K. Narsingrao purchased CELKON vide model No. c 517 mobile phone from Big-c Himayathnagar, Hyderabad in 1st week of may 2010, from the next date of my purchase the mobile is not working. I was promised by the shop that, there won’t be any problem in battery and signal, but it is one of the worst mobile net working in our country. I went to shop to purchase to other mobile, but with great promise he forced me to purchase this product. I am in sales executive and due to this cell I lost unbearable loss and mental agony. I advise new customers across the country don’t purchase this CELKON product as it is worst and waste. I demand big –C to return back my money immediately, otherwise I will take legal action against CELKON as well as BIG-C.

i bought celkon mobile C 367 from mobile plaza in Bapatla at Guntur district(ANDHRA PRADESH), after one month my celkon mobile its not working i have found lot of problems like not seen display and vibration mode. already i meet ur service centre at guntur for repare.They asked Rs.624 for changing display.before i contact with phone([protected]), , that time they said that only Rs.350. i shoked.then i think i was cheated by celkon mobile company

yes, I too purchased a phone and my phone number was [protected] there were lot of problems recharging does not long, incoming ring not coming as well out going, to activate the phone in all all angles lot of complications in what way the we can able to put the phone in the way we desired there were lot of technical problems, I am using cel for the past so many years but this type of complications I didnot encounter god bless us who purchased celkon, since I have given a complaint but there was no response till date, but I am facing lot of problems with my superiors that I am answering the phone and with a blame that I have switched my phone. I donot have any other alternative to through away the phone and purchase a new one.

I have purchased a C-11 0n[protected] from BIG C, JP ROAD, Rajahmundry, from the next day the incoming ring tone not working battery problem etc, went to BIG C they sent me to CELKON SERVICING CENTRE, RJY he kept for three days and returned stating that it was repaired, but now again same problem, thereby I am some important incoming calls. i have purchased a C 11 mobile at Big C, mehdipatnam on 23.11.2010 with Bill No.0745363. After one week the keys was not functioning, i was reported to Big C, Mehdipatnam on 01.12.2010 and sent me to Cellcon Service centre at khairatabad. I handed over the phone at Cellkon care on 01.12.2010 and they well me it will take one week time to rectify the problem. I have contacted on 12.10.2010 they said the problem was rectified, on the same day i went to that centre to take my phone and i found that the problem was not rectified, again they told me that it will take another two days time. But till today i have not received any phone call from the Cellkon Care even though after completion of 18 days to rectify a small problem. They are not resonsive and it is the worst service i have ever seen and i want to register a complaint against the Big C Mehdipatnam and Cellkon Care at Khaiaratabad at consumer forum. Murthy

CELKON MODEL C9 — nobody responding properly

This is to inform you that i have purchsed the above model at Poorvika - Pallavaram on 29th November 2010.

On 14th the display giving problem then i have checked with Poorvika at Pallavaram and they asked me to go to Purasavakkam service centre to repair the same.

I have given my mobile on 18th December 2010 (service bill receipt number is : 8676) and they told contact after 10 days.

I have called several times after 10 days but no body responding properly. That means one person telling after a week another one confirming it will take another 2 weeks time.

I never expect this kind service from you. I at Pallavaram and could not go to directly to that service centre. I need very badly phone.
After seeing this mail kindly check and helping me. If it is late atleast replace the set.

Yes, I do agree with the complaints on big-C. Big-C is proved a Big-Cheater !! I had purchased a mobile Celkon-C99 model in december-10 at Big-C showroom at Dabagardens, Vizag and it became diffective within 15 days.There was no physical damage but the Big-C man & Celkon service fellow says its a display problem. I thought my mobile may be replaced but the Big Cheater at Vizag says he can not replace the mobile.But to my surprise, he said he will replace the display on cost basis. for that also i agreed and kept the set for one week at his custody for repar. But there is no use .It seems the display is not available so easily. Then what is the fate of my mobile? I have purchased it at a cost of Rs.4700/-.The response at Big-C is very poor, and very cool.They dont bother about the customer once their goods is sold out.

