Respected Sir, My Name is A.Umakumar and I am from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. I have purchased Celkon A-19 during August, 2012 from Big-C shop at Tirupati for Rs.7999/-. After few days the soft ware was not working and phone was hanging. The Customer Care at Central pARK, Tirupati has attended the problem because the instrument was under warranty. Like wise three to four times my mobile above has given trouble and i have paid twice for the service also. During last week my mobile was fallen down and the notification that mobile net work not available was displayed. Again I had been to your Service Centre at Central Park and asked to see the problem. The receptionist took the instrument and after two days he returned it back to me saying the sim slat is not available with them and to throw the phone in drainage and it will not be repairable. I was shocked to here the words. How a cell phone of Rs.8000/- cant be repaired for a simple problem and be useless. Kindly look into the matter and do justice to me.     i just buyed a new celkon mellinium edition q5 in 7, 500 its online price is ~6, 900 from vishakapatnam, not even one week happen.both sim card slots are not working and memory card slot not working.i found two screws are not there.i dont know what to do.please help me

      Dear Celkon Care, I hereby to complain you that my headset(Celkon A35k) receiver and as well as the charger got problem, so i went to service center in visakhapatnam and its service center name is Arun Cell Care Dr No, [protected]st Floor, Shop No 2, Sri Surya Lakshmi Complex Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam [protected]. so my complaint is ive given my headset and charger and they told me to collect my mobile by 3days and they told me that they will replace my charger but when i went to collect my new charger they questioned me that acctualy whats the problem in charger... im really shocked with their question and they only replaced adapter and that time i asked them that you people told that you will replace the charger and they were replyin with careless answer and i asked them if it again get problem then im goin to suffer so change the full charger, and they told me if it wont work then they asked me to bring so they will repaire and will give it to me so thats the complaint Now you people have to solve my problem and the people in your service point are the mannerless and they dont even know how to talk to customers... so if you to wont take action on my complaint and as well giving me new charger then i will take action on your company ASAP i want the reply from your people

            The following is the message being sent for the last 3 Days to 'CELKON' Customer care - Hyderabad & Corporate Office of CELKON. But they are not responding. Please help me to get my repaired mobile / replacement.

            " I have purchased a A118 model CELKON mobile with IMEI No : [protected] in the month of JULY'2014 in BIG-C mobile shop at TIRUPATI. It worked for 3 months. Later the problems of touch, auto speaker 'ON' etc. It was taken for repair / replacement on 24.10.2014. But so far not returned. It was given for repair in CELKON SERVICE Centre, SHIVA COMMUNICATIONS, TIRUPATI. Even after lapse of 5 weeks time the same was not returned so far. I made many phone calls, but they are not receiving / answering phone calls. I personally approched them, they replied that it was sent to company and to be received. You are requested to take necessary action for early return of my mobile in working condition. The detailes are furnished for your ready reference.

              Hi Guys, my self Rathnam. Hereby I'm very disappointed with CELKON service, I had given my mobile CELKON AR45 to SRILAXMI GANESH ENTERPRISES, AMMERPET, regarding Receiver, Signal, Blue tooth, internal memory corruption & Apps converted into android icon problem as 1 months back I.e. On 25-Oct, still I haven’t received my phone yet, no one cooperating me, since last 30 days I'm calling weekly thrice at service center and the customer care but no one responding me with the proper reason. However I did not get any alternate mobile (basic model) during service period, it’s absolutely disgusting and testing the customers patience. My IMEI/MEID No. is [protected], model no. CELKON AR45..

                I had been placed an order of celkon 3.5"Android mobile from Home Shop 18 on 24/11/2014.Move has been sent on. My address by Home Shop18 by their order no[protected] via Ecom Express on same day which is delivered by Ecom Express on 26/11/2014 The cost of the Mobile is Rs.2599/which is paid by me. At the time of opening of mobile I found they their is an problem of hanging and the play store is not working and by is going heat up..In this connection whenever I complaint about these problems A complaint has been regd against my complaint under complaint no[protected] and told by the customer care in 48hrs and nocall back will be given by the customercare but no call back has been given by the HOME SHOP18 till date. Today on 28/11/2014 at 0634pm when ever I call to Home Shop18 there is no sufficient reply has been given by Mr.Rahul who was on duty and call has been disconnected by him.whis is not fair towards the customer care .In view of the above you are therefore requested to please look in to the matter and try to sent new mobile in lieu of deffected price of 3.5"Android CELKON A 354C at earliest. After receiving the phone i noticed that flash light on the phone was not working properly, i informed customer care immediately but since then no action has been taken.                         Service center of Celkon in vijayanagaram, sri Gayatri mobiles is responding very rash and costing spares is toomuch.They cost charging connector pin Rs.290. But in ur company online parts showing it as only Rs.10 of the spare part. They r telling that this is the minimum price to open a celkon cell.They don't do servicing to my cell but wrote in the manual bill as servicing charge. They rejected to give online bill causing that the warranty will lapse if we give u a online bill. Is it true? As Iam repaired in an authorized servicing center y don't these people rejecting to give online bill? Please respond about this and they handling the customers very rash. Please open more servicing centers to avoid corruption and late delivery.

