I, ALICK D'SOUZA, holding a Saving Account No. [protected] in Central Bank of India, Gokalpur Branch, Jabalpur. I received two consecutive SMS on 24.10.2016 at 12:53 AM and 12:55 AM regarding debit of amount Rs. 1715 and Rs. 6861 respectively. I saw the SMS on 24.10.2016 night and was astonished as I have not done any transaction for the said amounts and also my Debit Card is with me. I, therefore, rushed to the Branch Office on 25.10.2016 and lodged my complaint for the un-authorized dedit of said amounts from my Savings A/C. The Branch office informed that the transaction was executed in Mumbai and immediately blocked my A/C to restrict any further un-authorized debit. The Branch also docketed my complaint online with a request to remit the said amounts. On non reversal of the amount in my account, I further approached the branch office and lodged my second complaint dated 01.11.2016. It is also submitted that transaction charge of Rs. 45+300+45+300= 690 was also debited relating to the above un-authorized transaction. It is regretted to mention that almost 75 days has been lapsed but my money has not been refunded/credited into my A/C. I have meagre income and amount of Rs. 9267 keeps much importance for me. I am quite confident about the security of my money as far as it is with your prestigious bank. I have never apprehend any such un-authorized access into by A/C by any miscreant. I, therefore, request to kindly remit the un-authorized debited money into my account at the earliest. Regards.

    Today I received an email from web portal of central bank and they said that my complaint had been resolved but my complain has not been resolved yet. And I want to know how you resolved my complain because you didn't give any detail regarding my complain.
    And now the today incident the misbehaviour of bank staff of central bank vrindavan loi bazar(Mr. Vivek) for not accepting a form and he is not ready to give his signature on the second copy of application. Also he misbehave with me and told me that if you close your 15 to 20 accounts from my bank then the bank will not close. And he is also said that what you can make of me you just make my transfer to other branch. I am telling you the one thing I am going to close all my accounts from this bank due the misbehaviour done by all staff including manager, they didn't want my accounts into their bank. I am closing all accounts within a week. And I don't know how much more accounts will be closed from this bank. They are insulting their customers and don't want any relation with the customers. I wish you to take an action immediately unless your other customers will leave their accounts from this branch.

      Due to transaction failed from bank account my money has been debited from my account and not received that money yet total money I loose is approx 4200 and I would like to have that money back to my bank account
      The deduction is of 25th Dec and 28 Aug bad that money is not received in bank account plz help me out and try to solve my problem ASAP

          I have taken a housing loan from your bank 10 year ago, the Account no is [protected].The equated monthly installment was fixed at rs 3720/-per month and the tenure was fixed at 120 months.the said repayment of rs.3720/-has been paid for 120 months, and the payment was done on a regular basis.
          The intrest rate and the repayment amount was fixed at 8.5% and Rs.3720/-respectively, which is asli clearly mentioned in the sanction advice. My last installment was paid on December 2016, and not as per the terms the loan has been fully paid, so I request you to please stop the standing instruction to debit my wife 's saving account for repayment of loan.the Sb A/C No.are Suresh kumar agarwal-[protected]&Shashi khaitan [protected].

                Dear sir,

                I syed wali uddin Ahmad bearing saving account no.[protected] with Central Bank of India had made a payment thru my debit card for Rs. 15059/- on date 21st Dec 2016, Debited to my a/c and not reflected to supplier namely Sanjay Tyers Nashik. I request you to immediately reverse the same amount back to my account to enable me pay back the same .

                Please understand the customer is irate and i do not want to create a legal battle on this issue. I being in dire need of amount of my money please.

                  On dated 28 11 2016 i used my debit card for online recharge on www.paytm.com But due to technical reason my recharge not done and amount deducted in my bank account, I contact customer support of PayTm for refund my amount Rs 495 but they said that refund has been made by concern bank.
                  I many times contact to Central Bank of india but they not give any responce on my query,
                  and after 24 days ago my amount of Rs 495 not refunded in my bank account.
                  So kindly review this issue at your level.

