Sir, I have purchased a virtual card of "Central Bank Of India" worth 3000rs.Payment was done by net banking. Every time I tried to do a transition with the card It was rejected.I contact the costumer service they asked me to visit the nearest branch.when I visited the branch they have no idea of what a virtual card is, the lady there sent an email to their support service regarding this complain.they told me that they will contact me but the never have. I have visited the branch 3 or 4 times buy they are unable to do anything.it has been more than a month. I have also sent an email more than a month ago but they have not replied yet. when i talked to virtual card helpline they told me that card will not work and i will get y refund in 24 hrs .it has been more than a month and i didn't get my refund. Please sir, I am an student and don't have time to visit bank regularly. I am frustrated by this and I only want my 3000rs back. With due respect I am Abhay Kumar s/o Shri Suresh Prasad Singh R/o Madhurapur Tanra, Thana Kalyanpur, Dist Samastipur, State Bihar. I Have saving and currenct account with central Bank of India Branch Madhurapur tanra for more than one and half year and I am using current account since last one and half year. I am doing business at Madhurapur tanra as a Cloth Merchant whose firm Name is Shree Ganapati vastralay at Madhurapur Tanra Chowk. Now I am suffering some problems with my nearest branch central bank of India. I went to bank for cash credit from one and half year regularly I am following to Manager but Manager is telling a lie from one and half years he is not ready to give loan then from two or three months back I am trying for Mudra Loan from same Branch then Manager is asking Bribe through Mediator but I am not ready to pay bribe the percentage of Bribe is 10 percent. My shop is in my own building and I am filling IT from last 4 years I am ready to full fill all eligibility Documents for Mudra Loan despite I am suffering a lot of problems by my nearest branch.
Now I am sending you all documents which i have for Mudra loan. Now i want to know for this document is not eligible for Mudra loan. if I am eligible for Mudra Loan then Bank is not ready to give the loan now I have some plan regarding my Business I am just 30 year old I want to improve my business and I am doing business since last two and half years.
I request you to kindly see the things if i am eligible then help me.

      I m employee in central bank of India Visakhapatnam. On 24/08/2015 I was trying to pay examination fees 2736/- for JAIIB through net banking in iibf.org.in website. Amount was debited from my central bank saving account no. [protected] but Transaction was not suceed. and amount was also not reversed in my saving account. I kept request in our bank's helpdesk but they replied that "This amount is credited to bill desk. please ask customer to contact bill desk." Please Reverse the disputed amount in my account at the earliest.         Dear sir, My self " Murtaza Arif Husain Attar " Account number :- [protected] IFSC Code :- CBIN0282102 Mobile No. +91-[protected] sir as i've applied for the cheque book its been a month for that application even i got a message regarding that on my registered mobile number that the cheque book have been dispatched and reached the respected branch . So today i visited the branch to collect my cheque book so the way they interacted with me was really thrashing and rude As i approached them, the officer asked me for the account No. i reverted him with it and the next moment his reaction was like " Hawwww! u got 27 /- inr in ur account and how come u demand the cheque book, no way i cant give it to you, Its better if a tear it into pieces and throw it in a dustbin ( Faad kar kude daan mai daal doga ) is this the way of talking ?, And the reason i've withdrawn my amount is the SERVICE, the service is really very poor, it takes a period of month to take any action regarding any application Either it is of a cheque book or something related to ATM Card, or any thing . I got many other accounts in banks like SBI, UNION BANK OF INDIA, KOTAK MAHINDRA, and i haven't face the tone like this, nor the service And the second thing is that, i've been issued a debit card that too without the CVV Number, I've talked to them on this too and its a long issue, they always says the same thing " Aaega to mil jaega " and i dont know when it will finally arrive, as because of that the card is of no use its just for the ATM Purpose, So sir i Request you to please look into my concern, and take a action regarding all this above activities going there Thankyou!

