[Resolved] Ccavenue — Money got deducted from account but order not placed | |
I purchased 2 products 7 Oct 2020 from Max Fashion online site. I paid Rs.548 through gpay. The payment gateway was cc Avenue. My money got deducted but order was not placed. I contacted max customer care immediately. They told me its a payment gateway issue and my money will be refunded back to me within 24 hours. Its 48 hours now but did not get my money back. Is this payment gateway cc Avenue a fraud? I want my money back. This is really disgusting. Was this information helpful? | |
