My name is murali krishna suffering with celkon service center & customer support also. I buy a celkon A119 model mobile in Aug 2013. I have a problem with mic in my mobile. I gave in Arun Cell care center, Dondaparty, visakhaptnam on 10 July 2014. But my phone was not repair and they will not give return bank till to date. So many times i went ot service center, but they are not take any responsibility. Please what can i do now. Please give a good suggestion. I

    Celkon website shows Rs.130.00 as battery for A97 model. CELKON CARE (ESCEL Communications, Ground Floor, Vertex Pearl, Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad) charges customers Rs.400. Does Service tax / Local tax cost that much. why cannot the company send for online orders. Want to complaint against the company and its service centres for such restrictive trade practices.

    Even when the mobile was purchased one of the company representative had taken the mobile, kept with him for more than 45days and returned problem unrectified. Still that probelm persists. Even the selling outlet (Univercell) does simply say hand over mobile to celkon care.

    Really fed up with them. But do not want to leave them just like that. Matter has to be taken up and redressed.

    Please guide.

      I have Celkon A 105 which gone dective with in 13 months . placed to local maker and he further sent it to "siliguri service centre". but since one month and so no touch screen is avail able there.         Dear Sir, Im vimal from chennai, I have purchased one CELKON C820HD Tab of Rs 9500/- from Poorvika mobiles, the tab was working for the first 2 months after that it started giving troubles like hanging and restarting, finally the touch screen was not working and the software was corrupted, thus i gave it for service, the service people are worst and they always tell me there is no spares available and finally they have send my tab to Hyderabad where celkon head office is located, 4 months are over and still there is no response from any one.When i call the service center they dont respond properly, they give some numbers of area service manager but all of their staff are resigning their jobs and going away, I tried to take the information of the owner of CELKON he is Mr.Y.GURU who is a telugu fellow, i think he will be a cheat to start this fraudulent company and earn money. Now i lost my 9500Rs and i dont know what to do, im not able to contact the vice president and owner of this CELKON they are not refunding the money or give me a new product of the same model or price. Please help me in this regard. Thank you in advance.

          Respected sir/madam
          I am the customer of your celkon mobile I had buy an Smart phone
          (celkon signature A112) on feb 2014 unfortunately my mobile is touch is broken
          then i went to mm celkon care servicing center at gajuwaka(Visakhapatnamdistrict) i know that if their is a physical damage mean No warrentyis worked then i decided that i want invest my own money to replace new touch screen then real cost of the touch screen is 1695 rupees but the mm celkon care servicing center person had charged me up 2400 rupees my mobile EMI([protected]) i tought it is not a reasonable method i hope you will take action on this path.

            Hi Team,


            Unfortunately I purchased Celkon A9+ Dual handset in the
            month of June’14, within 15 days, speaker and mike were DEMAGED. Due to lack of
            time I managed with Earphones finally july 17 I visited your customer service
            center at Dondaparty, Visakhapatnam, andra Pradesh branch.


            They promised that within 2 days they will do the needful
            but even after 5 days there was no fruitful response, so took my mobile back
            from your uncapable team.


            2nd time I submitted my mobile on 13th
            august, with the WORKORDER NUMBER CM[protected], but even also its still under
            process, they are saying that, under process..


            WHAT IS THIS ???????

              I am being use the celkon mobiles since from last 8 years. Last 18 months back I purchase CELKON A27 for Rs.10000. Recently a crack arrived on touch screen by accident. The cell is working properly. But touch screen is working at a pin point. Hence it require replacement of touch screen. But at Hindupur & Anantapur the service centers are refuse to give service. Here at Hindupur the service center is taking only warranty period celkon mobiles only. My previous cells are also not taking for repair. There is so many complaints on this service center. Due to the service center negligent I kept my cell phone worth of Rs.10000 as idle. Hence please give suitable action to get repair my cell phone. to avoid to go cumsumer court for justice.

                I bought celkon signature A107+ mobile on 20/12/2013 in cell point mobile store. frequently the mobile got screen related problems and now the screen is not working completely. I went to celkon service center which is located in new gajuwaka ( Lokesh Teja Communications). They told that the touch screens are not available and we will order it for u and we will inform to u in 10 days. its been 15 days since i filed the complaint and till didn't got any reply from them and it is really embarrassing ...                   sir, my phone is under warranty, and i got probleam in touch and the function takes place with out the my input...and the screen was blinking.i gave it to the service center in dehradun on 12/07/14.he took the phone and regesterd my complint on 14/07/14.after a 10 days he told he sent the phone to company to get repaired, but from on that day there was no response from the company to him or me, we both are trying to contact the company .but the celkon people are not responding.i am M.B.A student, and i have so much use from smart phone.i trusted the company and i told the other people that i will encourage INDIAN products.but it makes an indian that we should not believe in indian company.my complint no. is CM[protected].i kindly request you to help me to solve this issue, as i dont have enough money to buy another phone

                    On [07-June-2014] I bought a [Brand Name is Celkon & model is CE366] mobile phone from Poorvika. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem [Charge Port is not working] Within one month. I went to Service Centre for 5 times, No one in service centre and at last one of the people from the service centre guided me that till September they won’t take any service. Hence forth I mailed to customer care, from there also no proper response.

