My wife pension are not continue as a family to me are not continue to me, i have been harash by employees since last 4 months .I have also told to open new account for continue, all the formalities had been done by me, but no result, so pl go through my case as soon as possible.they are taking no interest and as i am running 73 yrs old and not possible to attend each and every day to the bank.
Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Sir This complaint related to hapur (UP) branch where printer is not working since last 4-5 months each time bank employee says printer is not working. Please do something if a bank is unable to repaire or purchase a thing like printer than customer future is really not safe. Regards, kailash goswami mobile [protected]

    I am an ex staff of Central Bank Of India, drawing pensionfrom their Widia India Br, Bangalore, br code 3977.
    The life certificate was duly submitted to the branch on 1st Nov 2016 and an acknowledge was also given by them .
    But till date the details are not yet updated in the pension portal and hence my pension has been withheld for no fault of mine .
    Both the Br Manager and the Head Cashier are putting the blame in each other, instead of trying to solve the problem.
    Because of their callousness, my pension is not yet credited to my account .
    I hope the matter will be looked into immediately and resolved without putting us in further trouble.

      I have my acct. IN CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, GOPAL PURA CIRCLE, JAIPUR -ACCOUNT NO [protected]. I went on 30/1/2016 to bank manager for a life certificate as on 31/7/16 as required by my employer. The manager demanded a charge of Rs. 120/- to be debited to my account for giving a certificate stating thar this is a per order from the Bank..

      Please confirm if Bank has given such instructions to Managers or Manager wanted to avoid giving any letter.

      NONE OF THE BANK HAS CHARGED MONEY FOR GIVING A LIFE CERTIFICATE SO FAR.

              My name is kishanrao mohanrao biradar. On 14/01/2017 I tried to withdraw 4500 from ATM of a Pune Janata bank at Udgir dist. Latur. But I do not get my money from the ATM machine but the amount get deducted from my account. I went to complaint against that bt the bank employees in Udgir central bank is not responding well. I want my money back. Bt the employees are not giving me the proper direction. They are ignoring my complaint

                    I am Nitish Sharma, one of the your customer.
                    Its really very bad experience the way you are providing your services, my Debit card has been expired without any prior intimation, i have submitted my debit card in my home branch and they have not given any time line that when i will get new debit card, now its been more than 5 months but i have not received any card yet now.
                    I am really getting fed up with your service, whats the benefit to me open an account in your bank.

                    I need debit card within two days at my home address now, otherwise i will escalate this on social media . For your kind information I am working in NDTV and its not a big challenge for me to put down your banks image within a day.

                        After 2 months of demonetisation in india the students of sliet longowal branch are facing a lot of cash problem. There are 4500 students and about 1000 faculties strength of sliet longowal. There are 4 atm and 1 bank branch in college but there is no cash in atm and bank too. The students have a lot problem regarding to unavailability of cash.in this month of january no atm has been filled with cash and if they fill sometime they only deposit less amount in atm. The bank manager are too corrupted that they only give the money to faculty members. Manger blocked the student account. Sir plse help us otherwise we students will die in unavailability of cash.

                                As many as more than 25 mails hv been sent reg impolite and misbehaviout/ customer non frndlyBM Dankuni CBI. Regnl /Zonal offices r well aware of this. Once one Tapash Ghosh Chief Manager visited me 20days ago but to no effect as I know.On 2/12:/2016 I visited central bank of india Dankuni branch IFSC codeCzBIzNO283889..I sought for a clarification reg FD.(not the demonetisatio. Issue) She was infuriated and insulted me. A Sr Citizen of 67yrs was shown the doors. I've mailed my grievances to Zonal/Regional offices of Central Bank of india but no feed back has been received except abortive visit of a Chief Manager.

                                I went to nearest SBI ATM, harijan basti mukhiya market delhi-110094. I did want to withdrawl 4000 Rupees from the ATM. Amount has Debited from my Acount BUT amount not recieved. ATM machine has shown transition unable to Process.

                                      I, ALICK D'SOUZA, holding a Saving Account No. [protected] in Central Bank of India, Gokalpur Branch, Jabalpur. I received two consecutive SMS on 24.10.2016 at 12:53 AM and 12:55 AM regarding debit of amount Rs. 1715 and Rs. 6861 respectively. I saw the SMS on 24.10.2016 night and was astonished as I have not done any transaction for the said amounts and also my Debit Card is with me. I, therefore, rushed to the Branch Office on 25.10.2016 and lodged my complaint for the un-authorized dedit of said amounts from my Savings A/C. The Branch office informed that the transaction was executed in Mumbai and immediately blocked my A/C to restrict any further un-authorized debit. The Branch also docketed my complaint online with a request to remit the said amounts. On non reversal of the amount in my account, I further approached the branch office and lodged my second complaint dated 01.11.2016. It is also submitted that transaction charge of Rs. 45+300+45+300= 690 was also debited relating to the above un-authorized transaction. It is regretted to mention that almost 75 days has been lapsed but my money has not been refunded/credited into my A/C. I have meagre income and amount of Rs. 9267 keeps much importance for me. I am quite confident about the security of my money as far as it is with your prestigious bank. I have never apprehend any such un-authorized access into by A/C by any miscreant. I, therefore, request to kindly remit the un-authorized debited money into my account at the earliest. Regards.
