Sir i am sachin singhal from ghaziabad, i have a current account in central bank of india (patel nagar 2nd ghaziabad) 201001.
recently i found illegal transactions of rs 70000 from my account.
bank branch saying its an online transfer, but sir we do not have net banking facility, so we can not transfer any amount at all.

i will be very thankful if you will look into this matter.

    on 08.02.17 i had swept debit card on ATM at Aandhra bankbranch sagar[mp] 6.30 at withdraw amount of 3000/- the amount got deducted but transaction had failed. The Central Bank employ not anser18 day customer care number[protected] is temporarily out of service and also the phone number of devnager Place bank[protected] is not being answered.

      I was trying to pay my exam fee of amcat through my debit card af cbi on saturday 19th feb at 4p.m i was reschedulling my exam which was on 25th feb and from amcat side there was a message that transaction failed your bank denied to pay the amount and fee was not paid, and then too that much amount has been deducted from my account and i have'nt get it back uptill now. I had faced this type of problems manytimes but that time my money was refunded within 1 week but this time i have'nt get my money back uptill now please kindly help me out.

          Chq No.215292 Dt.21/2/2017 for Rs.500000.00 of KArnataka Bank, deposited on 22/02/2017 at R.R.Nagar Br. Bengaluru in A/c No. [protected] Sujay N.Komarla(Basvangudi branch account ). I have not received either chq deposited message alert for showing any entry in the statment as I checked the status of the above said chq in the account plz do check and revert back.

            On 18/02/2017 I did online transaction for IRCTC ticket booking.the transaction amount 2660.money was debited from my accounts but the transaction get decline at IRCTC end it's been 5 days but the money is not refunded yet.

                On 22.02.17, I had swept debit card on ATM at SBI Branch, Kalpakkam (Tamil Nadu) at 8.40 a.m to withdraw amount of Rs.500/- . The amount got deducted but transaction had failed. The Central Bank customer care number[protected] is temporarily out of service and also the phone number of Nehru Place bank[protected] is not being answered.

                  After doing transactions like funds transferring, ATM withdraws we are getting SMS very late. Its taking 24 hours. After 24 hrs we are receiving messages that your amount is debited or your account balance is so and so..etc., and Central bank of India ATMs are very less. Plz arrange one ATM centre between somajiguda circle to punjagutta signals. We are waiting for your actions. Thank you..

                    Rs. 35/- debited for Cheque Book Charges in my Salary Saving Account NO. [protected] without prior intimation. So I want my account closed in this term and conditions. Govt. liability to pay my salary without any tension account. What is digital India ? So I complain to Prime Minister and demand to pay my salary in cash. I want A Salary account without any bank charges. If you not provided than closed my account with immediate effect.                           I have purchased grocery items from reliance fresh on dated 13.11.2016 of amount Rs. 755.44, but due to the problem(error) of network Reliance fresh jodhpur have double swiped on dated 13.11.2016 of Rs. 755.44. The bank has deducted 2 times of the Rs. 755.44 instead of one time. Reliance have received only single amount of 755.44. So i request you to kindly refund the excess amount Rs. 755.44.Central bank account number[protected].

But he always refuse other Central Bank Branch Cheques or cash. He always says go your branch. He is very irritating person with all customers. We are your customer of Central Bank of India.                                       I have a demat account with Central Bank of India bearing No [protected].
                                      I am asking their GUWAHATI BRANCH since[protected] to register my email address to that account, which is [protected]@gmail.com. Unfortunately despite reminders and further mail to their customercare I am failing to get the desired servive. Stunningly their online complaint portal is disallowing to select the name of any of their branches in GUWAHATI city. The telephone of the nanager of their GUWAHATI branch always responds that the person is busy irrespective of the hour of call.