                      I have purchased a Celkone Sinature HD A119 (Color White) on line on 06 Jul 13 with Bill No.7460997/13-14/11262.
                      On 05 March 14 Its Speaker and receiver started not working I reached Celkone service center near diamond Park Visakhapatnam. They Charge 1050/- since my cell phone in warranty Period after paying the charges they rectified .After One month same speaker and receiver problem again arise. I was away from Visakhapatnam when I was came back Again I went to Celkone service center near diamond Park Visakhapatnam on 06 Jun 14 the staff told me came after 02 Hours I went There after 02 hours came tomorrow since that day
                      to 14 Jul 14 they not rectified my phone during this period I also loss Job card .On 15 Jul 14 they hand over me phone that was
                      not working properly keep 24 hour phone on rest that automatically working properly since I was given for speaker problem now its hanging over not working at all. First I want to change my cell phone because now its not working properly.One thing specialy
                      mentioned regarding behavior of staff Celkone service center near diamond Park Visakhapatnam they do not know how to talk with
                      client and they harassing the customers They don't answer my calls half of the time out of coverage area they do not know English when I comuncate with help of local person because they black listed my number. They answer only of I call from some new number each time and they say the mobile was in silent mode They are not responsive and it is the worst service i have ever seen and i want to register a complaint against the Cellkon Care at at consumer forum. His receiving 01/07/2014 the job sheet is attached their told it will be resolved in 1 week, after 1 week but no any reply from your service center. Till now the problem was not resolved.                             I purchase CELKON mobile on[protected] in BIG C showroom at Chirala. After 3 days that mobile working condition was very bad, Mobile coming over heat in 30 seconds and Battery was discharge. thats why mobile handover in celkon care office, Chirala Branch Whitespace Technologies, Uma Buildings, Station Road, Chirala - 523157. The branch maintained not working condition mobile phone number No: [protected]. The staff member, s language was very very bad. Customers are not satisfied. Now i am facing the problem with them. I received celkon job sheet. But they says Battery is not available with me. there is no stock. they put order to celkon mobiles, workorder number: CM[protected]. . Till today it was not repair. thats why i am feeling shame.

                                I've purchased Celkon A20 on 19/5/ 2014, touchscreen not working. I visit hte service centre salem rite info solutionhis receiving 26/05/2014 the job sheet is attached their told it will be resolved in 1 week, after 1 week we went his asked not received the spare Till now the problem was not resolved. every time visit the service centre no response and also talk customer care no response and server problem i have contact still not calling and not ready

                                  I've purchased Celkon A63 on Feb 17 2014, and the handset was hanged suddenly and shut down, but it is not on. We went to the mobile purchaser and asked them to solve the issue but their told to meet the customer service center at Padmaraj Smart care. we've given the mobile on 8-May-2014, their told it will be resolved in 1 week, after 1 week we went and asked there told it was sent to hyderabad for software issue without informing us. Till now the problem was not resolved. Can you let me know when can we except the mobile back. Today also we called and asked the customer care at visakhapatnam there told it will coming on 10 of july. Kindly please provide us some information of the mobile. For atleast 3 months from the date of purchase we've not used fully, and now for servicing there are taking another 3 months, then why to purchase these type of mobiles. Please provide us with the "DO" from the customer care so that we can purchase a new mobile atleast not celkon again but different company handset.

                                      I had a problem with the touch of my A20 and gave it to Vruddhi Enterprises, authorised servcie centre of Celkon at Tarnaka, Hyderabad. They replaced the touch but damaged the panel. At collection time, I told them to replace it as the touch was not fitted properly due to the damage, since then they have been postponing every 2-3 days saying that it will be done very soon on [protected], now its been a month and they say that they have closed down and they say that they have handed my phone over to M/s. S.L.Communication and gave a number [protected] and that number is either switch off or not responding, I am not even sure if they have it. Its more than a month now and i am really frustrated by their behaviour. The customer care doesn't respond properly and disconnects calls without a proper answer. 3 days ago i lodged a complaint on celkon website and still no one has replied regarding the same showing the pathetic service the company has. Since i have a valid receipt, if nothing is done by celkon in these 3 days, I will be forced to take legal action. I request celkon to get everything in place to restore my faith in them else legal consequences follow.

                                        I am a user of your celkon mobile model a69.Your product is having a poor battery backup that it has been spoiled within 9 months.But your service centers especially in vijayawada(I.E in andhra pradesh) are not in a position to provide a battery even withinin two months after an order is placed.I have already lodged a complaint with you past two days but there is no response neither from you nor from your service centers.
                                        I personally request you not to launch the products if you are not able to provide proper service to customers.As far as we know the first responsibility of any company is to retain its customers.I dont think that your company follows htis custom.Even a street vendor will respond to his customer and maintains friendly relationship with his customers.But your company is not in a position to atleast provide spare parts.So, it has been proved that your company is a failure to retain the customers.
                                        This is my last complaint with your company and i will never purchase your company product anymore and as far as possible i will not let any of my dear ones to purchase your product.

                                        My celkon q42 battery is damaged where I buy new one and same mobile power button also is not warking so I visited a servie centre 15days ago but not repire my phone asked him to what reson is your geting so much time to repair, than their are saing company is not senting the spare part and iam trying to order new battery so that also get one month time to wait, I really shoked your poor service and iam suffering bad I cheated with celkon mobile q42