I have purchased(Unfortunately!!) a Celkon-make C-99 model mobile instrument from Big-C, showroom at Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam on Dec-18th of 2010. I have hardly used it for less than 10 days and one fine morning it became deffective.It was shoing some thing un recognisable on the screen . I could not make any calls as it is a toch screen type mobile.I have approcahed the Big-C showroom on 4th January and told my problem. They immediately directed me to Celkon service centre. At the Celkon service centre they said the set's display damaged and it is not covered under warranty.I requested them for the replacement of the set as it is covered under warranty and was been purchased only 15 days back, and also it was not my fault.They refused my request and denied the replacement or any exchange with other mobile. I was told that the display was physically damaged and is to be replaced, the display costs around Rs.1350/-. I have handed over my mobile phone on the same day with Big-C and taken receipt for the same . After pusuing the matter over phone with the Big-C management for one week I lost my patience and brought my set back on 13-1-11. Their stand is they will not replace the set, or they will not replace the display free of cost.
I have warned them that I shall goto Consumers forum and lodge the complant against Big-C and Celkon company. They are very cool and not at all bothered .
This is the state of a consumer in this country ?

I agree Big C is Big Cheater. I purchased a C99 from Big C (B Cheaters), Palakollu. They duped me by adding all sorts of extras like downloading at Rs. 139.00 (which I did not want), Screen Guard at Rs. 139.00 (which is only Rs. 50.00 outside) and other things. The actual cost was 4, 999.00 as per news paper but they charged me 4, 500.00. They don't answer my calls because they black listed my number. They answer only of I call from some new number each time and they say the mobile was in silent mode. My screen cracked because of my fault. I asked for a replacement. They said they'll call me. This is the third day. They'll only tell some story. That is Big C! Big Cheaters!

Celcon c9 Mobile is waste it is not working proper. Big-C people are cheating the customers. They are saying well and good cellcon Mobiles but lots are problems are there and they are not give proper response for queries. Don't but cellcon mobiles. that to not buy in Big-C.

I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED A CELLKON MOBILE FROM BIG-C AT DILSUKH NAGAR, HYDERABAD VIDE CASH MEMO NO. 0898823 DATED 21.01.2011.BUT, THE NEXT DAY I HAVE OBSERVED THAT THE THE AUTO UPDATION OF TIME AND DATE IS NOT WORKING. IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE APPROACHED THE BIG-C AUTHORITIES. THEY TOLD THAT THE RELEVANT SOFTWARE IS AT PRESENT NOT AVAILABLE. DUE TO MY THROUGH FOLLOW-UP, THEY HAVE TAKEN THE CELL ON 03.03.2011 AND THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE SAME ON 23.03.2011 WITH A LOT OF OTHER PROBELMS i.e., touch problem, NES games problem, blue tooth problem and also switch off problem
I IMMEDIATELY HANDOVER THE CELL ON THE NEXT DAY ITSELF i.e., ON 24.03.2011. AGAIN ON THEY RETURN THE CELL ON 26.03.2011 AND TOLD THAT ALL PROBLEMS RECTIFIE BUT, THE GAMES SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING. I IMMEDIATELY HANDOVER THE CELL ON 26.03.2011. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CELL. I HAD ALREADY SENT A LEGAL NOTICE TO ALL CONCERNED ON 19.03.2011 WITH ALL DOCUMENTS.

I brought a Celkon-867 mobile after 5 months, it stopped working. I gave it to service center nearly about 6 times. every time the same problem. Now the warrenty period is ending up.

I have purchased it for 4500. Response is very very bad either in Big-C or in Service center. Please dont buy celkon mobiles.

I have again went the same complaint repeated this time they said that key board is faulty we are senidng the faulty key board and we shal give the repaired mobile after ten days it more than one he gives mobile with showing the has reapired and with next two the problem remains the same. this has happened and my warranty period also elapsed. After taking one month the Incharge of Big C Daimond park says that I can only service in the period of warranty . Then when I have asked the customer complaint register they said that such provison is not provided in this show room The Big C has become the known Cheater in Vizag says he cannot help in servicing the mobile.But to my surprise, he said he will service on cost basis with out bill. iam S.narayana Rao i have taken the mobile of celkon c9 on 15th oct 2010 and my display is showing white screen. I had given it to sony ericcson servicing center at dwarakanagar, vizag on 17th august 2011 and my workorder number is WIN118BTS11081.The problem is with the display screen.They said me that it will take one week time to rectify the problem.I have contacted them on 14th sep 2011 and they said that the problem was rectified, on the same day when i went to that centre to take my phone and they said that the problem was not rectified, again they told me that it will take one week time.pls take necessary action immediately to solve the problem or refund my money back otherwise i will go to the consumer court.

