I have waiting almost 10days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manager. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

    Sir... I applied for primary centcash debit card for my pension (Defence) account first time. As it is known to all accounts holder that primary card fee is nil for inssunce of card. But from my account rs.236/debited ad charges. Talked to manager... She said we have 10000 account. Am i not included in that? It was some insulting tone... Being senior member i felt. Bad,. On net it is very clear that primary card inssunce charges r nil. I talked on phone but no use... Pl. Look in this matter n reply soon thanks. Sir

        I was getting the refund of Rs 10995 into my bank account for one of my order i ordered from Flipkart.
        The refund was initiated from seller side on 4th march 2020 itself and they told me that it’ll take 8 business days to get reflect into your account.
        But it’s already been 12 days and till now also I haven’t got my refund back into my bank account.
        I had even shared the reference number that is "74766510064009305468002” but still haven’t got any answers to my problems.

              My aadhar delinking request is rejected at npci for my aadhar. I got sms to contact home branch. But contact number is not responding my calls. I have submitted my application for closing of my account in home branch with aadhar delinking request attached with this. But after few hours later in the day i got sms which includes my account is not adhar delinked.

                  I carried my ATM card (Platinum debit Card) of Central Bank of India and tried to withdraw cash in Dhaka Bangladesh from many ATMs but always getting declined. Whats to do
                  My resrvation 16 feb delhi to kanpur 472 rupees and i canceled and railyatri customer care said that they iniciate my refund 365 in 17 february but bank customer care not reply me and i called 3 times but noone help..they have not write my complaint that payment not iniciate.

                    By mistake a huge amount of 2226 was transfer to my amazon account but than I called amazon customer care and the next day they refunded me my money back but my account of central bank of india does not show the amount in it...and the customer care and branch of central bank does not give any response to my transaction
                    So I m raising a chargeback dispute ...I want my money in 2 days in my account

                      I applied for central bank of india internet banking. It's been over 7 days but i still can not login. All the website says is user id not found.

                      I called customer care, they said contact bank. Bank branch is not picking up calls.
                      They are not providing any kind of help. Internet banking is not working despite 6 - 7 days gone by.

                      I am going to close my accounts with this bank now.

                          Sir,
                          I have cancelled two railway ticket on 18/02/2020 which was booked on 18/02/2020 through my debit card no [protected], rs 7309.74 and 4466.38 was debited from my savings account no [protected].
                          The pnr no of the ticket is [protected] and [protected].
                          After cancellation i have received mail from irctc on 18/02/2020 as below
                          1. Your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 6860 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly
                          2. Your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 4030 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly.

                          Now after inquiry from irctc, they informed that they have initiated the refund amount to bank on 21/02/2020 but till date the refund amount not credited in my sb account no [protected].
                          I request you to look into the matter and refund the amount.

                            On 14 feb 2020 i ordered headphones [redgear thunder-b 7.1 usb rgb gaming headphones] from amazon i paid rs 1, 709.00 through my central bank of india's visa debit card visa ending in 0011

                            On 15 feb 2020 i returned the product and the very next day 16 feb 2020
                            Amazon initiated me refund of rs 1, 709.00 they said i will receive my refund within 7-10, they also gave me a reference number refund reference # 74332740048004721371798

                            Amazon has clearified that they have initiated amount but bank didn't credited into my bank account
                            The date of trasaction 14/02/2020
                            The date of refund initiated 16/02/2020

                            But it's been 17 days central bank of india didn't credited rs 1, 709.00 on my bank account,
                            I called central bank of india's customer service they told me to contact branch manager so i visited my home branch but branch manager told me that he can't track the refund reference number [74332740048004721371798 ] he also checked my bank statement and told me that no amount has been received by them.

                            The resolution of my complaint is to get refund of amount 1, 709.00
