Last 4 months my mother is continuous touch with this branch, but the branch manager is ignoring and hashing the old lady, please guide the complete process how to change the pension account.     I got sms of a bank that my account has been debited with 11982.64 rs. Through atm card. But, my atm card was with me i have checked my balance then i came to know that my account is really debited with 11982.64 rs. I have not used my atm card before the incident took place. I got shocked after getting that sms. Without our any verification (Otp) or intention our money has been deduced. I want my money back in any how condition... Please help me in this issue...

          Dear sir,

          Sub:- misuse of my central card on 2.4.2012/my card no.[protected]

          I had reported over phone and by mail that my card has been misused by some culprits. I requested you to block the card for further misuse. I received mail and sms stating that my card is blocked and the amount is reduced to zero. Regarding the disputed amount, i received a dispute form from your office, i had sent the same to you last month with my real outstanding due. I received acknowledgement for the payment, but still i am getting statement after statement that my card is overdue. I spoke to mr. Tejas today now at 10.30 am, he requested me to send a mail again regarding this issue. I have not received any response to my dispute and i requested you to issue me a new card. Yet to get response for that too. Please look into my problem, clear and solve the issue, send me a fresh card at the earliest.

          I receive a reply on 02.01.2018 after several phone calls and mails. The reply is as follows.

          With reference to your mail, it is to inform you that we had raised chargeback against disputed transactions on 11/05/2012. However the claim was rejected on 07/06/2012 and copy of the transaction receipt retrieved from merchant bank was also sent to you vide our mail dated 18/06/2012. The amounts of disputed transactions are not reversed to your card account as the dispute claim is rejected as already informed.

          Due to non-payment of dues your card account has turned to npa since 10/09/2012. Present outstanding dues are rs.28, 198.07.

          You are therefore requested to deposit the outstanding amount in your card account to enable us to close the card account.

          Kindly deposit the dues at the earliest.

          I have not miused the creditcard. I reported about the misuse on 2.4.2012. They blocked my card based on my information, and said that they will not pay to the merchant. They sent a claimform and i submitted accordingly. Now they say that the trasaction slip was enclosed and they had rejecterd my claim. I request you to take up the issued and help me to close the case. No responsible person has replied to my mails and now they are claiming as if i have made a mistake. Please help me to solve and close the case.

            Dear sir,
            This is to inform you that most of the cliental of rajajipuram branch are senior citizen. The location of the branch is at first floor with very narrow staircase. Visiting branch is all of a tough job for the pensioners and senior citizens. Off site atm of fss was installed at a prominent place having good hits and giving much relief to pensioners and senior citizens. The same had been closed causing much trouble to cliental. Other atms of central bank of india in near proximity are about 6 km. The same might have been done under bank's policy rephrasing atms of fss. But before doing so alternative arrangements should have been made so that bank's business is not adversely effected because of problems faced by the customers.

            Hopefully you will certainly look into the grievances of pensioners, senior citizens and disabled and will ensure alternate arrangement immediately.

                Today we went to central bank of india pilathara branch, for pledging fixed deposit for assistant secretary of cheruthazham grama panjayath. Then the branch manager was rejected to pledge. He was saying there is no option for pledging any other individuals.
                As we have done more pledging from the same branch til december 2017.
                I just want a clarification about this irregularity.

                    It is to bring to your kind notice that i am a loanee of your bank of branch ghonda, maujpur delhi-110053, has taken education loan under the cent vidyarthi scheme for my graduation (B. Tech) of amount inr 2.80 lakhs with effect from oct, 2012.

                    According to the scheme from hrd ministry, for interest subsidy on technical and professional courses dated feb, 2014, the interest will be cancelled whose parental income is less than inr4.50 lakhs.

                    After declaration of this scheme, i have visited the branch so many times but, there is no positive response from your bank. Only once they have paid my interest around 11000 inr and only when i complained about that matter. Since 2 years whenever i visited the branch they always said that your file is in ministry but the truth is that i did not get any amount other than i mentioned.

