Sir, i sarjeet singh S/o LaLakhmi Chand from Village, Badrola, Tehsil- Ballabgarh State that on my pan no. AYAPS1015M a loan of Rs. 20000/- was given to mr.Surjeet singh S/o Mangal Singh VPO Dangra Teh. Tohana Dist. Fatehabad < Haryana-125120, as a businees loan on agriculture. against loan account no.03577- [protected]. when i approached a bank for personnel loan, then they told me that your civil record is not o.k. then, I went for a Credit information Report, then i came to know about this fact this seems a fraud transaction against my Pan no and some amout is pending to pay to the bank. sir, it is my humble request to investigate the matter, and necessary action may be intiated against the cbi bank branch tohana for this fraud and clear my civil record.

    Respected sir/madam,

    Totally unprofessional and harassing behavior by prabhat kumar singh, central bank of india, sarai branch, muzaffarpur region, bihar. I want to bring it to your notice that misbehaviour is often by the concerned staff at sarai branch. This time your staff wants to show his power by threatening the customer that i will teach you how to talk with him after 5 o'clock. He tried to took advantage of his home posting. I was just wanted to know that where is my passbook, which i had submitted for updation, and he replied me very rudely by saying, i don't know. It's not my responsibility. This type of attitude is continuously shown by him, either, it matter of deposit or withdrawal cash since last 4 or 5 year.

    Kindly look into the matter so that, other people do not suffer the way i have suffered

      I, 667366"S" Ex-SGT Joseph Thomas.(MT/FIT).is a defence pensioner have been completed 20 years and 11 days service on 01 Apr 2000.
      The OROP basic pension has been increased from Rs 7795 to Rs 9055 as per OROP . The arrears Rs 1260 /- PM + DA has not credited in to my pensioner A/C No [protected], Central Bank of india Civic Centre Branch, Durg, Chattisgarh . Rs 374 /- as the first instalment and second instalemnt Rs 374 /- as OROP arrears is credited to my account which is incorrect .
      It is requested that arrears of OROP Rs 1260 /- pm + DA pm may please be paid w.e.f 01July 2014 to the pensioner and credit into my account at the earliest .

        I had been cheated by some person who called me saying that he is a bank employee and asked me some debit card details and transferred a total amount of rs 39289 and used your`s bank account no.[protected] for the transaction of rs 9583 and 9895 in two successive transaction. details are attached for reference kindly find it.
        kindly track the account and send me the related information for the legal proceedings.

          On 20/08/2016, i did online transaction for shopping in D'Mart.

          The transaction amount is 1095.51

          Money was debited from my account but the transaction got declined at D'Mart end. it's been 42 days but, the money is not refunded yet.

            I tried to withdraw an amount of 1000 from BANK OF BARODA ATM Faridabad. i Have received sms (your A/c 3xxxxxx3028 is debited by Rs. 1000 Bal after Debit is Rs. 672.46 CR.MINIMUM BAL NOT MAINTAINED.PL FUND YOUR A/C. - Central bank of India) But the amount was deducted from my account on 01-OCT-2016, but i didn't get a single penny. I have registered a complaint Customer Care [protected] regarding this on 01-OCT-2016 & Customer Care Told Me to return the amount within 24 Hours, they treated my complaint as fraud and denied to return my money My (A/c no-[protected]) asap.

            This central bank online app is of no use. It always shows service unavailable, also the online website is of no use. I've been trying to add a beneficiary since past few days. It always shows error .

                My s. b a/c. no.[protected] i have enjoyed net banking facility. on 1st sept.'16 i have done a neft on allahabad bank a/c. no.[protected] ifsc code alla0210361 for rs.500/- and neft completed sucessfully because i have got a sms i. e. transfer realisation ref. no. cbinh[protected] after that i need a hard copy for confirmation i. e. status settled then i go to your enquiry option through main menu putting ref. no. as per your guide line after few minutes showing 350 communication time out, please try again later it's happening every time from 2nd sept.'16 to as on date. on 15 th sept.'16 already complained you but no response as on date problem is on going. please look into the matter.

