My name venkateswara reddy peram.I purchased celkon A35k on 30/3 /2015 .it is not worked after 1 month.i gave for repair they do something and given after one month.again same problem arised after few days.now again same problem came.from the care center they gave onecopy regarding repair on 10.09.2015 till now they not repaired, no response from them.no of times i called to them no use, they gave answer very rudely.

My Clekon Q-42 mobile phone which purchase on Feb-15 from Snapdeal was submitted in 22.07.15 for repair in its service center E21 at vizag. it take nearly 40 days for repair and give to me on 03.09.15, and again submit it for repair for same problem on 09.09.2015 but still it not repair. out of 9 months of my new phone it was 4 month above at service center. As a customer I feel I am deprived and humiliation for not use of my new phone and waste of my money for purchase of this kind of fraud company. Sir please help.

I have purchased Celkon octa 510 through snapdeal I got the phone with damaged screen guard . I called snapdeal customer care, they mentioned that packing came from celkon company defaultly with damage. I visited celkon customer care, they charged 150 rs /- for new screen guard. why we have to bare the extra money for celkoj company mistake. so please refund my money. email I'd is prasad.[protected]@gmail.com

Complaint for Functioning problem of the Mobile is :
Mobile Touch Screen does not work.!!
Even after 4 - 5 times touch/swipe..it does not respond..!!
Key pad of to dial a Call--... does not work !!.
Misbehaves during No. Dialing on Key Pad..
Some Digits not working at all..and some Keys type wrong Nos.
Same problem in Calculator No.Key Pad.
It seems manufacturing defect in the piece.
Kindly help to get the same repaired/replaced on priority.

Its my painfull duty to inform you about the whereabouts of previous complaint . But there is no response why should i be complaining which is not taken care of. The cell phone i have purchased has got complaint again the screen was blank i took it cs saketh excellent mobile communicatons eluru coustmer service what they said is there is no availability of this piece touch in warranty if iam willing to 1500 they can provide it . The coustmer service people litterly ignored me and quarreled me that i asked for it. I am surprised to see what i have purchased was celkon a64 with a mother board complaint and what they gave me is same piece with low standards i asked them again they igonerd it. So again today i went with touch problem which they are not at all ready to provide if company provides. And the people over there are really arrogant and said me to get out just because i am asking about my warranty and they said there is no avalability of touch screen. How come they can provide me touch if i pay 1500 for 4000 phone and not in warranty i insisted but they said they are not interested in my topic or my phone. Its been 9 months i have purchased my phone with 1 year warranty its the second time i got complaint about it . The previous complaint was not taken care of so i am writing it to you again.Now they are saying its not possible get out. I have faced a worst situation from a cs of celkon which was a stupid piece hence forth i will not be writing any complaint about celkon or any thing . Why should i write a complaint which was not taken care off why sir. If at all you are interested u cant take any action or leave it its my waste of time and i am not intereseted about complaining about everything which was not taken care off still they said me to go out and get it done somewhere else with warranty why should i be going with warrnty instead of coustmer service because of the people over there are very rude, every one is going outside just because of them

I am seriously waiting for the reply instead of waiting for it if not i wont be complaing again for consumer complaints which is of no use i seriously hope you can do it in 1 week any ways my warrnty is going to expire... ( i have mentioned my phone details and phone no in previous mail which was not taken care offf)

I purchase cell on mobile model Q42 on Feb15. it was submitted its service center E21 at vizag on 22 July for its malfunctioning. the phone was repaired and give to me on 03 Sept and again submit on 09 Sept for same problem and still not repair. every time I enquiry, they reply the phone was sent to company. I am humiliated for this type of purchase

Given phone MODEL NO A354C for repairing on 14th sep15 for changing of lcd screen .job sheet no UP211003A190901. Till today it was not repaired.how long you will take to repair the set. I am sorry to say that if you were not in the position to do repairing or needful, it is better to remove your product from the market.

I have purchased celkon q455 mobile and it was damaged with in the warranty period and it was given to celkon service centre on 06th july of 2015.The jobsheet No. is RJ302015A060703 but till today it was not repaired and not giving proper reply. Why should legal action cannot be taken for not taking proper action

I purchase celkon Q42 model phone on feb-15, and submitted to authorised service center for repair on 23.07.15, while phone is under warranty. but phone was not yet repaired due to non availbity of spare parts. As I'm purchase it for my personal use and it was more than 40 days the phone is at service center, I feel it hurt my right and company cheated me.