                    I am still unemployed and my father has no more, so there is a huge financial crisis in my family due to lack of income source. So, it's quiet difficult to pay the interest of the above mentioned loan.

                    To get 100% benefit of the scheme i request you to take necessary action in this grievance as soon as possible. Hoping for a positive response from your bank otherwise i will move forward to rti queries or otherwise i will go to a wrong path. Whatever will happen to me the bank will be responsible.

                      Sir, myself prabal sen. I beg to state that 2000rs is deducted from my account while adding to paytm wallet from debit card because of incorrect debit card number on 16th november 2017 and payment failed but money is deducted from my account and i have lodge a complain on central bank of india and my complain number is 2211136 but there is no response from bank. The account is belongs to haranchandra sen and nanda rani sen. I have also lodge a complain in paytm customer forum but they also said that they didn't receive the money from bank, the bank is only responsible for your money deduction. Plz take action on this issue and return my money, otherwise i have to take action on your bank.

                        I got sms of a bank that my account has been debited with 6300 rs. Through atm card. But, my atm card was in my pocket and i was working in my office. I have checked my balance then i came to know that my account is really debited with 6300 rs. I have not used my atm card since 1 day before the incident took place. I got shocked after getting that sms. I have blocked my card immediately through customer care. I have complained this to the home branch as well as police station. I want my money back in any how condition.

                          The online taxation payment was intended to be made to excise department through net banking on dt. 07.11.2017 of rs. 938272/-
                          Sir on proceeding for payment online the message on the cbi website was displayed “ exceeds online transaction limit” & no payment challan was generated, sir but my bank account was debited by rs. 938272/-

                          Sir, we contacted the chomu house, jaipur branch where we are having the account for either issue of excise challan or refund of our money @rs. 938272/-
                          On dt. 7.11.2017
                          Sir, a long time has passed and our continous following with the bank branch is not resulting in any outcome.
                          We therefore request you to kindly take-up this matter as most urgent & important as neither the cbi is making payment nor in absence of challan, the payment can be claimed from excise department amounting rs. 938272/-

I visit three or four times in your ghonda branch only to give intimation about death of my father but there is one reply that there is shortage of staff and no body who lookafter the file of pensioners. Due to this negligence my mother could not avail the benefit of dependent, she is bed ridden for last 6-7 years

                              I have done the fund transfer using imps from central bank of india on 18-december-2017 and after final submit it shows request received. After that i am unable to see the status using imps fund transfer enquiry menu. The menu shows your request couldn't processed right now. I just want to know how long will it take to refund my money. There is no explanation in faqs for these kind of situations.

                                  This is to bring to your notice a encounter that i had with branch manager of
                                  Central bank of india satellite branch ahmedabad. Mr. Rajesh gupta (As shared name by one of employee) as detailed below

                                  My father is of 78 years and due to a major accident in past has been acknowledged 30%handicap by court doc. He is a central govt. Pensioner and a customer in specific satellite branch as his main pension depositing branch.

                                  My father opted this specific branch as his pension branch as at that time (In 1999) it was very close to our residence and on ground floor. Post since 2004 the branch has shifted to a complex which is on 1st floor and has non functional lift for now from past five year... Irrespective many complaint no action taken by branch to correct same.. (Actually branch staff itself breaks the call switch on bank floor every time repaired such that they get least sr. Citizen customer visits... As it's very hard to climb the stairs which too are half broken).

                                  Today i had to take my father to branch for. Clarification regarding his withheld arrears of 7th pay commision which were already dispersed to rest pensioners in other banks but not released till date for central bank pensioners irrespective of fact that in september 2017 itself pension dept had issued notification for same for all central govt. Pensioner... (Copy of notification attached.) also clear communication that same shall get credited without any reminder or process by pensioner.

                                  My father already had big apprehension for meeting the branch manager as in past also he was mis behaving not only with my father but as customer in general to all. Especially pensioners... Let me say that this branch is mainly a pensioner depositer branch only. But as i was accompanying him he agreed to meet and resolve his issue.

