      I have made payment of Rs. 100 via SBI net banking for adding money in my wallet for online recharge at www.mobivik.com. My balance has been deducted from my account but not credited in my wallet at mobivik.         a/c debited, payment not done

        [protected] is my mts mblaze no. I have paid the bill for the month of aug'13 online today. but did not receive any confirmation. the payment status on the relevant portal does not show it to be done either.         Dear Sir, 1. On 10 Jul 2013, a sum of Rs 255/- were deducted from my Saving Bank Account towards Tata Photon recharge vide Transaction No IGJ9885088 but the same was not successful. It was shown that if my recharge is failed then I need not to worry, my money will be credited back to my account after some time.           That i have credited Rs.301/- for gprs pack of BSNL through the Axis Bank located at Bhanjanagar in the state of Odisha on 05.07.2013 and the said amount is credited through internet banking to the billdesk of CCAVENUE.COM (vide reference no. ICONN/78072891/050713/CCANENUE.COM/CHARGE) and I observed that the transcation was successful. I have recharged through Mobikwik.com (vide reference no. [protected] of mobikwik.com) but to my surprise still gprs have been activated in my mobile No. +91 [protected].
          I request you to direct these companies either to refund my money or to provide gprs pack immdiately to my mobile set as due their unnecessary delay I have bearing loss as due to internet facility in my phone money is debited from my main balance and I suffering a lot for this reason.

            i submit form for trainee post in "SAIL" company through ccAvenue online transcation,but due to internet failure my form couldn't be submit to
            sail,but amount deduced from my account and because of last date i again submit form and got success this time and i thought my amount will
            come back into my account within 48hrs but they didn't return my amount.i mailed them also many times but noyhing happened.pls sir help me

            as per according to my debit card i myself mohd abid purchased four ticket for rs500 but the issue was that they charged cash also from me and deducted 500rs from my a/c which is not yet not been refunded to me in my a/c.

              I was submitting Banaras Hindu University UET 2013 Entrance Fee by online banking through State Bank of India, once the money was deducted and no conformation page was generated, so I paid the money again and conformation page got generated this time. But money was deducted two times for the same purpose.

              We have submitted the fees for entrance examination in state bank of india for the banarash hindu university and the admit card reached to us on 30/05/2011
              post man told that it came on the same day means it was send to us
              either on 26/05 or 27/05 or 28/05 the exam was on was 27/05 and we got

                I used ccavenue to recharge my prepaid idea phone on saturday 12th january, 2013 with Rs.112. I received a mail saying my transaction has been failed and my money will be refunded to me in 2 working days. Since more than a week have passed now, please let me know when i shall expect my money to get refunded.

                  I am Mr Prakash Kumawat current account holder with jotwara branch. -jaipur ACCOUNT NAME- INDIAN CRAFTS A/C NO.[protected] Recently in oct-08 we borrow home loan with same branch. On 26-6-09 (app.) I have applied to borrow overdraft facility against my morgage proparty with your bank. I have submit all necessary document with application. Few day ago one officer came for F.I.& verificaion at my home. All process of O.D. facility are complite, only one thing is due that is conformation latter regarding my repayment of home loan, proparty declaration morgage with branch and account status etc.But here at jhotwara branch Mr.gupta says that he has no time and tell come tommorrow. Next day when i go there he told me that he was going to out of station so come next day and it will take 3 or 4 day to make this latter. so here i request you please look in this matter and check it properly. Here i'm sure that i have submit all document's. So why your branch manager delay in this process ?

                  I wanted to book a railway reservation ticket from jaipur to jammu tawi on 20th july 2009 .My account id on IRCTC is tannukannu. I have tried to book the ticket through my icici credit card, but all the transaction has failed. When i have checked my account Rs 1887.00 is debited from my account. i have received one massege on my mobile from icici bank that transaction made of Rs. 1887 at www.irctc.co.in . i have check my bank account and conformed thay debited my account about this transaction no-[protected]. please inform me what happen of my payment ? how & when i will gate it return back? i hope for your reply.

The amount is Rs.525/- Along with this amount another Rs.10/- is also being debited from my account. Once the payment is over, I got a message saying error code 91 but the amount is being debited from my account. I did not get any Transaction Id too to refer. My bank is Canara Bank and the branch is oppanakara street, Coimbatore. Please do the needful to either refund the amount or finish the transaction and send me the product by contacting your customer.

                      WE have booked our Bus ticket by using Neeta Services at 'http://neetabus.in' and the payment gateway was CCAvenue. Also we have recieved acknowledgement mail from CCAvenue that the payment has been successfully recieved, however when I contacted NeetaBus Call Centre for tickets, then they told us that the tickets are not yet booked and they confirmed us that the payment will be deposited back in our account in the next 7-8 working days. But till date (almost after 16 days) we have not yet recieved our payment.

