    Complain - bad behavior of branch head (Sruthi madam), branch add - 2nd st, ashok nagar, sarvamangala colony, pudur, ashok nagar, chennai, tamil nadu 600083

    Cbi plz fire the branch head (Sruthi madam), she is ver arrogant and not giving respect to any costumers, all the other members from that bank was very gud and helpful mainly the bank assi manager sir later he solved my problem, even all the staff have mention me that she is very rude and not respectful and got her job based on hingher contactin cbi, so kindly take action against her,

    My problem was i need to withdraw amount but the branch head sruthi told me that they cannot provide and behave very rude to me when i started to argue for my rights she handed over me to assistant branch manager thankfully assistant manager solved my problem and finally i was able to withdraw my money from my account, later i came to know that the branch head shruti mum got job based on hingher contact, after talking to other members i got that because her because of that attitude and rude behaviour nobody likes her she is giving torture to other staff so central bank of india kindly take action against her, thank you

          Hello prashant,

          I understand that your transaction of amount inr 1450 against the order [protected] was not processed successfully. As i have verified again, paytm did not receive any money from your bank for this transaction.

          In such cases, mostly banks reverse the amount back in customer's account within 14 working days as per their timelines/policy.in case of any further delay, we suggest you to raise a complaint with the bank.

          For raising a complaint with the bank, you should call up your bank customer care and specifically ask them to register a complaint with their atm/debit card team against this order. Also ask them to provide you a complaint/docket number for further coordination.

          Once you have raised a complaint, your bank will provide you an appropriate resolution as per their timelines/policy. Please note that paytm has no control over the bank's process. So, i suggest that you should follow up with your bank to get a speedy resolution on this.

          Should you need any other help from us, please let us know.

          paytm says money not credited to mobile number [protected] and bank says money has been debited.Both are saying money is not with them one of them had stolen my money but not responded yet 2088814 is a complaint number with bank please help out.

                    This is our third mail to you regarding reversal of failed atm transaction, detailed as per trailing mail. Kindly reply as soon as possible.

                    "sir/madam,
                    With above reference it is for your information that mr. Hiren arvindbhai kava is customer of our una branch (04196). He is having sb account [protected] with us. We have issued visa atm card [protected] in this account. He has used this card on 07/07/2017 in an atm outside india (Dubai, uae) for amount rs. 9140.96/-. As per customer his transaction was unsuccessful yet his account got debited and amount is still not reversed. Trace id of transaction is 468586. Kindly reverse the transaction.
                    We have also registered complain through helpdesk with request id cbi#2119483 on 16/08/2017 but it is unattended till now. Prior to this one we have registered another request which is now showing neither in closed request nor in open request."

                      Branch manager along with agent came to my house and saying that my kcc account is not good and said that give rs-8000/- and he will enhance my limit i managed somehow and given him the said amount but when i visited the branch after 2 days he simply denied and said he has not taken any rupees, now i am helpless. Such a notorious and bribe seeker, i have never seen in my life i hope this is now audible to higher authority and they will look into the matter. I am mr. Saha ali living in saruharid village district is barpeta assam.

                      State assam maintaing account - ([protected]) in your bank since 10 years
                      At sorbhog branch (2594) central bank i have already mailed you on
                      Dated 20/09/2017, from the mail of [protected]@gmail.com as the branch
                      Manager with his agent has taken rs-8000/- in the name of kcc loan
                      Renewal. Sir i managed somehow to give him rs 8000/- but he is cheating
                      With a customer like me.
                      Sir as i have mailed you on 20/09/2017, the next day branch manager
                      Called me at branch to meet him but i couldn't go to visit him, then
                      Next day morning at 5 am branch manager with his dalal named najrul
                      Islam local man came to my house and threatened my wife and me too and
                      Given me 2 days time to regret my mistake and feel sorry infront of
                      Branch manager in his office.
                      Sir i am very scared, and fear that branch manager may do some harmful
                      Activity which may lead to loose my life with my full family. From the
                      Morning to late night his dalal try pursue me to manage and to
                      Compromise by offering me a huge amount of rs 50000/- for the
                      Compromise of this complain. He is threatning me if i will not do
                      Compromise then i have to face music, and now i am confused completely
                      And very scared for the life of my family and my children.
                      Sir i hope you are listening my words and will do justice with me, as
                      I don, t want to loose my family and children. Sir i hope you will take