                                  To my disbelief the branch manager in cabin was most ill behaved and ruthless, who was in his cabin busy with computer and did not give a single acknowledgement to a 78 years old person who could rarely walk and has come all the way up on his floor at his door step. On multiple times when my father passed for help in matter he without raising his head from computer said please go no 4th counter and speak to lady as he was busy. And only she could help.

                                  On my personal interruption and reminding him the rbi guidelines that they should give doorstep service to my father he gave a clear lame excuse saying we have too many pensioner and can not service this way.
                                  He said it's ok for you to go and complaint to any body as we can not go to request each and every body. (Hear every body is 30% handicapped, 78 year old and pension account holder of same branch and also a person holding multiple lacs balance in savings account.)

                                  When i made my protest to same he asked his staff to check if he can help in the matter else it's ok.

                                  I sincerely feel that this is too much for to accept as from a bank manager a i wish without prejudice the manager should be dictated to visit back my father place and seek a written apology for the disrespect that he had shown to my father... I am sincerely hurt and feel helpless as a son of central govt. Regd. Official who deserves to be respected as he has served the govt for good time and has earned it.

                                  This is second time that a help less retired personal is misbehaved as in past also at time of 6th pay commision also he hd to pass though same difficulty to get his arrears and corrections in place as the local staff always claim that they can not help in any form.

                                  At last i expect below mentioned correction at branch as this can be least expected.

                                  Branch has responsibility towards ensuring a path for its senior and handicapped sitizens and customers... Lift should be operational. And should have dedicated staff (Security, peon) to assist and such people on gr. Floor and drop back once work is done.

                                  The bank should ensure their phones are operational (The manager says if you want us to come write a mail as "phone koi nahi uttaega".- he denied to share his own mobile number or of his staff and fact is no body responds on branch phone number or is kept off the hook always. Expecting a 78 year old person to write mail is a joke).

                                  The branch manager to be made accountable for customers delight and not work like accountant... If he has loads of work... He should work over office hours to get his paper work in place but spend all customer interaction hour in customer service rather that than deep inside computer with even greeting a customer...
                                  .
                                  Last but not least again expect a formal apology on same by directly bank manager in shortest time available... Shall not attach any vedio of our interaction as i sincerely belive that bank must be having their own cctv footage for verifications of facts given by me
                                  ... If not it's a big mistake at senior management level too.

                                  I do have a clear footage of same which i shall share only if found no disciplinary action post this mail too.

                                    Sir mera name manish sharma hai my a/c no.[protected], mob no.[protected], [protected].
                                    Sir maine 23/11/2017 ko gandhinagar jaipur to rudrapur city ke liye ticket book karwai thi but ticket nahi huaa or mere a/c se 23/11/2017 ko 3380 rs deduct ho gaye hai so please help me as soon as posible.
                                    Maine cbi branch mai bhi complain dali hui hai complain no.-cbi#2220713
                                    Or maine toll free no. Per baat kari thi wo complain close bata rahe hai
                                    Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Our firm's elektronik lab account no. [protected] is with central bank of india since 1976. Recently for past two years the said branch is showing total indifferent attitude towards getting account balance, fd information etc. The excuse is that the bank is understaff,
                                      Recently the brach manger has undergone surgery.
                                      Last year without any information to us one bank grievance to garden reach ship builders & engineer (Grse) has been given to grse, resulting in large loss & also towards fd loss.
                                      We are not getting the statement on our account & our fd which are with the bank.
                                      We need your intervention. Please call on us to express our grievance in a meeting.

                                        Cpin:[protected]date 21.11.2017 time 16:23:27 for gst payment time trasaction passwordenter then go to processing that time error page show after 1 day check the gstwebsite failed payment status and check my account still not revert back myaccount this amount. Discuss our branch staffyes technical problem so give letter we send to ho told so submit the letter that time request early to revertthis amount told that officer told sorry i don`t know about this matter ourserver very lazy and if you not satisfaction close the account told