I brought celkone mobile model Q500 it has vairanty of one year.after seven months its disply nat working, i keep my mobile very politaly bt after that its disply nt working withous any resion, from fron display is good bt inside tha display lights nt working, i cal to coustmar care te do not pic mah cal.i cal again and again bt they do nit pic msh cal I went to repairing center te said that it has charges 4100 rupees te do not clame my phone nd not repair my phone without any cost bt its warrinty is left of 3 months

Repected Sir I am sudheer jalli i have purchased a celkon A64 mobile on[protected] with IMEI N0 [protected] WITH 1 year warranty . Suddenly it fell down and stopped working the physical condition was good but the touch screen was not working WITH 6 months warranty so i consulted celkon coustmer care of my town named SAKETH EXCELLENT MOBILE COMUNICATION ELURU WEST GODAVARI ANDHRA PRADESH INDIA celkon service centre. They checked it and said we will try, and later they said that it cannot be done so we are sending it to our head office on[protected] they registered it and i have asked for stand by phone they have ignored it by saying we dont give any stand by and said they were sending my phone to head office or somewhere it would take 25 to 30 days for it . After wating 30 days i went to coustmer service they told me it would take 25 to 30 days again to my surprise i asked them again no they said it said its already over after wasting a warranty time of 1 month 15 days . After 45 working days they havent contacted me but i went back to see about any update they have handed me a phone worth half of it and said its the only peice they have A300 OR Something so i asked them that you promised me that i would get a new piece but they are not at all interested in listening they said i[censored] want IT take or they will send it back so i said no . I met with their manager he said the same i asked them to give me stand by phone and after a little discussion they offered me a stand by phone and send me and i asked them that i want my phone with the same configuration or money they said it would take another 15 days for that and promised to give me a piece . After another 15 days i went back with out any update they have offered me same piece literately with almost good chances of getting back to them with problems of any kind so i asked them that i have gave a good phone but they answered its what u asked for gave me a BAD phone with same configuration they mentioned said that i asked FOR IT i said the screen was very bad on this one they simply said its your problem with cost of 200 it can be changed so i asked them again i have gave u a new phone they have no interest in answering my problem and said its what u asked for . They have no interest in taking coustmer problems both coustmer care and the company CELKON i lost my faith in both of them . SIR i sincerely request you to look forward into my problem to get a phone with atleast good quality instead of sending me back to coustmer care which i have lost hope . To my surprise one of they lady agent of coustmer service is very much arrogant and not at all ready to answer any kind of problems she says if you want take or go to **** whatever it is what they got and what the company sends them . SIR I AM SERIOUSLY IGNORING THIS COMPANY WITH VERY POOR SERVICES FOR MY FUTURE REFERENCES SO KINDLY TAKE MY ISSUE WITH A SIMPLE CONSIDERATION AND GIVE ME BACK THE WORTH THAT I HAVE ASKED FOR . I bought celkon mobile hand set mod. Name q455 black in bigc at gajuwaka on 10 / 04 / 2015, inv. No:si / gaj / 360 under 1 year warranty, it was stopped working on 21 / 06 / 2015 around 6 pm while speaking and i reported and handed over hand set to the service center on 22 / 06 / 2015, they pointed un matched reasons and estimated rs;4000 / - they should not charge amount because i have warranty, and also 45 days completed till to day problem not solved, so please resolve my complaint.

I bought Celkon A 401 mobile on 18th July 2015, from the very next day, it is getting discharged even after full charging and also the phone is getting over heated. I want to replace it asap withou any delay. This the worst experience I had with Celkon. I am not at all satisfied with Celkon.

sir I am one of the customer of your celkon mobiles, I like the mobile so much, recently I bought your product i.e, celkon octa core mobile, after few months I gave it to the customer care to repair, they told that the charger plate was damaged, they not respond quickly, so many times I asked but they told that tomorrow or day after tomorrow you come, till now they not repair that mobile and now they told that the date was expired so we can't repair that.

I really sad to say this about my favourite mobile company
