I am an account holder of central bank of india, dombivli west branch. My s. B. Account no. [protected], ifsc : cbin028279.

I am a senior citizen and living alone and living on my deposit interest. I had issued a cheque no. 490351 dated 10.09.2019 for rs. 1791/- to my housing society towards society maintenance charges. I was informed by the society the cheque was dishounoured by central bank - reason given "05-kindly contact drawer/drawee bank and please present again". I was shocked as i usually keep sufficient fund before issuing any cheque. I am maintaining this account for more than 20 years now and not once my cheque was dishonoured even once for any reason.

I had visited the branch and met the branch manager. He was laughing at me as if he had earned some fund for the bank and informed me that it is a technical reason the cheque was returned and we have already debited your a sum of rs. 118/-.

I am really sorry to see such an attitude and he challenged me to complain anywhere, instead of offering any solution.

My society also charged me rs. 150/- towards cheque returned charged without any fault of mine.

I request you to look into the matter at the earliest.

        Hi,

        I have an account with Central Bank of India, Raja Garden Branch.

        My two recent most cheques have been dishonoured without any valid reason been given to me. I have been trying to follow up with my branch and CBI helpline number but they have no visibility into this matter.

        The cheques are dated Nov 1st.

        This has never happened before, and, I have always kept same signature with no change in it at all. Then what is the reason that both my cheques are dishonoured and bank makes no attempt in speaking to me on this matter and help with a resolution.

        Furthermore I have been imposed with a penalty of Rs. 236 as well wherein I am totally unaware of why is this happening.

        Need urgent attention on this matter.

              My son went on cbi atm, adjacent to the cbi bank branch at sadar bazar, ambala cantt on 22/08/2019 to withdraw an amount of rs. 20, 000/-. He fed all information into atm and when the machine was counting the cash, suddenly the electricity went off and atm stopped working. A message for deduction of rs. 20, 000/- was sent to my mobile. So my son went to the cbi bank branch and told the facts to the staff. The staff convinced that the money will revert back in my accounts is a day or two. Even my son waited for electricity of atm to come, but no money was dispensed. So he came back home. We waited for 2 days and on monday i visted the bank and tld my problem there. Then the cbi bank staff lodged a complaint on 26/08/2019 vide complaint no. 3089382 and advised me to wait. I visited the cbi bank, ambala branch almost daiily. When more than 15 days passed, the ambala branch manager suggersted me to complaint my parent nak i. E. At baburi, distt. Chandauli, up. I consulted my parent bank branch, they also lodged a complaint vide complaint no. 3115726 on 16/09/2019. They also assured that my money will be back, as sometime it take more time to revert back my money. But till date i have not received any money in my account.

              Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem positively. Hopping for the favorable action please.

                      Amazon, Mumbai had initiated refund of Rs 499/- vide refund reference -
                      0RZV1AAW0000K0P2NLSX on dated 30/09/2019 but the same is not credited to my account even after 24 days.
                      I had sent several emails to bank but bank did't responded to my mails and neither take any action so far. central bank of India customer care numbers available on net are also not attending the calls.

                      Till today I. e. 29/10/2019, issue is not resolved by the bank.
                      Such poor services of Central Bank of India is deeply regretted.

                      The loan has ben repaid totally but bank has not issuing clearance certificate hence requested so mant times.

                            Later when new manager was transferred to branch he started looking into it
                            Lady home loan officer is too slow and is not taking care o customer

                              I was holding two loan accounts with central bank. One term loan and one cash credit account. I had closed both the accounts in the month of june and still now they have not updated in cibil which is affecting my cibil score. Despite calling the customer care and requesting no action has been taken still. For reference i am attaching the loan closure letter provided by the bank.

                              Cibil is not updated still. The loans are showing in open status and is affecting my credit score.
                              I took an education loan at your Central Bank of India Shindakheda branch. As my financial condition was not correct, I was pending by the bank EMI, when the bank informed the CIBIL beuro. Then I regularized the account in February 2020. After that, I repaid the entire outstanding loan on July 2020 and my loan was closed by the bank, but my CIBIL record was not corrected by the applicant, for this I spoke to the CIBIL bureau saying they gave us your account information Should be known No information has been provided by the bank. We have dispute rise your account, but we are not getting any response from the bank, your loan data is not being provided to us by the bank, hence the bank is pending. And when I contact the bank and ask, they tell me that we do not give any information to CIBIL, CIBIL itself handles online data. My loan account number [protected]

                                      Amazon on 1st october reflected refund amount 899 bearing reference number 226037 & that amount still (10 october) not credited in my bank account. I made a payment of 899 through phone pay that is linked with central bank of india. Amazon customer care said they already reflect the same amount on 1 october & advice me to talk to central bank of india customer care & they said they can't help me regarding my stuck amount and even they are not gives me denial letter..
                                      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible...

                                        The central bank of india mhasrul branch, is the worst branch i have seen throughout my life.
                                        I had transferred my state bank of india meri branch just to open a bank account wherein my important work would be done in less time, however this branch is the worst of all.
                                        I wanted to do an international transaction to usa and told them that i require an international transaction enabled visa card.
                                        Those employees, mostly peons don't even cared to listen to me and when asked of their behavior, they told me to go to different tables.
                                        I also wanted a internet banking facility, but the same behavior was done.
                                        I request all indians to please don't open a bank account in this central bank, as this is the worst bank and this bakk deserves a boycott.

                                        I went to the bank again and told them that I have complained regarding your behavior.They are continuing the old behavior
                                        My account is already maintain so why bank apply charges.
