I applied pnbhf ipo through my cbi ase br ahmedabad and submitted through syndicate kotak bank code 373507. Which ate not done banking on time and remain as not blocked so we had not allotted shares so we suffer loss like (Trade 904 - issue price 775 = 129 * 19 shares *6 applications) total value rs. 14706/-. So please give us compensation same as earlist as possible sir. My application no are 20155419, 20155498, 20155513, 20155548, 20155511, 20155510.
Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was spending 2days regularly in line 2-3hrs but bank staff says Cash not available. Today says Cash available but they can't give after 4pm. I was inside the bank before 2PM but they close their counter on 4PM. I requested many times up to 5:30 there, but they gave cash of their known. This was totally intolerable.

    Myself anju ghosh a/c no-[protected] branch panchsheel park new delhi we swap our atm card in central bank of india atm for rs 2500 dated 26.08.2016 but amount was not received by me .And amount is deducted from my account. I went to branch and contacted to manager he told me that amount will revert in my account within 2-3 days.But not yet amount is revert.My atm card no is-[protected] therefore we request you to kindly do the needful.

      Dear sir / madam,

      This is with reference to our locker number 225f in central bank of india, khanda colony branch. We have opted the locker for our use and have paid the rent till year 2018 along with the deposit of rs. 10000/-. On 25th nov 2016 we tried opening the locker and found that it was not opening with the key. When we check with the staff and branch manager, i was been told that bank need to call the lock mechanic and i need to pay the charges of rs. 7000/- for same. When i question why i need to pay, as the issue is in the locker itself and bank need to maintain the same. I was been told that bank signs an agreement with customer that in case of any issues of locker, bank will charge this to customer. We have asked for the copy of the agreement and was been told that it will be provided on monday, 28th nov 2016.
      Post my request to put some oil in the locker, permission was been granted to me to bring the oil and try opening through same. The locker got opened post placement of oil. When we open the locker we found that the locker was having rust and water inside. Also there is leakage in ceiling above the locker. We have shown the same to bank staff and branch manager.
      This is absolutely ridiculous where bank is not maintaining the lockers and charging to us for same. I want to know whose responsibility is to maintain the locker and for what reason the bank is charging the deposit and rent from customer.
      Seeing the facility and maintenance, i have lost my faith with central bank of india and want to have my complete rent and deposit back with no cancellation or early termination charges.
      Also i am writing this complaint to cbi grievance department to take some action against the branch and help us sorting out this issue permanently. Attach snaps which shows the water leakage, rust and water inside the locker for your information.
      Awaiting for your positive revert on this issue.

        I used my cbi atm card to withdraw rs.10, 000/- and 15, 000/-at central bank of india atm at gobriya bawadi circle kota rajasthan on 27/10/16. But money was not dispensed. I received the slip but the money was debited twice on 27.10.16 the dates totally to the tune of rs.25, 000/-. I never accessed the cbi's atm on 27.10.16.in spite of that the amount was debited on 27.10.16

        I request you to kindly arrange to get back rs.25, 000/- which was debited on 27.10.16.

          Since last 3-4 days there is no fund available in CBI, NTPC Antah, also non availability of fund in ATM since 10 days except one day availability of fund in ATM. Branch Manager is also not respond in a proper way. Unexpectedly he saying to tall to Regional Manager for releasing of fund from their site. you are requested to please take it seriously.

              The staff over hear is very rude to the costomers instade of helping they just helps the people who are rich and ther lunch is more important than costomer standing in a huge lines please if its possible helps us out they are enjoying lunch while people stand outside in sun when we request them to go for lunch one at a time so that others can serv the costomers but ther say its not possible.

                Subject: Regarding ATM Transaction
                I am banking with your bank since long time on 02/10/2016, I tried to withdraw 10k FROM indicash ATM at kachchi pakki Ramdayaluroad Muzaffarpur, Bihar but money didn’t come out from ATM nevertheless I had transaction succeed message. How it was happened it might ATM error or any other technical fault. It’s totally bank responsibility you may check CCTV footage.
                Then I contacted customer care on 03/10/16. They told me that transaction was successful. If I not get money then how it’s possible even I given written complaint to my branch, they told me unless I have not get positive response from cust.care, it’s not possible to refund your money.
                It’s your responsibility to save my money. I can’t lose my hard earned money by this.
                Why don’t you check CCTV?
                Why don’t you probe how it was happened?
                It’s completely negligence for your services.
                It’s your responsibility to get my money back with interest.
                Its about to 2 months but I couldn’t get any satisfactory result
                Every one try to get rid off their responsibility.
                I am looking forward positive response from side.

