On 1st april while trying to draw money from andhra bank atm (Chinnathirupathi, salem 8, tamilnadu) rs.5000/- debited in my account but amount not dispensed from atm machine. While contacting central bank of india, they said amount will be credited within 48 hours. But till date (13.04.2019) the said amount rs.350 not reversed in my account. Mail also forwarded to rbi, but rbi advised to contact in person at the concern bank to create complaint...

On the 5th of april i tried to add rs 500 to my paytm wallet but my transaction failed. I later tried to add another 100 rupees but that failed too.
I submitted a complaint to paytm, they said that the bank will refund the amount to you.