                          I purchased Celkon A-42 model mobile on 22nd July 2014. From the next day it started mal-functioning and also 'hanging'. I visited service centre two times and the third time the company suggested me to approach another service centre at Somajiguda.                             I bought Celkon A119Q after a gr8 search on Feb-07th 2014, instead of buying Sam sung Grand2. After 8 months it got a minor problem while charging. I immediately gone 2 nearest Celkon servicing center Sri Gayathri Mobiles in Vizianagaram, M.G.road. There the receptionist said that servicing time is over today. I requested a lot. But rejected the receptionist and I decided to go next day.Nextday they told to leave my mobile for a day and to change my charging pin. I requested that it was a small problem and I wl wait for 2 hours.Then the receptionist harshly said "i[censored] r urgent, take ur phone and go. Here we don't repair ur phone". I asked her i[censored] r not responsible for this company mobiles, where should I go. She said carelessly again, U go and try any where Alredy I heared a lot about this servicing center that rash handling with costumers, poor servicing, and Gr8 delay in delivery. It is a big joke in popular said by some of my friends that the use of celkon mobile is less time with them than the time that they left in servicing center. See how poor service they giving! My humble and sincere request to the owners of this company that Ur servicing and handling with costumers is too poor than other companies. I[censored] rectify this problem, definitely U overtake samsung. Another thing is that u maitain more and more servicing centers in majaor cities as too much of costumers are using ur phones. I[censored] r really a good owner, Immediately remove the staff in Vizianagaram and open so many servicing centers.

                              Hello, I have requested for a Battery for for my A69 model at the Celkon Care center located in Akkayya Palem in visakhapatnam.. Despite of 2 months and 15 days time I was not called for the battery as was promised. When the second visit was made I was told will be called once the battery arrives.. However no call made. When the third visit was made today 11/11/2014 and was told the same thing and the service staff were even rude.. Also the battery cost was told as INR 550 and where in the battery cost in the Website shows as INR 117(Service charges and Local tax additional).. Do not really see why the variance is so very high.

                                    Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased A225 Model Celkon phone on 08/07/14. After few months the mobile had charging problems and the battery back-up was very low. I then gave the mobile phone to the nearest authorized Celkon service agent SALAI ENTERPRISES, PURASAWALKAM, CHENNAI. The authorized agent after checking the phone said that this has to be sent to their main branch. They assured that the phone would be repaired and would be handed in maximum 2 weeks time. After 2 months they promised me to make a replacement of the phone. But it’s been MORE THAN 4 MONTHS now and they have not delivered the replacement even after repeated calls and enquiries to them. CELKON gave me the worst customer service of my life. And I had undergone a severe mental pressure and trauma in dealing with this issue. I then gave the mobile phone to the nearest authorised Celkon service agent Ms.Sri Vyshnavi Enterprises, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. The authorised agent after checking the phone said that this has to be sent to their main branch at Madhapur in Hyderabad. They have assured that the phone would be repaired and would be handed in maximum 2 weeks time. But till now the phone has not been handed to us and on repeated enquiries at Ms.Sri Vyshnavi Enterprises, we get inconsistent reply and they themselves are not sure as to when the phone would be given back. In this latest technology era i fail to understand as to why is that Celkon would take such long time to rectify the complaint. It shows that the company is not bothered about its customers. I humble request the concerned to look into this and ensure that my phone is handed back at the earliest after rectifying the complaint. The details of the phone are: IMEI No: [protected].                                         I have purchase celkon mobile in Kakinada, dated:26/09/2014, Rs.3100/-. day by day its giving problem starting it use to give troble of battery back up mobile full hetting and battety discharged.not worked so i went to service center . they check battery replaced but same problum repeted .Again i went servicing center but not respond properly.But that was useless even I'm having the waranty.
