My heart goes out to the people working amidst the covid-19 pandemic. People like delivery executives, truck drivers, healthcare workers who risk their health and lives to ensure that we are living risk free. That we are fed, clothed and healthy. But it's a shame how your employees are behaving at your bihariganj, madhepura branch. My brother is stuck in delhi cause of lockdown and he needs money urgently but i've been turned away many times by the bank people saying i've to a go a cbs, there was no rush or anything he just outright denied saying i've to go to cbs to deposit money. The nearby solution for me is bank and can't really sore through the sky really with tons of restrictions of the lockdown. I hope you sympathize with the situation that we are facing. I hope i was able to address my issue in a well, respectful manner. Please look it into it. Thank you.

    Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 703.0 which send to my account on 6th april 2020 from amazon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. # 749492 and i have waiting almost 20 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I am unable to have complained against it on my branch because of lockdown situation and i tried to make a costomer call but they not answered.

    Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. And complain report so please refund my money as soon as possible.

        I moolchand being the consumer of your bank i. E central bank of india and have account no is [protected] at the branch pgdav college, ring road, nehru nagar, new delhi-110065. I have to say that during this lockdown i am residing in my village i. E nandpur, tehsil-dhaulana, district-hapur, uttar pradesh. On 13 or 14 april i visited in my village for the encashment of amount of rs. 10000/- but due to denied i could not received the amount and i was informed that the same had been denied. When i check my balance the wad debited with rs 10000/- and the same i could not received till date.
        Plz help and refund the same amount as soon as possible.

            The amount 4902.15 was debited from my bank account number [protected] on date 02.04.2020 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was debit card. After cancellation of train due to lockdown on date 17.04.2020 a refund has been initiated by irctc.
            The refund transaction details as provided by irctc are given below:

              Sir,
              I have done a transaction of cash withdrawal through aadhaar no[protected] on dated[protected], from the account of central bank of india. Whose account statement shows that the amount has been debited on the same day but the status is showing fail of that transaction on spice money portal. Also, the cash of customer is not being refund in his account. The transaction rrn number which is showing fail on spice money portal is[protected]

              So please short out my problem as soon as possible.

                Dear sir,

                Please note that at the time of education loan sanction for my loan account number - [protected], in july-2014, i was told by the bank manager that my education loan will be by default eligible for csis-central sector interest subsidy scheme and no further process has to be done by a me as a borrower, and i was also informed that it is the prime responsibility of the financing bank/branch to claim the subsidy on behalf of the borrower and the same is written in the faqs of csis. The repay of loan emis started in september, 2018. When i found in my bank statement that no interest subsidy has been credited to my account, i tried to contact bank manager about that, i followed manager for 3 to 4 times, and at the end i was told that no interest subsidy scheme has been applied by the previous bank manager to my loan account and no further action can be done for the subsidy at the current scenario. The current manager even accepted that it was the fault of the previous manager that he didn't apply for the scheme.
                Because of the fault of the manager and the system, why would i have to face these so burdened interest of my moratorium period of almost 4 years, since there was no fault of mine at the time of loan sanction or at this time even. I want my education loan account to be applied with this benifit of csis for the moratorium period as due to this so burdened moratorium period interest, a lot load is ongoing over me in my emis, and which leads to effect to my credit score.
                Please do the needful as early as possible and give me the benifit of that moratorium period interest for my education loan.

                  Vendor (Amazon.in) has issued me refund on 28 march 2020 and i have received the confirmation mail of fund issued from them and i also have the refund reference but till now amount is not credited into my account by bank and i am trying to contact bank customer care from last 8-9 days but call is not connecting so i am providing the refund reference id and some other details which will be useful to you.                           Sir, Most humbly I beg to say that I have cancelled four e tickets (PNR NO [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) on 22nd March 2020. The cancellation charge is already refunded by IRCTC on 31st March, 2020 which is credited to my A/c on 08th April, 2020. But the remaining amount which is refunded by IRCTC on 23rd March, 2020 to the bank, it is still pending. Till date it is not credited by bank or IRCTC to my account.                             There was a refund from amazon which was initiated on 23 march.
                            The amount 1776.00 whose refund is issued on 28th march 2020 by amazon has not been credited to my account.

                            I had ordered a item worth rs 1890 through central bank of india debit rupay card - *9476

                            Amount 114 was used from amazon pay which i got return on 24th march. The rest amount of rs 1776 is stuck which was to be credited to the account.
                            When i called amazon they said i need to contact bank customer care but they told me i need to visit the nearest branch of central bank. Neither did they help me. I couldn't even launch a complaint through central bank customer service. It's nearly one month i didn't the amount is not credited to my account. I have called to both the customer services but till now nothing happened.
                            Please help me.

                            I have called the customer service but none solved my problem. Customer service of Amazon sent me a mail that the amount is transferred to my account but till now it's not credited to my central bank account. When I called banks customer service they didn't register my complaint neither at the nearest branch of central bank. They said they could not do anything.

                              I have ordered a tv from amazon.in website, rs 7149 paid through central bank of india netbanking.

                              At the same day i have cancelled the order and i got the mail from amazon. It stated 2020-03 (March)-04 refund processed it will reflect in 5 days from amazon side with reference number of[protected]

                              For further clarification contact your bank, it is about month still i did not receive refund.

                                I ordered a tripod from amazon.in but dur to the lockdown amazon had candelled the order and issued refund of rs.1927 in my account on 4 th april 2020..

                                Its been 2 weeks yet the money has not been transferred into my account.. I tried contacting the bank but what they give is only assurance.