                    My mother is 65 years old, she is saving account holder of Rustompura, Surat Branch.
                    While withdrawing money Rs.5000/- from her Saving account, clerks asking more than 6-8 questions. Who are they to questioning to account holder for withdrawing money. Under which Rule/Act they are power to ask.
                    First of all, My mother hast o stand in a que. Then while her number was came for withdrawing, clerks were going for tea, or behaving in such a way that, they are obliging to customer for giving money.

                    No one is responding, nor action is taken.
                    If this will continue, then mob will beat entire staff, even lady staff also.

                          2 on 18 may 16 i visited sbi atm at hatiyagachi and tried to withdraw rs 9000 from atm but it was withdrawn whereas when i checked the balance it has debited the balance of rs 10000 from my account which is mentioned above.
                          3 i complaint the matter in writting to manager central bank of india 13 brd palam vide complaint no 1781949 but after recitative reminders and visits to branch problem was not responded. Now my husband is posted at air force bidar it is not possible for me to visit delhi branch and my amount is not credited till date.
                          4 you are requested to resolve my problem and due verification and checking should be inititated in this regard and amount is credited in my account. One personnel application in hard copy also submitted by me to central bank of india bidar branch for intimation.
                          5 please crdit the amount as it is long outstanding at your end.

                            Along with the details i have given all information to you i have deposited that cheque on 22 nov and till the date that amount is not credited into my account but they have debited my account with 11, 684.00 it is almost 21 days over for clearance the cheque.
                            Whenever i reached to the bank the staff is worst they are just saying we had forwarded your cheque we don't know how much days it will take.
                            I need to credit that deposited amount as well as as my cheque amount with intrest.

                              Sir,

                              I visited CBIN0280306 to deposits my currency Rs 50000/- and giving my pan number on deposit slip. But they refuse to accept the same. They do not up date my account. I have given my kyc form with complete details about more than one year ago. They do not updated the information in my account.
                              SIR please tell me, how I can update the details in bank computer system.

                              I frequently visited the branch. But they do not ask any thing about it.

                              Suddenly they shout for updating account first. And not accepting amount

                              I want to know why they do not uploaded my records in account. This is my salary account and I am a got employee. Every month they got my pan details I do not have/require ATM card.

                              Please do the needful and I am attaching my pan card pic. AN EARLY REPLY WILL BE APPRECIATED

                                Branch: yelahank 4 th phase, banaglore.

                                The employees working here are spekaing badly with the customers and they even not respecting to any of the customers, they are not aware of the reginoal language. How should we have to communicate, this is really not at all accespatable, kindly raise a complaint on this branch emplyoees and we want a proper action for this thing.

                                  For the last couple of days your above mentioned kiosk remain non functional. It is found that the security is dozing inside with the shutter down, with the air conditioner and lights running. Do we only visit the kiosk for with drawing cash? What about online transferring or updating passbook, checking balance etc? Will the chief manager look into the matter?

                                      the complain is regarding the manager of that bank his is not doing his job in proper way, from 3 days i daily use to go bank to activate the net banking but they are not activating and giving me they used to say that sir has to gone to take cash
                                      this foolish reason is given by decosta sir ASST manager of that bank

                                        I am a retired ias officer hving sba/c no[protected] with cbi dankuni. Besides i have been hving fds/rd of about more than 10lakhs. I used to be hving very cordial relation with previous branch manager and staff till the present branch manager joine. I am constrained to observe that the present branch manaer is not only impolite but hving attitudinal problems to day while i visited branch at about 11-30am and sought for certain clarification reg fd she literally misbehaved with me, while a staff seved the situation, there after she shouted at me telling me that it hardly matters if i close down my account. During my service career as dm/adm long back(dm msd about 10yrs ago) i chaired dcc meetings, my interaction with bankers / senior officers like gm/agm/crm/rm. But ive never come across such negative/ customer non frndly behaviour of a bm who is the pry indicator of a bank. I solicit immediate inter vention of the superior authority . She shd be imparted proper guidance and for her misbehaviour wuth me (a senior citizen) the bm shd not be left wi th impunity. Subir kumar bhadra i.A.S (retd)

                                        I have transferred money from CBI to SBI and its says Suspected but the amount debited from my account.

                                        What is the procedure to get the money in my account?
