I have purchase a Celkon A15 handset on 16 August 2014 in Pune. For this handset its on-off that is lock key is faulty. And I am stay in Sangamner. So I have given it for repairing in Sangamner Dist. Ahmednagar State. Maharashtra. But in Sangamner there is not possible to repair it and it also in warrenty. Mobles strip is faulty and which is not available in sangamner. So, please register my complaint and now what can I do????

    i have purchased celkon A40 at lot showroom in nalgonda and day by day its giving problem starting it use to give troble of battery back up and now memory card slot and 2nd sim slot is not working and camera is showing white wen we open it wen we charge it it shows 100% charging all of a sudden it will show 1% charging and it will be off and sum times it gets heated like ready to blast by using this kind of handset there will be affecting by radiation and becouse of this mobile i am getting afraid if it blast wat will hap to me and i trusted celkon this many years nearly i buyid 3mobils till now in celkon but by see this mobile i will never prefer celkon again i want putup a case against celkon on this issue i will send ligal notice through vakilsearch.com or near by lawer i[censored] have any other suggestions plz tell me my number [protected].     battery problem

    I bought celkon a 35 k a few days back on the month of march, im not satisfied with the battery, even i'm not using the phone, my battery gets down from 100% to 30%,

      I am N.Venkateswarulu i purchased one cenkon a9 dual phone on 22.04.2014. from this time two times mobile problem came and rectify the ringer problem . before 4 days back touch is not worked so i went to service center . they check simply it is touch problem due to water.you pay the 900rs. amount it will be ready. but same mobile after two days it is worked without touch replace but camera is not showing correct image. again i went to service center again they are not cheked my mobile but they told this is water problem and not respose my words. they changing simple problem only they will attend big prblem they asking amount. but my position it is warranty period remaining 6 months in future if any problem coming in that mobile they told like that . pls. rectify the problem . shop persons are not clear response they told u send mail to any place i don't care like that. pls. help and rectify. i attached my bill copy. service center name A to Z shope near C.R.               I purchased celkon A107 android mobile in Dec 2013 at Big C Anantapur. Its touch is now working. There is one year warranty for my mobile when i had taken my mobile to the service center they noted the information and said we will call after your mobiles touch pad will be in stock. Its been completed nearly 45 days there is no such a call from service center. PLEASE HELP ME.

                i purchased a CelkonA21 from homeshop18 on 30/06/2014, supplied by north India top company (p) ltd. After 1 month display of this phone had started problem and now half screen black out. i approached to my nearest service center Cell Point -viman nagar- PUNE. but they dined to accept it for any repairing. Please advice to whom connect in celkon. However I am going to file a legal suit in consumer court against celkon. Gopal Agarwal

Mobile purchase one month back and not working – Manufacturing Defect Ref : Required documents attached herewith – Pls / Bill Scanned / Packing Details I have purchased a Mobile on[protected] from M/s. Poorvika Mobiles Showroom, Outlet at Coimbatore, Saibaba Colony Branch, Model No. CELKON AR – 35. I was using CELKON before for the past 5 years but it was really appreciable and very good in quality so only again I got Celkon the same brand. I got the above said basic model because I use mobile only for calls and not for mailing or chatting purpose. But this time I am really fed up of the quality which was facing a manufacturing problem within days after the day of purchase of a new one. For the past 10 days I am going 2 / 3 times to the sales counter to solve the problem but no use. I never expected this type problem in “CELKON” ! Then sales persons are saying go to some service centre and they will replace the mike or speaker whichever part is been in complaint. They can’t do anything in this matter. Then the showroom sales person told me give the mobile and go, come after one week or 10 days we will send to service centre. What is the use of getting a new mobile due to my old mobile got problem I have purchased a new mobile but without mobile I can’t move here and there for 10 days. What is a better solution for this I don’t know? I went to the above said showroom two / three times regarding this clarification and met Mr. Nagaraj / Mr. Karthick clarifying this problem. So they are not much interested in this Brand (CELKON). So they replied in a casual manner that this brand all are like this only Sir, don’t come to us for this type of complaints. Go where ever you need but no use the company itself is not taking care off like this type of problems because they are not interested in rectifying this type of production complaints. We have instructed several times about this to the Head office but no use, they are saying, actually what is the fact in this matter. Please do the needful, which is positive to the customer to avoid the un-satisfaction and the to maintain the MOTTO of the CELKON BRAND as the Customer satisfaction is the Company’s Satisfaction.                   As per your reply i have forwarded the mail send by your representative Mr. Raghu
                  He has given an service centre address and contact No.
                  i went there in this morning the service centre Name is M/s. PSR Mobiles, Near GP Hospital, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
                  the lady staff working there she told me there is no such service for CELKON Mobiles
                  such a non-sense mobile is that dont get that type of brands
                  useless mobiles no service
                  the CELKON COMPANY never pay amount for us for the services made by us
                  SO WE HAVE STOPPED DIRECT COMPANY SERVICE FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH BACK
                  so dont say this mobile and come for service to this office
                  what a respect for service and what a service after sales
                  very good brand I ACCEPT IT
                  i am going to file a complaint in this regard
                  becuase after paying and getting a new mobile or old spares we dont know
                  we have to ready for service centre

