amount deducted but not received by service provider

I have made payment of Rs. 100 via SBI net banking for adding money in my wallet for online recharge at www.mobivik.com. My balance has been deducted from my account but not credited in my wallet at mobivik. [protected] is my mts mblaze no. I have paid the bill for the month of aug'13 online today. but did not receive any confirmation. the payment status on the relevant portal does not show it to be done either. Gprs pack not yet activated

Money Deducted for a failed transaction and not yet refunded

I was submitting Banaras Hindu University UET 2013 Entrance Fee by online banking through State Bank of India, once the money was deducted and no conformation page was generated, so I paid the money again and conformation page got generated this time. But money was deducted two times for the same purpose.

No BHU personnel are helping me with this, even after writing to them several times.

Transaction failed

I used ccavenue to recharge my prepaid idea phone on saturday 12th january, 2013 with Rs.112. I received a mail saying my transaction has been failed and my money will be refunded to me in 2 working days. Since more than a week have passed now, please let me know when i shall expect my money to get refunded.

Also we have recieved acknowledgement mail from CCAvenue that the payment has been successfully recieved, however when I contacted NeetaBus Call Centre for tickets, then they told us that the tickets are not yet booked and they confirmed us that the payment will be deposited back in our account...

Gifts Not delivered and money not refunded

Hi,
I ordered gifts worth Rs1995/- on 27th march 2012 via giftstoworld. They dint deleiver the gifts neither they refunded my money. Nobody is responding to the calls now. Once they picked and informed me that they have asked for refund and its with CCAvenue now and they will be refunding it within few days and i will receive before 7th April. Its been more than 2 and half months now, i still dint get any refund/ response from them....