                          Many times in your center bank branch, affter writing letter that my mother is not being paid full family pension, whose account number is [protected] and the ifc code cbin0203455 and ppo no 20437! In this connection, i also met with the officials of the delhi development authority, the officials said that the center bank already been informed by the delhi development authority though the letter! And after the grievance cast by me the delhi development authority :by writing again bank, it was conveyed that the payment of full family pension to mrs prem wife himself, mr ram sawroop should paid, when i bank the ask found by authorities, he told techincal fault is not pension riwais sir, i have notified the letter many times since lost six months! But no proper action was taken sir, please be able to get the payment of fastest payment soon,

                            Sub: super annuity benefit request. Sb ac no. [protected]
                            I am a family pensioner who is getting my pension regularly in its due time and thanks for the same. My request is that after 80 years of age i have to get the super annuity pension, which i am not getting for the last 5 years. Since i have completed my 80 years by 29 03 2012 i am eligible for the above benefit from that date onwards. For your kind information my date of birth is 29 03 1932. I am enclosing a photo copy of my husband’s pension book as a proof of my date of birth along with this letter.

                            Because of the above grievance i am requesting you to grand the super annuity pension benefits to me at the earliest along with the arrears, which will be a great help for my old age living.

                              Sub.: double amount deduction from my sb a/c no.: [protected]
                              Sir,
                              I ordered a product for rs. 1099/- from amazon.in on 10th august 2017 via sb debit card no.: [protected]. I then received a message from your bank that rs. 1099/- has been deducted but this amount was deducted twice. I cancelled the product at the same time and i requested them for refunding the above amount as i found the amounted deducted twice. Amazon.in has refunded an amount of rs.1099/- on 14th august 2017 and they confirmed that only rs. 1099/- was deducted from their side and the rest of the amount i. E., rs.1099/- was deducted by bank.
                              In this regard your bank has deducted twice a time of amount rs.1099/- i. E., rs. 2198/- as per my passbook entry. Kindly credit the remaining amount of rs. 1099/- to my sb a/c as soon as possible.

                                My name is nirav hasmukhlal kothari having an account in your bank account no [protected] since 2001 in your ahmedabad stock exchange branch. Today 12/09/2017 i went to my branch for submitting as per asba facility in your bank ipo form of matrimoney.com limited but he refused to accept it with very rough behavior and give me in writing that"please feed net banking" with his signature and name sushil kumar as a branch manager. He has no right to pursue me to use net banking. This is not first time behave like that but frequently behave with very rough behavior. He also told me that what you want to do against me you can do. I am very socked to listen his answer. I am a very simple person so i request you to take strict action against branch manager.

                                  We have facing Problem to bad conversation they provide wrong information do us, they use bad words in front of customers.

                                  Branch Name -Central Bank of India, Ghee Bazaar, Nandurbar
                                  I transferred rs.2500 to my friends account by IMPS through Cent mobile app. The transaction was not completed sucessfully and the amount was deduced from my account and not credited to my friend's account. It's almost 2 hours and the amount was not credited to my account.
                                  In Proddatur main branch service is too bad.
                                  Speaking to customers very badly & Iritating.

                                    I request you, I am Prem w/o ramswaroop Mali in DDA Depot, I ask you my pension is six month down the family pension, then visit to bank officer is ask the system is technical fault of computer pension not revised the data,

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      I have an account in central bank of india, my account number is [protected], my account name is MITHUN B V. I have withdrawal inr 500 from SBI atm dated 9th september 2017. but i don't received cash from atm and amount is deducted from my bank account.I recieved a transaction slip with a message"SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS"INCOVENIENCE IS REGRETTED. I have attached a transaction slip for the proof.please refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.Thank you

                                        As i went to open a account in central bank, they firt told me that i need a pan card or an adhar card inorder to open an account. But i already had an adhar card, so i went to the bank inorder to open an account, but the lady who opens the account told me that she couldn't open an account on the basis of adhar card. But according to me adhar card will do inorder to open an account.