                  We have our cash credit account in central bank change road ptk from the last 10-12 yearsMy father had taken a bike loan from central bank.My Father expired and without any letter or notice they debited Rs.35000 from the son's account even they did not have any proof of the death as we have not given any death certificate in the bank. On asking Mr.Naresh(bank manager) about the same, he said that i will do whatever I want. I will not give ur money back he said. This is a gundaa Raj by Mr.Naresh Sharma the bank manager of the central bank change road branch.

                  I request the higher authorities to please take any action. Because we are mentally harassed with the behaviour of Mr.Naresh(Bank manager central bank, dhangu road. PATHANKOT)

                      I have 4 account in central bank in vallabh vidhyanagar branch and my sister"s account in central bank Anand. yester day i vent to change my sister"s Rs.4000/ at my branch at v.v. nager branch with her Aadhar card, because my sister over 75 year old but branch v.v. nager as per P M"s announcement on T.V.. all other bank change this way but b m and staff demand my syster" latter .
                      As per P.M"S Announcement latter i need if i credit in my syster"s a/c but for change i not need latter but branch not change my Rs. they giving vreason if we change then our cash will finish.
                      Now you take action against your staff or we close our all a/c.

Whenever due to some query i call them my call is not being answered. Even I have called to their all the customer care numbers which they provide on the internet

                              The manager of C.B.I chhatna branch has no Common sense how to behave with customers. Especially who belongs to S.C & S.T community & also a non co operative character. He says that the public of this area is not properly educated & for that reason he he can not be helpful with this type of public. .etc.

                                    Reference my complaint filed on 12th September, 2016 vide ID 1377727 forwarded to Central Bank of India customer service on 13th September, 2016 but sorry to point out that no action has been taken by the bank so far. I again repeat my particulars of complaint herein. I am family pensioner holding PPO No.[protected]. I am getting pension from Central Bank of India Kapurthala Road Branch Jalandhar City under saving bank account No. [protected]. According to 6th Pay Commission ( Govt. of India) my Basic pension Rs 4170/- was fixed as on 1/01/2006. Lateron I received a letter from the office of Central Pension Accounting Office bearing No.[protected]/1594145/A3 dated 09/04/2014 that the rate has been revised from Rs.4170/- to Rs.4329/- w.e.f. from 24/09/2012. Accordingly I approached my bank for the same and requested to release me arrear for the period from 24.09.2012. I am sorry that still I am receiving family pension at old rate Rs 4170/- instead of Rs 4329/-. I have requested my bank branch for revision of my pension and also filed a complaint on Consumer complaints.in on 13.09.2016. I am waiting your comments in this regard. I request for early revision of my family pension rate Rs.4329/- instead of Rs.4170/- at the earliest and to give me arrear for the relevant period.

Fatehabad < Haryana-125120, as a businees loan on agriculture. against loan account no.03577- [protected]. when i approached a bank for personnel loan, then they told me that your civil record is not o.k. then, I went for a Credit information Report, then i came to know about this fact this seems a fraud transaction against my Pan no and some amout is pending to pay to the bank. sir, it is my humble request to investigate the matter, and necessary action may be intiated against the cbi bank branch tohana for this fraud and clear my civil record.

                                      Sir; mostly person not accepted Rs. 10 coin and bank also not accepted this coin. I have approx 6000 rupees of Rs.10 coin which is not accepted any of them What to do.

                                        Respected sir/madam,

                                        Totally unprofessional and harassing behavior by prabhat kumar singh, central bank of india, sarai branch, muzaffarpur region, bihar. I want to bring it to your notice that misbehaviour is often by the concerned staff at sarai branch. This time your staff wants to show his power by threatening the customer that i will teach you how to talk with him after 5 o'clock. He tried to took advantage of his home posting. I was just wanted to know that where is my passbook, which i had submitted for updation, and he replied me very rudely by saying, i don't know. It's not my responsibility. This type of attitude is continuously shown by him, either, it matter of deposit or withdrawal cash since last 4 or 5 year.

                                        Kindly look into the matter so that, other people do not suffer the way i have suffered
