I was placing an order with Home Centre yesterday night around 11 PM. Amount of rs. 1062 for seven items was deducted immediately via Paytm but order was not placed. Kindly look into the matter immediately.

    I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 04/08/2020 (Order number 58652) and made online payment using paytm upi. Amount ₹ 621.50/- was deducted from my account and the payment was successful from paytm side. However, it is showing payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue on [protected]@icici and the transaction id is[protected]. Although ccavenue confirmed having receipt of payment, i have received a payment failure confirmation from bharat gas site. I would appreciate if the amount would be refunded to my account as this transaction got fail.

        I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 01/08/2020 and made online payment using upi (Google pay). Amount ₹ 597/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site.

            Yesterday a person has made payment on Utilities CC Mumbai from my grandfather's bank account fraudlently. He said his name is Ravikumar and said he is calling from Indian Bank. But later when my grandfather ignorantly gave all the debit card details, we are getting a message that Rs 30000 was spent on Utilities CC mumbai. Payment was made around 4.30 pm.
            We have registered a complaint in Cybercrime.
            Date Of Incident : 29/07/2020
            Mobile number from which we got call : [protected]
            I would like to know more about this person's transaction and if there was any purchase, i request you to stop shipping and refund the amount to the bank account. And i get that its a problem which should be looked up by police and bank, but i request you to help as we have suffered a big financial loss. I'll attach the photo of my bank statement.
            Please do the needful. Its the only account of income for my parents and they are aged 80+.

              I made a transaction on 7/29/2020 for CSC Olympiads, URL: https://www.cscolympiads.in/cscolympiads/registration.jsp, at 1:05 PM, Transaction ID: HDF10940C7FA984E2A8367D8947380EE59, with PhonePe UPI, for which transaction was successful from bank and PhonePe, and amount of INR 125 was debited from my bank account, but the transaction on https://secure.ccavenue.com/transaction.do;jsessionid=rF696K2QNJ74BJa+lwsmFV-6.n... was failed. I did get a confirmation sms from bank too, but on the CSC website no confirmation mail came for successful transaction. I want my money back credited to my bank account.

                  I am an advocated by occupation, i was scanning my laptop and it asked for subscription, i paid rupees rs.1068 to cc avenue on request through upi transaction, but amount is deducted from my account, but no activation code is sent to me.
                  Hence i want my money back.

                    Hi cc avenue & home center,

                    I placed an order in the homecenter, payment was successful but never got a confirmation of the order. When i see the app i still see the cart with items but amount from my bank account has been debited. I have attached the payment confirmation with this email for reference.
                    I would request you to look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                Have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 16/07/2020 and made online payment using upi payment method. Amount ₹ 654.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. Ccavenue reference no is[protected]. After a sucessfull payment it is showing payment is under process pending on bharat gas website. Please help me and please resolve my issue.

                                        I made transaction from google pay to home centre .i purchased online and i paid 2195 rs. But home centre says they have not received amount thats why no order id generated .google pay says they have credited amount in home centre. Cc avenue is fraud.theu have stolen my moneuly.
