    Respected sir/madam,

    I was opened new saving account in warora branch. I didn't received last 2 college scholarship in my account. College principal told me to submit the npci form to the bank then you receive college scholarship. Then i submit the npci form with aadhar copy but bank employee told me he didn't know about npci form and he said my aadhar already link to my account.
    I again call to college principal they said me your bank not shown on npci map. Bank employees not support me. Please link my aadhar to npci for receiving college scholarship.

          I have done online payment through my debit card([protected]) on ECOM at ANI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTGURGAON HRIN at 1:33 am on Monday 17th june, 2019 2 times and my account got debited but the transaction failed.The amount debited is rs. 113 each time and both the transactions were failed. Please help to resolve it and initiate my complaint accordingly.

            I am Anand Bhushan Verma pensioner and my account is in central bank of India branch Balaghat madhypraddesh IFS CODE CBIN0281039 . My excessive income tax was deducted as TDS in the month of march . My tax was deducted Rs 27653 but in income tax 26 AS shows nil . There is a mis match of TDS amount in form 16 and 26 AS as shown in income tax department statement hence I will be not get refund amount of excess tax deducted at source . Please solve my problem by correction of 26 AS form as desired so I can file my income tax return for financial year 2018-19.

I live in Madhya Pradesh's district Chhatarpur, I went to complain to my gas subsidy in the gas agency that my subsidy does not come in my account, they showed that your subsidy goes to the account of your central bank account I told the four points of the end which I knew in Central Bank District Chhatarpur, he said that your account is in Haryana Manesar, where my Aadhaar card is attached And my name but photo and signature of someone else! Account no. [protected] please solve may problem anyway i will legal Action in your bank. and return may gas subsidy in this Account.

                Withdraw your kind attention i like to state you that, I am a customer of your Central Bank account number[protected], (branch-segunbagan, krishnagar, Nadia, pin-741101, West Bengal) . At the date of. 08/04/2019 I was withdraw some money from the ATM. In fast approach 20000 rupees and second approach 10000 rupees. Bank statement States me that I I was withdraw 30000 rupees but the problem is is that time I have not received any hard cash from ATM. In that time time 16/8/19 I was going to complain in nearest branch. They told us that it will be credited to our account. But still now it was not credited in my balance.

                  I have been following up with Central Bank of India Raipur (Sadar Bazar branch) for over a month now for the actual Interest certificate for my education loan but to no avail. Is there a way this can be escalated?

                  This happens every year. I do not understand how difficult it is to provide a simple certificate and why cant it be made online to ensure hassle free transactions.

                    This Amount has not been credited in University account.
                    when enquired at Bank branch they dont give any satisfactory reply.

                      I did imps transaction, the transaction got failed but the amount is deducted from my account. And not received the refund yet.I did this transaction using cent mobile app. I was transfering the amount 50000 to my SBI account. And my SBI account not get credited even.
                      Please request you to please help me with this issue and get me the refund back.please do needful....

                        The staff in the Rama Park Mohan garden Delhi 110059 is very lazy and rude they are always talking on phone or eating or telling server is down this is 4days in a week...very poor service.very very improper way of working the people behind the counter reading newspaper making jokes but not working which is so pathetic for such a government bank very bad ...

                          Respected sir,
                          I am sourabh shukla customer of central bank for since last 3 years. Actually i lost my atm card while i was travelling and it is totally upon me and im sorry for the same mistake. But, when i am requesting to home branch of bank to reissue debit card for my account, the co-ordinator there are insisting me to first change my account from student to general.
                          She told me that, while applying for new atm card the system is asking to update the account from 'student to general'.

                          But, clearly i know as well its my decision if i want to keep my account student or general...

                          I was never expected this kind of misdirective behaviour from such a esteemed bank.

                              This is to bring to your notice a encounter that i had with branch manager of
                              Central bank of india, regional office, foreign exchange branch, Bangalore, Karnataka.
                              When I asked about having credit card procedure by fixed depositing amount he was irresponsible because i asked in Kannada language like I should only communicate with him in Hindi and when I asked him any other employee can translate to him what I'm explaining he ordered me to go out as he don't want kannadigas to open account and was rude with me to go out.

                                    Was trying to book my tickets from irctc mobile app with my central bank of india account... Account details as follows a/c no : [protected] debit card no [protected] mobile no [protected]... So the transaction failed... Transaction id: [protected].. Which was around rs 665... Firstly i called the irctc customer care soo they told me that they haven't recieved any amount yet... And the status for the ticket is showing that the transaction is showing pending from the bank end

                                      Result = rupees 937.00 only deducted from my central bank account, but transaction declined by the server.
                                      As transaction was unsuccessful, but my deducted amount is still not reflecting in my saving bank account by the central bank of india.
