This item i was purchased from amazon.in on 14 aug 2017 but to due some reason i was returns the items and they initiate my refund in my same account of central bank of india i was use central bank of india debit card and paid rs. 1670.00, they email me that they initiate my refund on 22 august 2017, i was only get rupees-568.00 refund but not getting rest amount which was rupees -1102.00.
They already given me the reference[protected], which was not trace and utr noumber is utr[protected].
I was already visit my branch to but they told their is no stuck payment, and amazon.in said without transaction utr not generate.

I am also attaching all my communication i was done with amazon.in, in which you can get all details of this order and other relevent details
This is my humble request kindly look this matter its already.

I do understand your concern regarding refund for the order[protected]. Surely, i'll help you with this.

To help you with this i have checked our records and can see that the refund was successfully processed from our end. This amount should have been credited to your account by now as per the bank’s respective policies.

Generally the refund got credited within 5-6 business days from the date of refund, so as you haven't received your refund yet, i'm providing you the transaction reference number as a confirmation from our end.

To make sure this issue is resolved i wanted to know whether you have used the word charge dispute to your bank customer service agent using this reference number: utr[protected] if you have mentioned the word charge dispute to the bank they will be providing you the reference number for that charge dispute.

The reason i'm requesting you to please mention the word "charge dispute" with the bank agent to resolve it otherwise they will not dispute the charge for you.

The reason behind requesting you to use charge dispute is, once the charge dispute is filed for your refund it will not take much time to locate the refund for you.

I truly regret for the time you have spent dealing this issue and for having to take additional time in bringing this to our notice. We're aware that our choice of services reflects on our business as a whole, please be assured that your message has already been forwarded to our concerned team so this will be taken into utmost consideration.

When you contact them, then please inform that the refund is not reflecting on your account and raise a charge dispute with the above mentioned transaction number provided to you and dispute the transaction as "refund never processed".

They complainant believe that he has made complaint at the npci website and the call may be from bank and pass on the information to get the bank account and aadhar linking online by them.

        The credit card application was submitted over two years ago with self attested documents needed. Still pending with no reply.

        Form not on website for removing the jt account holders name after death.
        No debts to be recovered, outstanding payments to be made. There is no minor involved. Tbe mailed asap to the prime account holders registered email : [protected]@hotmail.com
        My net banking is locked. Has to be revived
        No response at all.

          My husband was died in 29 may 2017 but the bank manager refused to give the insurance money of 2lakh saying that the age of the benificiary was above 50yrs old. My husband paid 330 rs. Since 2015 i was now helpless because if the age was 50yrs of this scheme then why the bank deducted 330 rs from my husbands account since two years.
          The bank manager behavior was also very bad towards a widow woman
          Please look after the matter because bank don"t take any responsibility

            I am an Account holder of Central Bank of India, Chalsa Branch, West Bengal. I recharged RS.399 from my Jio app on 6/11/2017 through my Debit card of Central Bank of India. Though the transaction failed Rs. 399 was deducted from my account and its still not refunded. Its already been 4 days but no refund too place. Kindly look into the issue such that my money gets refunded back into my account to the earnest.

                There is no such discipline in the central bank of india located in bijni, assam. There must single-single line for each men and women, but their is no such rules in here. So i request to take action, because it's a little kind of weird to womens. I am sorry that i cannot add any photos or videos but u can check there cctv footage if they had stored.

                  I (Rakesh kumar mishra) have an account in your branch of haidergarh ifsc code (Cbin0283657) district (Barabanki) state (Uttar pradesh) on date 27/10/2017 someone else withdrawal[protected] rs two times and transfer 40000 rs four times (Total rs240000) to other accounts which were nothing my knowledge also it was against bank rules nobody can withdrawal more than 30000 rs in a day from atm someone else withdrawal 80000rs and transfer 160000rs to other bank accounts on the same day while i have an atm card with me also i did not receive any otp while transition mode

                  Therefore i would request you to please take a strict action to victim and let my balance refund back in my account

                    My uco bank atm to insert the central bank of India but not given my money also deducted my account money

                    my uco bank atm card use to central bank of India atm to withdraw a sum of rupees (7000) thousands unluckily I found blank, I mean I could not get the money from that atm both but the money (7000) has deducted from my account. How can I re get the amount .

                        Sir, i am aman kumar from patna. My bihar students credits card (B. Tech) not accepted by cbi bank on the basis of mark obtaining in 12th basis. Sir, i obtained 70% mark total. And 65% in pcm subject. He said that more % is required for approval of students credits card. Please help me what i do. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          I have transferred rs. 9296 on 13th october 2017 to an andhra bank account. The transaction was failed and money was deducted from my account.                             Maine 515 rupiye[protected] ko irctc se online ticket book kiya tha jo waiting list me tha ticket confirm nhi hone ke wajah se ticket[protected] cancel ho gya tha. Ticket cancel hone par irctc ne balance refund kr diya lekin central bank se abhi tk mere accoount me balance refund nhi kiya hai account no.-[protected] (Pls sir balance jldi refund kijiye mera b-tech ka form bharne ka last date kal hai)

                              On 13th of october 2017 at around 1 am i used my debit card to pay for my bus ticket. They swipe my card and their machine declined the transaction but after 5 minutes i got the message stating 1500 ₹ has been debited from my account. When i called customer care of central bank of india they said that the transaction was not failed. But i was sure that it was failed transaction as i saw it clearly on my own during payment. I was literally astonished when customer care said that it is successful transaction. Today, is the 4th day i have not got my failed transaction or debited money back. I hope after raising this complain here i will get some sort of positive response from the central bank of india.

                              O was booking bus ticket online and during online payment money was cut from my account but ticket was not booked. So solve my problem.iplz give me some solution or refund my money. I request for it.

                                  Sir, when i was tried to make transaction for 3000 rupees from my saving account of central bank of india through atm of central bank of india chakan terminal there's no cash received. Only "your transaction has timed out" this massage comes on atm display screen this is exactly happened on one minute before 12am of date 12/10/2017. After one minute means exactly on 12:1 am i was tried again for same transaction of 3000 rupees second time for 3000 withdrawal successful. I was received 3000 only but 6000 rupees debited from my account.

                                    Im raghvendra singh from noida, i have booked a flat in upavp lucknow. The payment deposited to central bank of india hazratganj lucknow branch through all india branches.
                                    I have submitted the check date 30/09/2015 at noida naya gaon branch. I have filled a slip for referance for me but the clerk said we have vending machine drop it & get a copy. I submitted but the date & time was wrong i told them but they said dont worry i[censored] have any problem so contact.
                                    Now the upavp framing penalty of late payment so i want check inward detail from that branch but they rejected.
                                    Plz help or i need to file rti for this.

                                      Mere debit card se online transaction karne ke liye otp nahi aata hai. Maine ee branch me kaha too unhone kaha ki form apply karo mene wo bhi kiya. Uss baat too aaj 1month ho gaya. Koi kaam nahi ho raha hai. Maine abhi jaake branch me puccha. Par kisi ko kaam nahi karna hai. Ishi liye compliant kar raha hu. Kaam ho to thik varna account close karva dunga. Aur call center me call karte hai to wo bhi nahi lagta hai. That's bank is india most # bank.
