Customer made payment through credit cards and CC Avenue holding that money from many days not releasing to either marchant or refunding to customer.

When reached their head office in Mumbai, an incompetant lady was put to investigate our case and her attitude and behaviour is unprofessional towards the customer as well as marchant.

Manager and there was nobody to attend customer's issue and no other point of contact apart from her to listen to her. In email she admitted that she will be the only person to deal our case and compelling to surrender her. She neither understands what we say, nor escalates to her heirarchy. Other people in Mumbai office or people from her dept. will say she was on leave or not at her desk or in another call and disconnects the call. It's been Frustrating to talk to this lady and get things done.

Mumbai office is CC Avenue's corporate head office in India. CC Avenue in India don't have an escalation point when one marchant is suffering with their internal resources. When one incompetent asst.manager is controlling entire system without leaving a check point, it never be a choice for me to do the next transaction and don't make my customers to suffer and loose business.

    सबसे पहले तो आपको शुभ प्रभात कहना चाहता हूँ.दरुसल बात यह है कि मैं एक वेबसाइट का ख़रीदा और उसका भुगतान online credit card के द्वारा करना चाहता हूँ परन्तु ऐसा नहीं हो पा रहा है।
    मैं जब card number, expiration date or cvv डालकर कर आगे procces कर रहा हूँ तो वहां errors बता रहा है और errors description में your client id is invalid. Please contact ccavenue technical support team आ रहा है ।
    मैंने उसका screenshot लिया हूँ जो आपको भेज रहा हूँ।
    आप जल्द से जल्द solve करे।

      I had cancelled my transaction on 14 th of Feb and I have not yet received my refund and also there was no response from the other side when i complained about it. They just mailed that the refund has been initiated but its not showing in my bank account.

        I have ordered one Tracer sports shoes-HD507 for Rs.1069/-(1039+shipping chgs 30/-). The mentioned amount paid thro' HDFC Bank Debit card on 23/02/2016 at 02:35:41 pm to M/s. CC avenue.com.Mumbai. But still I have not received the product.So I kindly request you to despatch the product or refund my money at the earliest.

Amount of Rs.756 debited from my bank account but the amount is not deposited to the account of shapoorjirealestate.com. My transaction ID is[protected]. My application ID for the registration of the said website is 403529. I want to refund my debited money back. My mail id is

              I tried to pay INR 582 to Freedom 251 through cc avenue.during the transaction cc avenue showed me message that transaction is unsuccessful.But the amount from my SBI account got debited. My sbi transaction reference number is[protected]IG0BMYSIG2.

                Order number[protected] on LACRAFTERS.IN for inr 899 made. later i discover this website seems to be fraud/closed. Why has cc avenue continued accounting/transaction of such websites? I have no point of contact to connect with the said website to get a refund. request cc avenue to help or else i will file case against both company and cc avenue. Thanks

                  One of our customer a user of sbi debit card with no[protected] and card no[protected] and by using both of my card from 8/01/2016 to 15/01/2016 a number of pos were done with pos no 173563, of Rs 2000/- on 9/1/2016 pos no 328645 of rs 9999 on 12/1/16 pos no 328923 for rs 9999 on 12/1/16 kindly block the consinement and refund the same to the account I have also register fir in this regard.

                      I applied for vacancy in jhansi cantonment board jcb.org and paid fee too, for that i received confirmation email from ccavenue webite containing details of jcb.org but they didn't transfer payment in jcb.org i think jcb.org hacked or ccavenue is fake, i have sent complaint email both jcb.org and ccavenue also but no response. please take action against them

                        I have booked ticket from mumbai to indore on 22nd December 2015. Ticket is not booked but the amount of Rs.545.50 has been deducted from the account.And I got n email which stated that, 'Dear Customer, We are unable to obtain, authorization for the following Order 59680511. In the rare event that the amount is charged or blocked in your account we shall coordinate with the bank and have the money reversed ASAP.The money should reflect in your account within 2 business days. We suggest that the customer may go ahead and do a fresh transaction. In case you should have any concerns request you to raise a support ticket at at helpdesk.ccavenue.com. We request your cooperation in this regards.' But till date, i have not received my tckt amount. Please do the need full.

                              HI, I had made a txn on 14th Nov, 15 through portal.actcorp.in for my internet connection bill. Amount of Rs. 741/- debited from my bank account but txn had failed at merchant site. And my bank people also confirmed that amount had been deducted by CCAvenue.com payment gateway but BeamTelecom(Act Corp) had confirmed that txn had not success. So, kindly look at the issue and also I have attached screenshot of debited bank txn. Kindly look at this issue and revert back me as soon as possible. Txn No :[protected] Date of txn : 14th Nov, 15 Amount : 741 Rs/- Even i had contacted ccavenue customer care people over phone, chat and mail but till now I hadn't get any solution for it they simply always escapes by closing chat or call. Over mail till now i didnt get atleast a confirmation mail. So, I would like to large complaint on it with cheating case too.

                                  Came across this very attractive website. It appeared genuine and the items listed are of wide range. Placed an order few Audio CDs that were not available anywhere else but listed as 'In Stock' in this website. Order number that I received was [protected] dated Oct 1 2015 for an amount Rs 823. The payment was processed by CCAvenue with ref number CCACJ1AAG310. It's close to 1 month now and they have not shipped the items yet. There is no response to my queries. The phone numbers they have given are all invalid and no one is picking when called their mobile number given. Later came to know that even few of my friend had similar experience with this website as they never shipped items even after months and did not refund the money. Understood that this is a totally fraud website and they never had any intention to do honest business. Requesting CCAvenue to refund my money as this website is using their payment gateway to cheat people.

                                      May i know what is this going on with my acct and without my knowledge?

I got a call from [protected] to my number [protected] on 13 sept. 2105. the caller introduced himself as an employee of State Bank Of India. He told me that my atm card is going to block and i have to renew it. Unfortunately as he was asking about the details of my debit card, i gave him all details. Then he asked me for "one time password code" or OTP CODE. Unfortunately i gave him that code also. That person asked me around 6 OTP codes and I gave him all as I thought he was an employee of SBI. After all this when I checked my balance i found that i have lost 49, 785/- (RS/- FORTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT FIVE). After that i blocked my atm card. THEIR TRANSACTION AS FOLLOWS; from your company: . POS[protected] CCAvenue.com of 9999/- POS[protected] CCAvenue.com of 9999/- please refund my money as soon as possible
