That my client had visited the bank branch mansa 2-3 times today to deposit the loan instalment of a/c [protected] but the officers sitting there does not got deposit the instalment on the excuse that internet is not working and misbehaved with my client as and when my client ask for their assisstance to get the instalment deposited manually or in any other way which the bak deems appropriate.
Today is the last date of deposit of instalment and in case of any loss in this reagrd bank will solely be responsible

    सावित्री देवी सेन्ट्रल बैंक आफ इंडिया लिमिटेड खाता संख्या [protected] फतेहपुर उत्तर प्रदेश -212601 पर स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी कोटे की सेन्ट्रल की पेंशन पिछले 09 महीने से नही आ रही जबकि जीवित प्रमाण पत्र दो बार जमा कर दिया है अंतिम बार प्रमाण पत्र बिन्दकी शाखा में दिनांक 11.08.2016 को जमा किया था I बैंक जाने पर भी पिछले आठ माह से पच्चासी (85)वर्षीय पेंसनर को दौडाया जा रहा है कृपया प्रार्थी का आपसे निवेदन है कि उसकी उम्र को देखते हुए उसकी समस्या का समाधान कराणे का कष्ट करे

      Sir, on 20th august bank debited rs.100 and rs.15 to my saving account no. [protected] for cheque return charges, but not any cheque return in my a/c, when I approach with written application to branch official, moti tabala indore, m.p. than even after 5 round no serious reply and not any solution from chief manager or manager operation, I think they are not interested in customer services.         Dear Sir,

        I recd a sms on dated 24.05.2015 some purchase is done from STONEBRIDGE RANCH RECR Mc. Kinney TX. Placed using Rs. 597.53 my credit card so checked my card number and my emails and found online fraud transactions done using my Credit card.
        Same time on dated 25.05.2016 I call to Central Bank of India Customer care request to block my Credit card loged a complaint. Your representatives told and to me regarding this matter please registered complains in police station.
        But complain was not registered in Police station due to fraud done out of India so I am helpless in this matter.
        And in this regarding I have send a mail on date 26.05.2015 for Process of issue new credit card to customer care and loged a complaint. We received a dispute draft Latter from you side via email, Filled form with sign return on 26.05.2015
        Same request for blocking my Credit Card sends on mail dated 28.05.2015 During this process I shocked to know that on origin date 28.05.2015 a transaction of Rs.45000/- has been online done using your Central Bank of India Credit Card.AS my Card Limit is of Rs. 40000/- ONLY in that i have swap Rs 10403 on Dtd. 17.05.15 so limit remaining RS. 29597.00
        I have send several time reminder e mail request for blocking my Credit Card.
        Sir if my Credit Card is blocked from your side, then how is possible to make transactions.
        On 30.03.2016 i called the customer care and reported the matter but they told to me please done all the complain in writing. at the time of my new card pin generation same request shell be on my attached mail I have the sent mail he told to me your case is under NPA but I am not getting satisfied answer from costumer care representative.

        Your mail was clearly replied vide mail dated 23rd August 2016 by AM. However, while representing you have not mentioned anything about the said mail.
        A customer is expected to clear the undisputed portion of the bill on time. The disputed portion can be reversed only after following up with the concerned
        authorities including Insurance, card association etc. which takes time. The mail sent is reproduced for your information:

        Dear Sir,

        As per banks norms, we have reversed disputed transaction amount of Rs.45000/- alongwith interest/service tax/late payment charges/auto debit charges applied thereon.

        At present there is outstanding of Rs.17282.81 which includes interest/service tax/late payment charges/auto debit charges applied thereon from June 2015 to till date.

        From the statement of your card, it is found that you have not paid for outstanding amount of Rs.9873/- (Rs.10403-Rs.530) till date.

        We are sending statement for the period June 2015 to July 2016 for your reference and requesting to pay Rs.17282.81 to close the matter at the earliest.

        That's mean CBI card department & your representative should liable to pay difference amount who should not tacking action same time.

        Before the finalization between the bank and me they deducted Rs 3100.00 from my saving ac. This way is wrong to take money without intimation/information; I fill like bank is thief.
        Sir I too much mentally torched in this credit card matter, Please I need to solve this Central Bank of India Credit card matter and I wish to libel pay some of amount which is using by me before fraud Rs[protected]=Rs6773.
        I also reported to the Central bank of India Credit card Division so I should not be made to pay for the fraud.

          I Mr. Mithun Kumar Mahato inhabitat of village- Chainpur railway Gumhti applied for the ATM after opening my Saving Account in Central Bank of India, Mashrak(CBIN0281086).

          I submitted all the requisite documents asked by the bank person. And that also twice. But it was of no use.

          I also contacted the branch Manager but it also went in Vain.

          Please, look into this matter.

