Respected Sir
It is to submit that i have made FD in central bank of India at barmer branchp But it is regratted to say that bank has deducted tax @ 20% for FY 2015-16 ( unverified form no 16A is enclosed for your ready reference ) but still not deposited to income tax department so its not showing in my 26 AS.
Time line of submitting return is also going to over on 31st mar but I am not able to file my IT return and claim refund in absence of deposition of tax by bank further i have given my PAN to bank
While opening the account even though they have deducted the tax @ 20%.
I am highly disappointed that i am not able to file my return and claim refund in scheduled timeline due to bank' s fault and carelessness so you are requested to take strict action against the defaultets causing unnecessary harassment to public.

    2. That I m having an a/c ([protected]) with your bank branch Talwandi Sabo.

    3. That i had 2 FDs on my name and the FD's receipts were with my father at my home.

    4. On 23rd Nov. 2014 I got married.

    5. But FD's receipt were still in my father's home.

    6. But Now I became to know that My father has withdrawn the whole money with with the help of Manager by forged signature.

    7. I visited parent branch many times But They said they can never make such mistake ...while the signature flow is almost same...

    8. Passbook and ATM card were with me . But only FD"s were with them.

    9. Please help ! As I phoned on customer care of bank and visited parent branch many times, and written emails and even Registered Post to Head Office Bombay. But no reply. What should i do now ?

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      Subject: I am writing to you as I am very disappointed for the past 25 days. I need a DD (pay order) which is not being provided by the bank.

      I’m visiting the bank the bank for last 25 days to create a DD but the bank is not ready to give me the DD. This DD is payable to Income Tax Department. And daily I’m fined a penalty of Rs. 200.
      The assistant manager (a lady) in the bank does not have any customer handling skills. She has misbehaved a lot. She is not agreeing to provide me the DD (pay order) and when asked for reasons, I did not get any answer. She simply said she does not have authority and the bank manager is on leave for 30 days.
      Also their behaviour of this lady is worst. These people are talking like: “YHAA PE KYA HUM PAR EHSAAN KRNEY AAYA H, JA NHI BANAYNGEY, KER JISKO COMPLAIN KRNA H”.
      Due to this I am not able to pay taxes and I am being charged penalty for the same. I am not getting any help or answers from the bank for my question- until when I will get my DD (pay order).

      I would request you to help me and ask the assistant manager to issue my DD(pay order). And also take some strict action against her. Thank you in advance and I hope you help me at the earliest or tell me where I should reach to escalate this matter.

      I will post the same to Income Tax department soon.

          I Babu s/o K.Narayanan have taken education loan on 23/11/2009 for amount of RS.48000 in CBI kooteripattu branch.
          I have paid loan amount in full on 01/11/2016 .

          Currently we don't have any dues on education loan.

          LIC policy have been taken as pledge for education loan.

          Assignee is CBI kooteripattu. since I have cleared education loan.now planning surrender LIC policy[protected] . when I was approached LIC agent., Policy document needs for policy surrender hence Its required policy documents.
          Banker missed policy bond and not ready to give missing certificate to LIC.

          We are following from last 4 months, there was no response from banker end.

          Kindly treat this urgency and take appropriate action to issue missing certificate and clearance of LIC policy.

            Sir,
            I have purchased grocery items from reliance fresh on dated 13.11.2016 of amount Rs. 755.44, but due to the problem(error) of network Reliance fresh jodhpur have double swiped on dated 13.11.2016 of Rs. 755.44. The bank has deducted 2 times of the Rs. 755.44 instead of one time. Reliance have received only single amount of 755.44.                           Cbi 7 bum 24151981nglows andheri (w) mumbai a/c no [protected]. ppo nom 24151981. arrears of pension d-link 33 authorised vide gof i circular 568 to be paid by dec 2016 (rs 4, 56, 000) have still not being paid. i have met the manager and staff of the bank explained and given the various govt instructions but till date arrears not paid. any delay beyond 31 dec16 i am entitled to interest on the amount.

                              Sir i m from balotra in rajasthan i have cuurent ac in ur branch, on 4 /03/2017 some of my cheque are put in hold by bank which r given by me to my parties, when i asked abt this in my branch they said u contact in mumbai branches bcoz cheques r clearing in mumbai, total 7 cheques r put in hold they r nt debited nor credited, i tried more than 50 times on ur toll free no[protected] bt no response from ur bank .

                              Balotra branch service is vry poor they didnt attend call
                              They have always reason that phone is dead

                              They didnt put cheque deposit slip or all pins in atm

                              I m vry disappoint with central bank of india

                                उपरूक्त विषय के संबंध मे निवेदन है की मेरे मोबाईल नंबर [protected] पर मोबाईल नंबर [protected] से 05/03/2017 को सुबह 11:55 बजे मोबाईल नंबर [protected] से फोन आया जब मैने फोन उठाया तो गाली गलौज करने लगा तथा परिवार कि महिलाओ के विरूढ गलत सलत बोलने उपयुक्त नंबर 4/03/2017 को भी फोन आया था और मुझे कहा गया की मै दिस टिवी कसत्मर केयर से बोल रहा हुँ मै आपके ऐकाउंट मै 2030 ऐड कर दुँगा और मझसे खाता नंबर माँगा तो मैने दे दिया उसके बाद उसने मुझे कहा की अपना ऐ टि अम नंबर दो मैने नही दिया तो गाली गालौज करके फोन काट दिया उसके बाद पुनः 5/03/2017 को सुबह 11:55 बजे मेरे मोबाईल नंबर [protected] पर मोबाईल नंबर [protected] से फिर से फोन किया मैने रसिव किया तो गाली गलौज करते हुअे परिवार के महिलाअो के विरूढ अश्लिल बात बोलने तथा धमकी देने लगा जिसके बजह से मेरे परिवार मे काफी दर फैला हुअा है कि कहीं वो कोई धटना को अंजाम ना दे दे जिसके बजह से मै काफी दरा हुआ हुँ और तंग तबाह हो रहा हुँ और काफी परेशान हुँ
                                अतः आपसे मेरा सादर निवेदन है की मोबाईल नंबर [protected] से गाली गलौज करने वाले के विरूढ उचित कानुनी कारवाई कि जाय और ईस नंबर कि दिटेल निकलवा कर जल्द से जल्द कानुनी कारवाई करने कि कृपा कि जाय जिससे कि ये मुझे तंग तंबाह करने से बाज आये और ईसे उचीत कानुनी सजा मिले

                                    We are having Savings A/c with Central Bank of India Cotton Ex. Branch IFSC Code No.: CBIN0280611.

                                    We are having more than 20 Savings accounts with the branch.

                                    Because of lack of availability of Savings Cheque Book, we are not receiving the same even after giving the token for issuing new cheque books in time.

                                    Kindly treat this as urgent and post the savings cheque books immediately.

                                    In india most of banks have no charges on online neft/ rtgs then why central bank of india deducted charges

                                        Requested sir,
                                        Second Time i launched my complain, i Pankaj Kumar Shaw wanted to launch my complain related to misbehavior of branch manager of central bank Balarampur branch dist : purulia code id : 117 .Branch Manger was misbehave with me when i ask loan . He say that without bravery i am not doing any thing .
                                        When I deny he say that i am not doing any thing . and ruffly say that and he push me in his cabin also.
