Celkon — Under warranty handset repair or replace

Respected sir,
I bought celkon mobile hand set mod. Name q455 black in bigc at gajuwaka on 10 / 04 / 2015, inv. No:si / gaj / 360 under 1 year warranty, it was stopped working on 21 / 06 / 2015 around 6 pm while speaking and i reported and handed over hand set to the service center on 22 / 06 / 2015, they pointed un matched reasons and estimated rs;4000 / - they should not charge amount because i have warranty, and also 45 days completed till to day problem not solved, so please resolve my complaint.
