My name is sanjay kumar murmu and i m customer of central bank of india. Account number is [protected], branch khairabad sitapur, ifsc code cbin0280215. On 07 january 2019 i transfer money of 3000 rupee to bank of india, but due to wrong ifsc code money didn't transfer and amount was deducted from my account. I complained to branch they given me complaint no 2752251 and asked me to contact to customer care for resolve. I contacted to customer care and given my complaint number. More than 1 month later still it is not resolved. Please take necessary step.

      Dear sir,
      I did transaction of rs.6000 on[protected] at canara bank atm aland check post gulbarga. But the transaction was failed i didn't receive any amount but the amount has been deducted from my account i did complaint regarding this on[protected] at central bank of india gulbarga. But the manager is saying that your transaction is successful from that atm we did our work we can't help you. On this. I have asked him about footage of that day incident but the manager said please go and ask to the bank where you have did transaction (Canara). I am attaching 2 pics regarding this issue
      I would like to request you that i want my money refunded
      To my account as soon as possible or else i will take further step.

        I have recently buyed an amazon product through credit card but due to some reasons it didn't delivered.
        It's been 20 days but i haven't been refunded yet. The customer service told me that they have already been refunded to bank.
        Later on contacting they told me to file a charge dispute but i don't know how to do it.

        It's a matter of rs. 1531
        Please help me as soon as possible.

          Frequently absence of manager and There is an shortage of staffs in this bank so they are not responding properly and the staff are always supports and helping to the bigshots only and the banks staffs are not working for the poor people and they have handling the people's in worst way and not replying properly so kindly request you to take proper action against the bank staff its our humble request please take proper action and increase the staff members to serve the people

              Amount debited from my account and the transaction is successful but it is not reflecting in the receiver account in my transaction the transaction got successful so let me help out from this issue my transaction is veri important and i need the money back. Even i transfer the money to central bank of india through upi.

                Dear sir,

                On 12.02.19, i had swept debit card on atm at union bank branch, d y patil hoslital (Sant tukaram nagar) at 22.27 p. M to withdraw amount of rs.9900/-. The amount got deducted but transaction had declined. The central bank customer care number[[protected]] is temporarily out of service and also the phone number of bank is not being answered.

                Please do the needful and credit the amount back to my account.

                  Today, some guy tried and almost tricked me to wipe my balance from your bhim cent upi..

                  He deceivingly asked me to send a message to this number [protected] and [protected].

                  If you're holding this person in your bank account, then i request you to block his account whatever he is being holding up..

                  Or warn him to not take a step, if he do so, then his account would be permanently disabled.

                      I am complaining about inconvenience at the branch. I have been visiting at the branch for last 5 days only for reissue my new atm card in build with new chip.
                      I have many accounts in another bank, they all banks issued easily on only one visit and their have a good response and behaviour but not in your branch.

                      So, kindly request to central bank of india regional officer please ask your branch officer to do not react like this misbehaviour attitude and do not vex their customers giving by date by date to visit the branch.

                          Whole staff of central bank of india branch - krishna nagar, gorakhpur. First of all the number of staff members are less in number and some of them seems not to be staff over there. And each staff talk very badly to their customers. They don't even respect women and old age people. I kindly request you to please make available number of staff members over there and educate them a little more how to handle issues otherwise we will file complaint.

                              Your bank worker collect my atm card 2 weaks ago by saying they will provide new in 2 days.
                              But still i don't get it.
                              Just because of it i can't make transactions, i'm far away from branch.
                              Staff is not working properly, misbehaving is in their blood.
                              I just request you to take immediate action and provide atm to the customers.
                              I hope that my issue will be solved.
                              No thanks to central bank.

                                My saving a/c no is [protected] on 4/02/2019 at 12.10 hrs i used my rupay
                                Debit card to withdraw rs 10 000/-at banks atm machine central bank of india ghatkopar west 400086 i did not receive any money but received a withdrawl slip. Auth code 003728 resp code 1804 scdno 5941s
                                I immediately contacted the bank but the y told me to wait for two days and
                                Asked to see whether the amt rs 10 000/- is again credited to the account. If not then asked me to submit the application to the home branch.

                                Kindly look in to this and arrange to credit the amount.

Bank Branch Keolari on Dated 23/11/2020 at 14:22:14 PM. and I got a slip TX# 7382 AUTH CODE and response code # 1804 . I have attached Image of ATM Transaction slip. How will this come back to my Andhra Bank A/C No. [protected] .

                                  My atm transaction declined but amount got deducted from my account, i use my central bank atm i done transection of rupees 2000 but i didnt got my money from atm... But amount got deduct from my account of rupees 2000... I have complaint in customer care so many times he told me that weight for 24 hours money will be credited to your account automaticaly... But i didnt my money back... Please give me my money back...
