I purchased a product on Jan 7 from biggcart.com for Rs.699 and CCAVENUE sent the confirmation order no 12065 and ccavenue reference #[protected]. However the product is still shown in the biggcart.ocm as unbooked. So I raised a ticket #00017531 at CCavenue on Jan 8 2015. Subsequently I received a mail from ccavenue on Jan 8 that the query was assigned to one Ankit Patel. However even though more than one week had passed, there is no response from CCavenue. Neither the phones of biggcart.com are working nor any response from ccavenue. It is a case of cheating by both CCavenue and Biggcart. Please do not buy by making payment through CCavenue and on Biggcart. Select only Cash on Delivery method. Beware of sites like Biggcart which does not support Cash on Delivery system. They are taking money from customers like me with connivance from CCavenue and dumping the customers thereafter. Beware!!

I booked a bus ticket on 16th in redbus app using yesbank netbanking..after money debited from my account i received an incomplete mail from accavenue order no:41102736 but my ticket was not generated..money debited from my account...when will i get my money back:2398 rupees..kindly do favour reg my request...and i raised a ticket in ccavenue support center no:#00200954...till now they dnt even respond to my complaint...please help

Last time they responded after much much delay . By that time, I pursued with biggcart.com several times and the product was delivered with a delay of more than 2 months. many days after that, I received a mail from ccavenue asking what happened. Their service is pathetic but I wonder if the consumers have any alternative when the website had payment gateway thru them except not to purchase from that website

    Beware of Mr Vishwas Patel and ccavenue . Don't ever trust on his completely fraud company. i made a payment using ccavenue payment gateway for an investment advisory services... Bus Mr. Vishwas Patel (CEO of ccavenue) is not releasing my payment either to the company or refund to my account. This is my first experience with the ccavenue and now I come to know that they are fraud and not at all responsible for the people's hard earned money and this company should be banned . I got no mails for my online payment or any trnsaction failure. And the most amazing part is that my account has already been debited. I contact there online technical support, but no reponse. Mr. Vishwas Patel is a cheater as he is not releasing the money and as its have been more than 30 days he is taking interest on my money and not sending my money to the company i paid for the service . In this way he has cheated a lot of innocent people like us. Greedy And Fraud person Mr. Vishwas Patel and CCAvenue.

        I was registering for Cmat (FEB-2015), However during online payment the site hanged and it did'n't proceed further. Since I had not received any confirmation message of my payment (nor did i recieved any order number) I assumed that transaction was not successful and i need to pay again . This time site worked fine and transaction was successfully completed ..Order Number: CMAT15FEB510-OL335946 . (Used Debit Card for transaction) Today i came to know that amount was deducted twice .           I have ordered a product on liveyoursport.com on which default payment gateway is CC avenue. Payment has been deducted from my bank account and still transaction failure message came from CC avenue and also no information provided to that merchant. I have raised a ticket it was still open for 2 days and no response from them. Live chat always says queue. Again T have raised a ticket for the old ticket but they are idle. Worst shopping ever. Please don't go with CC avenue.

                I ordered a Playback casual shoe YCPQ3607079 at YEBHI.COM on 21 August, 2014 which i made payment at CCAVENUE.COM as shipping address to my location i.e., Dimapur-797112 is not possible. However i have not been informed when will my purchased item be delivered? Please do kindly notify me on the matter.

                      I am a consumer who made a hotel booking in GOA through TRAVEL GURU website during december2013, transaction was failed while it is under process and the money got deducted without any booking confirmed .I tried many times to get in contact with your executives but they didnt give proper reply..so make sure that u give response to this and get the amount Rs-11649/ refunded.its been so long eight months passed already, if in case no response, I shall complaint to the consumer form...

                          Sir, On dtd 20th May 14 i send a mail from mail ID ([protected]@gmail.com) to NSDL Complaint regarding PRAN card blocked since long time.Accordingly I recieved a phone call from no [protected] to my cell no [protected] calling person give own details that I myself Sh Avinash and calling you from NSDL Head Office Mumbai and asked him from me about details of my Bank account and my ATM card including my pass word accordingly I give him my account details as asked by Mr Avinash. Then he told me that switch off your cell phone for 3 hrs then I switch off my cell phone.On dtd 25 May 14 When I checked my account then I found that Rs.37678/- was deducted by by making 20 transactions( on 21 May 14 -08 times, 21 May 14-09 times and on 22 May 14-03 times) Please check illegal transactions made by some one on getting my account details at your end and remite my ammount in my account and fixed the responsibility to defaulter.                             yesterday, i was buying a bedsheet from shopoyes.com for that i made three transactions for that i got my order no. and confirmation message (order no.-1065, 1066, 1067) but when i checked my transactions on seller's site (shopoyes.com)it showed that you have not made any transactions, there is no order placed by you.while i have the email of my orders .i.e; either ccavenue or shopoyes .com committing fraud.

They are nor replying even i generate help desk ticket & mark as urgent but they did not bother to reply. When i contact them on phone they said to generate ticket. But no reply in both ways.                                       Hi,

                                      I placed an online delivery of flowers(Order No : GTW120245) to my relatives on the occasion of their anniversary by below site.
                                      www.touchflora.com under the name of www.giftstoworld.com and Payment accepted by CCAvenue

                                      It was committed by site that they will be delivering the flowers on same day, i.e. 6th Feb 2014. but no delivery was made.

                                      And I was not at all updated on the status of the order. Now these guys are not replying to my mails on refund of my money, and there contact number is always on voice mail.

                                      ABOVE MENTIONED SITE ARE BIGGEST FRAUD SITE.

                                      Please help me in getting refund of my money amount 1155.42 INR.

                                      Hi Akhilesh,

                                      It is sad to see you met with issues with touchflora. I can imagine your mental stress for missing the gift not delivered to your loved ones.
                                      In fact I saw these complaints after I did an order on March-5-2014. I panicked for a while.
                                      However, the delivery was made promptly on March-8-2014.

                                      Then I called up the owner Mr.Ravi, and informed about these online complaints. It seems like, during peak seasons like valentines day, they were not able to deliver for all the orders since it need physical transporters to do the delivery.
                                      I am not advocating to use touchflora, but I felt it is not their intention to cheat anyone. I hope they returned your amount back.
                                      I wish touchflora should be careful while taking order on peak seasons. Their website should have enough intelligence to take only the maximum possible orders they can manage.

                                      Thanks for writing up here.

                                      I wrote this complain after waiting for almost a week of placing order.
                                      I never got any response to my mails(more then 5 mails).

                                      Its good that they have delivered your order. Hope they dont trouble ppl anymore.
