Sub:- misuse of my central card on 2.4.2012/my card no.[protected]
I had reported over phone and by mail that my card has been misused by some culprits. I requested you to block the card for further misuse. I received mail and sms stating that my card is blocked and the amount is reduced to zero. Regarding the disputed amount, i received a dispute form from your office, i had sent the same to you last month with my real outstanding due. I received acknowledgement for the payment, but still i am getting statement after statement that my card is overdue. I spoke to mr. Tejas today now at 10.30 am, he requested me to send a mail again regarding this issue. I have not received any response to my dispute and i requested you to issue me a new card. Yet to get response for that too. Please look into my problem, clear and solve the issue, send me a fresh card at the earliest.

I receive a reply on 02.01.2018 after several phone calls and mails. The reply is as follows.
With reference to your mail, it is to inform you that we had raised chargeback against disputed transactions on 11/05/2012. However the claim was rejected on 07/06/2012 and copy of the transaction receipt retrieved from merchant bank was also sent to you vide our mail dated 18/06/2012. The amounts of disputed transactions are not reversed to your card account as the dispute claim is rejected as already informed.
Due to non-payment of dues your card account has turned to npa since 10/09/2012. Present outstanding dues are rs.28, 198.07.
You are therefore requested to deposit the outstanding amount in your card account to enable us to close the card account.
Kindly deposit the dues at the earliest.

I have not miused the creditcard. I reported about the misuse on 2.4.2012. They blocked my card based on my information, and said that they will not pay to the merchant. They sent a claimform and i submitted accordingly. Now they say that the trasaction slip was enclosed and they had rejecterd my claim. I request you to take up the issued and help me to close the case. No responsible person has replied to my mails and now they are claiming as if i have made a mistake. Please help me to solve and close the case.
