Its been 9 days but still central bank has not credited the amount in my account, i have requested a refund of rs 9995 from phone pe, on 25th march 2020, but they are saying they have refunded the amount but bank is not showing that in my account. I have registered many complaint regarding this to phone pe then they are saying go to bank and register a complaint.
I called central bank of india customer care centre, they also didn't received my complaint saying that this type of complaint are to be registered on bank branches.
Phone pe has given a arn number, with regard to this issue.

        Dear Concern,
        Extreme declined shown at ATM No[protected] of SBI Mamra Bazar ATM counter but my amount deducted by 8000/- in two time try for withdraw 1st tym I have tried for Rs-5000/- and 2nd tym tried for Rs-3000/-
        But same error shown me in every time but still I have not got my amount please help me.

          20 march 2020 i have order oppo Reno 3 pro worth rs 29990 via my debit card and after that i have cancelled that due to some personal reasons, and they have shared the reference number - '30001000810080015225426'
          With Refund ID - CR20032021202618824566804 and said that the refund will be processed by 2 april 2020.
          And today is 2 april, 11 days passed but yet not get my money back.
          Due to lock down if I'm trying to call central bank customer executive then i always hearing busy tune even in the midnight to.

              I purchased 2 product from amazon and tatacliq. Their money refund status was successful but i did not receive any refund amount. I contact both the online services they told me your bank account has issue that why you did not received any amount.
              I also try to contact bank customer care but no one receives call.
              Please solve this issues as soon as possible.

                Sir, i have cancelled my order paid by my central bank of india credit card, any amazon has credited my refund on 24'th march 2020, but the amount has not credited in my account. Please i am requesting you to credit my amount back to my account either you gel me notified about my refund that when it will be credited in my account because amazon has iniated my refund on 24' th of march

I have complained against it on my branch but i did not get proper solution from bank manager or bank staff. I have complained against it but still it's s not money reflect in my account.                     Sir,

                    I had purchased a mobile phone of rs 12849 online through amazon in exchange offer on 01/03/20 but i had to return due to some reason but refund is not credited in my account till now.

                    And the same occured with my another order of shirt of rs 949 and no money is credited till now.

                    Both amount 12749+100 and 949 have been refunded on 05/03 20 and 08/03/20 resp said by amazon customer care.

                    Sir plz help us for refunding of amount.

                                I ordered a crutial 4gb ram from amazon and get a defective product. So i contacted to the customer service and tell the problem. They said that they will send the refund in original payment method. But i didn't received a refund. Though amazon seller has confirmed the refund and share the details with me.                                       On 10.12.2019 i used my aspire credit card no.4687...4000 at vasavi santosh superstore for making a payment of rs, 718. When they first tried they said transaction failed. They used another pso machine and the transaction was successful. However i received two debit messages. I contacted the merchant who then checked with his bank and said that they had received only one payment and advised us to approach central bank of india. When i called the bank they advised me to submit a dispute application. I sent an email. They again advised the same. I filled up the application and emailed to them on 20.12.2019. When they did not acknowledge the same i again sent an email. They informed that settlement of dispute takes 45-60 days from date of filing dispute. Now it is more than 90 days. They did not reply to my email dt, 28.2.2020.

                                        On 29 sep i have purchased a phone from amazon.in and i have done full payment online : due to some reason i cancelled my order : they said we will credit the money within 7 days but still not recieved : i have visited the bank but they are unable to solve my problem : also talked to amazon they said talk to your bank and vice versa. Please sol my problem as soon as possible.
