    Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    An item i order in amazon and at first payment successfull then show me payment failed and i receive my amount back 3-5 business day. I do not receive the refund within 5 business days.bank customer care cannot help me .amazon send me transaction id[protected]

        I just registered my cbi account in the amazon pay upi and i made an online transaction but the payment got declined due to a technical issue... I don't know what that means then i tried my debit card and it also failed now i don't know what to do and i don't even have a clue of what's happening hope you resolve this... And i didn't entered any incorrect atm pin while using the atm.. That means my account hasn't got blocked

Last 20 years my husband continuously operate his account and after death am wish to claim amount transfer to my account on am legal nominee of my husband account but bank branch not co prate with me they always given excuses every time this document is retired now this every time they given new excuses and they also said why you are suffer you forget this amount this is more round round moving to bank but not working any more so please help us am singly old lady am so much suffer.             I have no received refund from amazon. The e mail i have received from amazon is as follows. I have tried to get solution from customer care but i did not get refund till now. Amazon is telling me to contact bank and lodge a complain there with reference to authorization code and as them to credit this amount to my sb account no [protected]

              I went to the gokulpuri branch delhi to deposit the money and after some time i was again visited the branch to know about the status of account and i was wearing the half pant and the t - shirt and also i receiving a call of the mother during the hole incidence asst. Manager of the branch interving and shouted on me using abusing and filthy language saying that “ oyr yh kya phna hai tunay or aaj to aagya hai aaj kay bd yha mt aajiou or yh nikkhar bhi utar k del dounga kha say chlay aathy hai saly” and i tried to pacify the matter and i hang up the call and said plse mind the language it is pertain to mention here that i m advocate by profession and reputed person who gives high consideration to my reputation and the manager also interrupt and saying that “ki tu yha kha hero hai kya advocate apnay ghar ka hoga mai yha ka judge hu meri chla thi hai “ it is note worthy that i had corridal and good relation with the previous branch manger and staff also and had no complaint either side.
              So kindly let me know that a reputed person and the customer of your bank who wears the half pants and t-shirt is stated in this way it’s allowed or not inside your bank. I m highly heart by this hole incident and want stringent action against the manager and the asst manager of the gokulpuri branch delhi in addition to this i m going to file a criminal complaint for assault and criminal defamation.

                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

I have applied to educational loan for higher studies in abroad (Michigan technological university) central bank of india, english bazar branch (Branch ifsc code cbin0284948). I have been harassed by branch manager as he has lack of knowledge about loan processing. He is incompetent enough to provide any information. I use to go to bank daily and everyday he asks for only one document. His callousness makes a delay of my loan and university has deferred my application for this session.

                    My name is Harsh Goyal and I had ordered wiles wireless earphones of Rs. 195(Wiles wireless earphones ) through Amazon on 19 th March, 2019 and on 20 th March, 2019 I returned this order due to personal reason. So the regime of Rs. 145 must be credited in my account which is not still. And on 23rd April, 2019 refund initiated as per Amazon.

                        I have transferred 5000 in two different transaction as 2500 once and 2500 again by mistake through google pay to upi id[protected] to mr. Dhiru kumar mobile number [protected] from upi id - [protected]@okicici with mobile number [protected] have tried calling him to refund the money but he is not responding have raised my queries to google pay but the executive says the bank would be able to help you, have also raised this query to my kotak mahindra bank as well.

                            On 1st april while trying to draw money from andhra bank atm (Chinnathirupathi, salem 8, tamilnadu) rs.5000/- debited in my account but amount not dispensed from atm machine. While contacting central bank of india, they said amount will be credited within 48 hours. But till date (13.04.2019) the said amount rs.350 not reversed in my account. Mail also forwarded to rbi, but rbi advised to contact in person at the concern bank to create complaint in central bank of india.

                              On the 5th of april i tried to add rs 500 to my paytm wallet but my transaction failed. I later tried to add another 100 rupees but that failed too.
                              I submitted a complaint to paytm, they said that the bank will refund the amount to you.
                              It has been 1 week since then but yet the money hasn't be added back to my account.

                                    With reference to the above i am having a saving account with andheri, east, mumbai-400069 (Micr code is[protected] branch code is 0595)
                                    I would like to inform you that i was gone to ahmadabad on dated 27th march, 2019 for my medical treatment, after completion of treatment, i have surplus sum of rs. 40, 000.00 (Rs. Forty thousand only). I want to deposit the same in my saving account in civil hospital, chamanpura branch (Micr code[protected] and branch code is 2047) ahmadabad.
                                    I fill the deposit slip and go to cash counter for deposit such amount, the cashier of the branch mr. Harkishan vaishnav refused and told with annoyed that i can’t accept single rupees of other branch and return the deposit slip, i explain him that as per the bank rules rs. 49, 999.00 can be deposit without any charges all over in india, but refuse to accept a single rupees with use the dictatorship language “once again i say cant’accept cash from you”..
                                    Finally, i go to meet to branch manager for my such problem, but the branch manager was not present in the chamber, he gone out for bank works, i wait 30 minutes but he has not come back and finally i compel to carry cash in my journey, which was risky and unsafe for me. So please take action against such person who is unnecessary harassed to customers.

Though i am not in a position of paying total o/s loan amount in single payment, visited to local branch and submitted death certificate of my mother and taken the responsibility of paying loan amount vide emi every month till closer.

                                      Due to unexpected death of my mother mrs. Chevendra valli kumari we are in a state of confusion regarding any deposition or any shares amount or any arrears amount is lying with central bank of india.

                                      Regarding this my father has given me a oral communication that he has invested some amount in shares or ppf account in his service days which are to be withdrawn in 2018 with double amount (As per current market ration / value of shares as on date)

                                      Point no - 6

                                      Before retirement he has worked in amalner branch and retired in 2010.

                                      Hence we are requesting you to kindly inform us if there is any amount lying with central bank of india as on date as so that we can claim as per banking rules.

                                      Hope you can understand our situation and doing the needful.

                                      I Chevendra Sohan S/o Mr. Chevendra Vinayak Rao ( Late 12.04.13 ) & Chevendra Valli Kumari ( Late 21.10.18 ) would like to bring to your kind notice that My Father is Ex-Employee of Central Bank of India From 11.12.1973 to 30.06.10 as per above cited subject. and my Mother Chevendra Vallikumari is a family pensioner was passed recently on 21st Of Oct'18

                                      She is having family pension account in Shivam Road Branch Hyderabad i.e .[protected] along with loan due of 1, 84, 000/- as of date.
