. But paytm suggest to contact ccavenue to know where the transaction done. Who was Marchant....

To whomever it may concern,

I recently purchased items worth ₹2157.30 from Max fashion online shopping app on 31st August. The payment was done through Google Pay and was successful and the amount was debited from my account. However I'm not able to see my order history in the app and the 'ordered items' are still in my cart and did not receive any confirmation mail from CC Avenue or from Max.

I ordered at Homecentre and made the payment through Google Pay. The amount the deducted but the order was not comfirmed and i recieved no mail for my order. An amount of Rs.1261/- was deducted from my account....
