My Name is A.Umakumar and I am from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. I have purchased Celkon A-19 during August, 2012 from Big-C shop at Tirupati for Rs.7999/-. After few days the soft ware was not working and phone was hanging. The Customer Care at Central pARK, Tirupati has attended the problem because the instrument was under warranty. Like wise three to four times my mobile above has given trouble and i have paid twice for the service also. During last week my mobile was fallen down and the notification that mobile net work not available was displayed. Again I had been to your Service Centre at Central Park and asked to see the problem. The receptionist took the instrument and after two days he returned it back to me saying the sim slat is not available with them and to throw the phone in drainage and it will not be repairable. I was shocked to here the words. How a cell phone of Rs.8000/- cant be repaired for a simple problem and be useless. Kindly look into the matter and do justice to me.

regarding service
i bought phone on 17 july 2013, i facing problem with charging pin, i went to celkon service centre, their response is poor, if they cant rectify let them replace a new phone, plz help me