                      Kindly help us here in getting the amount back in our account.

                        I'm Sivaram, On july 9th 2012 i was try to recharge my mobile through a site "www.rechargefreak.com" which is providing services like mobile recharge and other etc. Made the transaction to Debit card, but the amount goes to "CC AVENUE" and the rechargefreak.com site says Transaction Failed and it was not recharged my mobile. I wrote many mails to CC avenue but they did not respond to those mails. Problem is not losing my Rs98 money. People loses the trust on online service providers.Please consider and provide favour.

                        For participating in "PLACE BID", I purchased Rs. 100 "CREDIT BID" and paid through "HDFC Netbanking" and it has been deducted from my A/c. But in my "GRADDEAL" site is showing my Credit Bid as ZERO balance.

                          HI all,

                          It seams ccavenue.com has been helping rough organization like who promise gift delivery to your loved one but don't do delivery despite deducting amount.

                          I did order through www.orchidsnroses.com on 1 august 2012. till 6th delivery didn't happened. when i called up to phone number on their site no one picked the phone despite phone has been ringing. i tried many time but no response. i then wrote an email which they replied back that is my problem and not their ( look like they saying we have eaten your money you fool).

                          i wrote them if they have any problem i can ask someone to collect the gift. however they have not replied yet. i did shared my mobile number too.

                          it looks like ccavenue.com is also participating with them in such fraud

                          I will be taking this issue with consumer fourm as it looks like i am not the only victim who has lost money and have faced relationship deficit due to them.

                            I ordered gifts worth Rs1995/- on 27th march 2012 via giftstoworld. They dint deleiver the gifts neither they refunded my money. Nobody is responding to the calls now. Once they picked and informed me that they have asked for refund and its with CCAvenue now and they will be refunding it within few days and i will receive before 7th April. Its been more than 2 and half months now, i still dint get any refund/ response from them.

                              We are Tech Care Solution Technologies Pvt Ltd, a call-center in Srinagar J&K. we got email from Raghavendra Web Solutions scammer fraud company, that we will be getting HDFC, CCavenue & MercaWay, Citi Bank payment Gateway as we were looking for one for our tech support business for US customers. he sent us emails regarding the same & asked an amount of about 400,000 for the same. We forwarded some amount i the initial stage for the payment gateway services to Raghavendra Web Solutions scammer fraud company, but neither he provided any payment gateway nor he provided any refund as the promised time frame was 1 week. It has been more than 2 months now approx & from the last 1 month he is not answering our calls neither is he replying to our emails now.
                              Don't know how CCAvenue can make such scammers & fraud company like Raghavendra Web Solutions as their authorised resellers. We are about 20 people who have been scammed by Raghavendra Web Solutions scammer fraud company, & we are going to lodge a mass case in our respected states all over India against CCAvenue & Raghavendra Web Solutions.
                              Hope no one else is scammed by Raghavendra Web Solutions scammer fraud company,....

                                My name is Sudhir Bhati & I buy a gift (one quantity) on 23/02/2012 (code : UBGC501) from uttarbharat.com & I paid for this Rs.383/- but the money debited from my Bank of Baroda account named Sudhir Bhati (Visa Card No. [protected]) three times & the mercant site automatically make it quantity 4 quantity. So, totally money debited from my account is Rs.1149/-. So, I cancelled my order on that time (23/02/2012). I have complaint to ccavenue.com also but they not returned my money till today & on 27/02/2012 i complainted to Bank of baroda also (Complaint no. 19306) but they also not responed. So, please understand me & help me.

                                  Hi CCAvenue Team,

                                  The following amount of Rs300 has been deducted from my bank account on 20th Mar 2012.

                                  I have not booked any ticket with redbus. Something went wrong and money has been deducted wornlgy from my account.


                                  I did someother transaction for my Mobile recharge through CCAVENUE gateway, But you guys using my credidentials have decuted same amount on some other vendor.

                                  Please take actions to refund my money immediately. I have sent email earlier on this same case 2 times.

                                  But I never got any reply. Please Consider this on priority and reply me.

                                      I made a transaction of amount Rs.1980 for ticket booking in ticket goose vide transaction ref no.CCA12AFFD638IG88496450 was not successfully registered .Kindly revert the cancelled transaction amount in my saving account please. i also send mail to [protected]@ccavenue.com to revert the amount on 3/3/12 & 6/3/12.so far i didn't receive any reply. I contact the sbi customer care they replied the following details as follows.

                                      We thank you for banking with us. Your above mentioned transaction has been performed through merchant site of CCAvenues.Kindly contact your merchant for the credit status.
