I made a transaction on 7/29/2020 for CSC Olympiads, URL: https://www.cscolympiads.in/cscolympiads/registration.jsp, at 1:05 PM, Transaction ID: HDF10940C7FA984E2A8367D8947380EE59, with PhonePe UPI, for which transaction was successful from bank and PhonePe, and amount of INR 125 was debited from my bank account, but the transaction on https://secure.ccavenue.com/transaction.do;jsessionid=rF696K2QNJ74BJa+lwsmFV-6.n...⇄ was failed. I did get a confirmation sms from bank too, but on the CSC website no confirmation mail came for successful transaction. I want my money back credited to my bank account.
CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