                    sir, i really hirated and irritated with celkonservice . i am rajeshgowtham i had bought a mobile celkonAR 50 i had found my touch not working mobile getting heated while making calls and using internet and it is getting heated while charging head seat not working and my bad luck i was in banglore for a meeting while i came back to my home town by mistake the display broken i give to near service point they said for screen warntty not available i said i will pay for it they taken a compliant on aug 8 2014 still now there is no back up from ur service center while i am contacting them they are saying they will return it in one week if i made any call to customer care they are connecting to area manager and no return back up from him what kind of services is this from cellkon thinking customers are fools buying 7thousand rupes mobile keeping with u for more than two monthsmy connecter is not working i hjad proofs regarding to this issues u can chk on may 13 i buyed signature it had display problem i replaced that again replaced that signature mobile they selled me used mopbile which was on 21 may and the big c people pleased me and gave me celkon ar50 mobiloe what kind of service u pepole can slove my problem or refund my money other wise i will place a complaint in consumer court with all proofs and to media people this are one of call recordings and complaint one three phones bills i had plz slove me refund my balance

                      hai sir, i bought a CELKON A20 on the name K.HAREESH mobile with in 1 week i got a problem, so i gave it to the PRIME TECH service center in ABIDS on 30/07/2014. Two months are completed but till they are not giving the proper date of dispatch the problem in my mobile TOUCH is not working, for this they take 2 months.

It has been more than 20 days and yet the service centre is unable to rectify the problem. I request you to please give necessary instructions to the service centre to rectify the problem and hand over my mobile set without further delay failing which I may not have other option than approaching the consumer forum for justice.                           Celkon Call center people are worst people I ever seen in my life. They are simply skipping the information and at the end they are telling that we are just mediators we can not say anything. Then whom we need to contact for the same ?????????????????????????? Please don't encourage Celkon in future.

                          I don't think so no one else in the world will take this much time. Its already been 1 and half month and still there is no resolution yet. Still they are asking for resolution. In such situation what can you do ? Or any suggestion can be really helpful.

                          I wanted to give a complaint and wanted to proceed legally. Please suggest if any best solution have in this regards.

                            Dear sir, with deep regret i am giving complaint, inspite of several followup with sri sai communications they are not giving any message to me or not even giving any update to me. i had given celkon mobile phone for repair on July 18- 2014, still now there is no feedback from them, they are ignoring my phonecall and even i visted personally so many times to sri sai communications they are not receiving me they are unable to tell the status of my phone condition iam enclosing the service bill ( acknowledgement paper) which the repairing centre given to me. regards BISWAJEET.

                              My mobile Celkon signature HD A119. I have purchase in online. At first time mobile connector not working, so i will send the custmor care office. he will be return after two months that time my warranty period has expired. custmor care also repair my mobile, but usb connector is not at that time. again send custmor care office, i will pay Rs 600/-, but not working the charger & usb cord. this time also not working audio sound. pl help me what am i doing.

                                  I have bought a Celkon mobile of type or model C349i, after 1 month it gave me battery backup problem, then i went to the mobile purchased shop and i explained the problem.They told me that collect your mobile after 1 week, But still they did not provide me.it took nearly 1month 6days.They told me repeatedly we sent the mobile to company and it will take some time.I don't know how much time they will take to submit it to me.Really it's represents the irresponsibility of service providing .

                                    Sir, I have purchased a “Celkon A119Q Signature HD” on 24th June 2013 through Snapdeal web portal and feel proud to be a Indian brand owner. The phone performed exceptionally well till April’14 and then its speaker started giving problem and then it starts hanging, the frequency increased day by day. So, I deposited the phone at Diwakar Agencies Jabalpur which is about 100Km from my place Katni. They checked and said that it will take 20 days for rectification as it will go to company. On 7th July when I reached to collect the phone on their advice on phone, I found the problem still as it was. It shows very casual approach in dealing with customer complaints. The phone is still with the service center jabalpur/ Indore. I also wrote several email to parent company at “[protected]@celkonmobiles.com” and “[protected]@celkonmobles”. Now they have stopped responding any more. Kindly take up the matter at appropriate level and help me in getting justice. Thanks F. Saxena

                                        My Self Rafi from Nellore and my mobile No. [protected] i bought Celkon A15 in July Month Unfortunately it s display broken so i approched celkon service center but they said there is no spare part availability for this try at other place and what this redeculess answer this was so ambarsing to sell a product with out its spares i no very well celkon bcoze i worked in custermer service center its really waste mobile allthough i bought Celkon A15 by my Friends suggetion who is currently working in Celkon Service Center...