                  Respected sir, i have a bank account in your bank in oodlabari branch (micr code :[protected], ifsc code:cbin0281386) in the distinct of jalpaiguri, west bengal. they have deducted ₹572.50 as annual fees for atm card. sir i would like to informe u that i have never received atm card, i have applied for it but it was neither send to me by post nor they informed me by calling and also did not alert me by sms although i have given by cell number for sms alert. when i enquired about my money they said that it my mistake that i have not received the atm from the bank. the rules says that atm card is send by post and atm pin has to be received by the customer from the bank, when ever the atm is dispatched for delivery for the customer at his address an sms alert with the tracking no is provided, but this was not done in my case. being a busy person it's not so easy to go and enquiry all the time in the bank weather the atm has come or not. sir do the needful in this regard as want my money to be re funded.

                        I am retired employee and holding my above SB account with your branch for more than 20 Years. This is my Salary account from my employer The New India Assurance Co. Ltd, now since i am retired this is my pension account and it is observed that since past couple of years i.e. shifting your bank transaction from manual to computerized, Name of Ravindra Jayant Desai is added to this account. originally this is joint account in my and my wife's name. I.e. Abhay Vasantrao Kulkarni & Madhuri Abhay Kulkarni.
                        Above fact was brought to the notice of the branch staff three times in past years and every time they use to erase name of above person from my pass book manually and return the pass book.
                        If the above person do any transactions in my account the CBI is Solely responsible for financial loss to me.
                        Request to look into and solve my problem within eight days of receipt of this communication, failing which i am forced to go to Ombudsman to resolve my problem.

                            I am family pensioner holding ppo[protected]. I am getting pension from central bank of india kapurthala road branch jalandhar city under saving bank account no. [protected].According to 6th pay commission( govt. Of india) my basic pension rs 4170/-was fixed as on 1/01/2006. It was revised from 24/09/2012 at rs. 4329/- viding central pension accounting office no.[protected]/1594145/a3 dated 09/04/2014.Sorry i am still receiving family pension at old rate rs 4170/- instead of rs 4329/-. I requested my bank branch many times in writting as well as verbally.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as the earliest.

                                I am getting Family pension GOI (Income Tax Deptt) against PPO No.[protected]. According to 6th CPC from 1st Jan.2006 my family pension at Normal rate was fixed for Rs.4170/-. Later on it was revised to Rs.4329/- 6th CPC from 24th Sept., 2012 vide Ref.No.[protected]/1594145/A3 dated 9th April, 2014 addressed to CBI, Centralized Pension Processing Centre Mumbai but I am still getting my Family pension at the old rate of Rs.4170/-. I have made so many written requests to my branch at Jalandhar (Punjab) but all in vain as this problem is to be solved by CPC Bombay only. Kdly do the needful at earliest.

                                Sir mai last 2 month se net banking ke liye paresan ho raha hu . bank me jab bhi net banking ke liye jata hu to bank se mujhe ek hi reply milta hai aaj apka net banking chalu ho jayega but aaj 2 months se jayada ho gaya hai par abhi tak koi bhi solution nahi nikla hai ...
                                I have ordered a fridge of price Rs7100 on 24 aug 16 on amazon. But due to technical error oder was not completed and my money was deducted. Due to non payment of my order was cancelled. But its 24 days up and i did not got my money back.

                                  Under PMKVY above 200 female students has been taking education through Orion Edutech situated at Mathchowmuhani, Agartala, Tripura West. As per PMKVY guide line students will get Rs. 8000.00 out of Rs. 10000.00. But Bank has passed Rs. 9000.00 in favour of Orion tech without the student's consent. So they had raised the matter to East Police Station - D.M. Office and today to Chief Minister of Tripura. Today they feel that the matter raise to you also for taking necessary action.

                                    I have submitted all necessary document after death of pensioner on 05.05.2016 and applied for the family pension, but bank is not giving my pension.my husband Mr.Benu Debnath was a railway pensioner.He passed away on 07.03.2016. his PPO No-APDJ/PEN/ENGG/4378(R).railway saying that its bank who is responsible for the pension to star on other hand bank just not taking any care about the mater.

                                    Yesterday and 16/08/2016 I have done online recharge and shopping my balance have been deducted from my account and it shown like payment failed. It is not the first time. I have filled the form for reduction replacement of money, but till now it hasn't returned to my account.

Not able to transfer my funds to other bank.Everytime i was facing problem with imps application. Please correct the problem.

                                      If i was trying to add beneficiary account in cent mobile application it is getting benificiary already exists and no account exists and no beneficiary added and request cannot be processed please correct the problem.
                                      Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