I purchased a celkon mobile C9, at Big-C, Tirupathi !! This mobile phone (C9) has all the extraordinary features...like wifi, mobile internet, GPRS, Camera with 3.2MP...but all this features wont working properly...the camera option in china mobiles are better then this mobile..they said that 3.2MP camera...but the pictures taken are worst then the china mobiles. Also it will become switchof[censored]nexpectedly even we keep charging whole night...i suffered a lot because of this [censored]ing mobile which costs 4300/- at the time of purchase. This Big-C people they dont even make a service properly...My suggestion is dont purchase the Celkon mobiles...it will not work properly atleast a month...that to dont try to purchase the mobile phones in Big-C...its not Big-C its a Big- [censored]

Also the charging of this mobile was worst...it wont come even 2hrs...its true

In all the above comments..we can find Big-C & Celkon. They do fraud and make money through their Brand(Big C) & that [censored]ing celkon mobile...please understand and dont purchase a celkon mobile that to in Big C they will cheat smoothly...

I just bought a C66i piece 2 hrs ago in BIG C, vijayawada...I can already see that I am cheated...while playing video and audio songs simultaneously, phone crashes - while screen seen, i have seen this multiple times..i have to remove battery and put it back to get it work again, i cant do this everytime...I am seeing other issues as well with this piece..someone has to put an end to this stupid celkon BIG C (cheater) pieces, please donot buy any CELKON PIECES..their customer service is horrible to say the least, they cant replace or give money back for a piece thats not even bought 24hrs ago...

I purchased my celkon c66i one year back, my network connection is airtel, I requested the customer care of airtel to provide internet connection to my mobile, unfortunately the message from airtel the network provider is as follows:

Your handset does not support over the air Internet settings. this message is from airtel network and my mobile no. is [protected]

if so, the china mobiles are supporting the internet why this, it seems this firm is not making the supported handsets, just making cellphones this is very bad experience from the celkon c66i, so dear friends don't go for celkon brand.

I have purchased Celkon mobile in Tirupati, Model No.C111, IMEI/MEID No.[protected]. After few months within warranty period, the phone was frequently given trouble. I approached CELKON Mobiles Service Centre, Tirupati (Phone No.[protected]) and they have taken my mobile for repairs, but they could not find out the problem and sent to CELKON Company, Hyderabard and they have given ELS Number:CMELS[protected] in the month of April-2012 (i.e.23.4.2012) and they have informed to come after 15 day. But till date the mobile was not handedover to me by Service Centre, Tirupati, stating that the mobile has not received from Company so far. My mobile phone No.[protected].

Hence, you are requested to take appropriate action and see that the mobile should be handed over to me.

Buy Celkon ONLY if you want to run to their worthless service centres. Celkon is the worst mobile i have ever brought. You cannot hear properly nor be heard. All their products are to cheat people. The salesman boasts of all extravagant features to lure you to buy them. Once you buy it, you will not even be able to use it as a simple phone, thus beginning your marathon run back and forth to their useless service centre. Celkon is a big fraud company. Ple...ase don't buy.

I purchased a celkon A 200 phone and it is not working with in one month with NETWORK PROBLEM. I handed over the same to HARI COMMUNICATIONS authorized service center in Vijayawada on 19.02.2014. They told that we will sent the piece to head office and it will come back maximum in ONE month and also told that if the problem is not solved they will issue a new piece with in one month. But so far no response from any one either from service center or from customer care unit, HYDERABAD. Several times I cantacted them through phone to custome care executives PRADEEP AND SWETHA. I personally contacted the service center at vijayawada . They showed their total neglegence on my problem and irresponsible attitude. my WORK ORDER NUMBER : CM[protected]. I strongly condemn the poor service by celkon mobile people.

poor service I am purchased CLKON ML5 mobile I got problem my mobile not powering on. I am given for service on 23/6/2014 at Sri Sai Communications, Hardy complem, Opp Chermas, MG road, Secundrabad but I am received my phone on 10/7/2014 not working condition again they said battery problem final after so many communicate mails interact with Mr.Tulasiram your Area service manager they handed over battery again I am received same condition not powering on. Again I am putting mail to Mr.Tulasiram for suggestion good service centre but till date he is not responding and he is switched of his mobile.Even service centre they are comenting purchase new mobile. I am purchased my mobile with 8800/- but I hurt such a coments leason. I am proudly purchase my mobile as Indian product but I am received poor service. I also purchased A42 celkon colors mobile on 22nd July 2014. The mobile has already went for 3 times to service centre for hanging problem. Since 22nd September the mobile has been in service centre. The reply from customer care of Celkon ([protected]) is equally irritating.

We need to assume that the mobile is having warranty of just one day (and not one year or six months as claimed by the company). The one day is for going to home and finding that the mobile is faulty.

Better all the consumers get updated on this issue regarding warranty of celkon mobiles.