            I am a customer of your bank. My savings a/c is [protected] and deposited on 30.08.16 a cheque to be sent for clearing for Rs.600, 000/- early in the morning at 9.45 a.m. with the home branch being Girgaum Branch. The value credit for this deposit is 31st August. In the early morning on 31st august, I asked them to create a fixed deposit receipt for Rs.6.00 lacs stating that the deposit should be treated for interest as from 31st August though the balance is not clear for withdrawal on that date and therefore the deposit receipt can be handed over to me only after balance clearance. However, they have created the deposit receipt only on 1st September. This is an incorrect and against the normal banking practices and also not as per RBI stand on the subject. I am also a customer of SBI and Saraswat Bank and they start the deposit from the date it is credited for value, though they hand over the receipt only after final clearance. I shall be grateful if you will guide me, so that I can take up the matter with the Branch. Please give your verdict after properly checking the matter including the stand if any of RBI in the matter. With regards, girish ramanlal desai

                I am your old account holder, you are service is best but staff is not give any service and response for us..
                Yesterday i went your pune branch @ shukrawar peth for widraw cash from self cheque... I m asking for cash counting bur your staff member (Vinaya sidhhe) is argue me for that.. She told me cash counting is not my job, she is looking cash payment counter.
                Please beware for customers service and strong service and resolve customers query's.. Its not for safe our bank relationship.

                          Dear sir,
                          I tried to withdraw an amount of 16, 000 from central bank of india atm (P. C. Colony, patna, bihar). But the amount was deducted from my account on 9 august but i didn't get a single penny. I have registered a complaint regarding this on 11 aug & bank promised to return the amount within 7 working days. The complaint no is 1824180. But after 7 days, they treated my complaint as fraud and denied to return my money by citing that transaction was successful. Now, branch is not taking my complaint again and it's been 20 day and i didn't get my money. If bank thinks that the complaint is fraud, then they have cc tv camera installed in their atm and they can check whether i have received my money or not. Looking forward for your reply.

                          I can understand your situation because I am also facing the same problem . I do not know what is the problem with the bank system and the staff they also only told me that the transaction is successfully done but in reality no money is received by me . I know it's bank default but they are no solving my problem too . I am not going to try for my money because it's my sweat money.

                            Hello All

                            I am writing this Email on behalf of my Mother in law Mrs. Jyoti Tomar. She has an Account in Central Bank of India Purani Chawni Gwalior(M.P.) Branch.
                            She want registered a complaint against branch manager and branch PO also. I am writing matter below ..

                            On 19 August 2016, she went to branch for deposit cash with her son, After that she deposited cash by Cash deposit Machine but that machine was not working properly.
                            Machine push 2 note in one time. Because of this she missed his 1000 Rs ( 2 notes of 500).

                            It all done in front of some people and guard also. After that guard Suggested her for talk with manger for help.

                            But Manger and PO didn’t give any response for this case and showing very unprofessional behavior.
                            She gave a written application for case back but Manger refused her application in very rude and irritating way and insulting Mrs. Jyoti and her Son.

                            Now she want her case back and legal action of against Manger and PO because she is regular customer of your Bank.

                            So please help her of resolve this issue As per As Possible because she believe on Customer satisfaction policy of this Bank.

                                  my name is narendra singh . i am the a/c holder of central bank of india a/c no.- [protected]. in 10/08/2016 i made a transaction.atm of your bank RS.13000 but no cash dispensed and amount deducted from my a/c . after calling in your toll free no the branch manager assured me that the amount will be send back to my a/c but first I have to filed a written complaint so after this in 16/08/2016 I had filed a written complaint in central bank of India in delhi at satay niketan branch and after filling a complaint and their verification they assured me that the amount will be send in 4 to 5 days but the amount still not refund to my a/c then I again call in toll free no. and the manager tell me to filed a complaint again so I am filling a online written complaint . i hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money in my a/c . it my 1 month salary so I am highly requested you to solve my problem.

                                    Ordered product from bewakoof.com on 3rd aug and returned on 6th Aug, as they said they returned payment to my a/c n asked me to show refferal no. to get it credited.

                                      I purchased SIPs (mutual fund) worth Rs. 4000 online in Feb.16 through broking company Aditya BirlaMoneymyUniverse for which I selected ECS mode of payment and completed my part of paperwork online & offline also. When ECS tried by the said broking company my bank (Central bank of India club Road branch Race Course, New Delhi) denied to pay the same to that company by saying that ECS Mandate not updated.Penaltis of Rs.115 per SIP was levied for 3 mnths continuously but the same was not informed to me by the bank.I came to know the same when i visited the bank branch for my passbook update.When inquired from Aditya BirlaMoneymyUniverse they replied as "ECS MANDATE has been activated and updated on the portal as success on 9th March 2016." POD details are... OVERNITE EXPRESS 03 Feb16 [protected] delivered on 16 Feb 16. My bank is denying for any mandate received.Pls guide the next course of action.

                                        Sir i m a student of panjab university having home address in bihar. I or my father (One of them) are visiting my nearby bank's branch from last 2 months almost daily. There was no reaction from the bank workers for 1st one month. Later they accepted my application on 22 nd july. And assured me that my loan will be sanctioned but till date it has been more than a month but my loan hasn't been sanctioned. My family is in great trouble because of this as my father could not go to his work and has to visit bank daily and return with the same word. Your work will be final soon.
