error in transaction by debit card

regarding opening a account

As i went to open a account in central bank, they firt told me that i need a pan card or an adhar card inorder to open an account. But i already had an adhar card, so i went to the bank inorder to open an account, but the lady who opens the account told me that she couldn't open an account on the basis of adhar card. But according to me adhar card will do inorder to open an account....

I'm complaining about lunch time

I was transferring money through my debit card to my paytm wallet on 16 th aug amount was deduct of 2550 but transaction was failed n i had filed a complaint regarding this to my home branch on 18th aug bt i had not recived refund of my money acc no [protected]