                On 13/04/15, there was fraudulent used of my ATM card for Rs. 38, 064.37 and Rs. 1903.22 and were debited to my account (Total Rs. 41, 028 (incl. bank charges)). On same day I tried reaching Central Bank customer care on the number mentioned on their website (Tool Free[protected] / National Toll Free Number 1:[protected] / Toll Free Number 2:[protected] / ATM Help Desk:[protected], but there was no response. Than immediately I wrote an email on [protected]@centralbank.co.in, till late evening there was no response. Than again I wrote an email on same ID but again no response. On 14/04/15, since it was a public holiday all bank were closed therefore wasn’t able to visit the branch, but was trying to reach central bank customer care on their toll free number (as mentioned above) and wrote email on [protected]@centralbank.co.in and pmjdy.[protected]@nic.in, but sadly again no response. On 15th April 2015, around 9.45 am I went to branch to investigate about the issue, there I was told to give an written application to Bank for fraudulent use of ATM card. After submitting the application, I was told to fill a form for blocking of ATM card, which was blocked immediately post filling the form. Than I was told that I have to register an FIR with police and copy of it has to be submitted to branch for further investigation. Then I went to police station for registering FIR, but they didn’t register an FIR instead they told me to give application and come after 2-3 days to know the status of it and submitted the signed application copy to branch which I received from police station. Mr. Kumar told me that they would require FIR copy for further process. Also on same day I received reply from email ID: pmjdy.[protected]@nic.in, on the mail I wrote on 14/04/15 informing me to contact your Bank/ Home branch. Also received a call from Customer care of Central bank (Mr. Mukund), narrated him the incident and emailed the documents to him in 15/04/15 as required by him. On 16th and 17th April there was no response for the bank on the issue. On 18/04/15, I went to branch to know the status. From Mr. Kumar I came to know that the card was used at Chancery Lane 1, London and he asked me to submit me FIR copy for further process. I went to Police station that the concern inspector was on leave, was told to come on Monday again. After lots of if & buts and to & fro of Police station finally on May 11th 2015, I got the FIR copy, which I submitted to branch on the same day (Between this Mr. Sachin [Sub-Inspector] visited Central Bank Branch and they were also in touch with Cyber crime on the issue). Then began the trail mails and follow up with bank authorities. Authorities can check my call records that how much follow up was done with Central Bank officials. Even after submitting FIR copy it took almost one and half months to bank to refund the money for the case which crystal clear. Would like to highlighted again and again that there has been continuous follow up with the central bank authorities (Name: Mr. Kumar [Khernagar Branch], Mr. Prakash Gharat [Regional Office] and Mrs. Prathiba Badurkar [ATM Cell]) and would like to inform you that the process has been very sore as none of the authorities were pro-active in their approach. Whenever I called them for status, some or the other excuses were given to me. Finally after following up for more than 2 months I received the amount of Rs. 41, 028 from central bank on June 20th, 2015. I request officials to take strict action against the Central Bank as there was security lapse from Central bank due to which my card details were divulged to the 3rd party and was fraudulently used. And the process of following up with the bank officials was also very sore, therefore want to register a complaint against Central Bank of India and want them to compensate me for the trauma which I have gone through. My course(B.Tech) is of 4 years which is completed in current month but i am currently without job, but as per my knowledge as well as procedure of education loan my instalment will start after 1 year of course comletion or after 6 months from job starting. My father will deposit the interest on yearly basis. But today, i received a call from bank that we divide your education loan into instalments (Around 8600 per month) at their own. But sir please trying to understand that i am unable to pay this instalment now.                                 I have visited many times in bank and behavior with customers are really very bad. They shouted on the people. Also, I have applied for the vehicle loan amount only 40000 even I am salaried person and I am receiving salary 30000. I have visited 4-5 days, always demanded that this document is not available please bring is, that document is not available please bring it etc. What the hell all this, Why should our precious time be wasted over such trifling jobs which would hardly have taken five minutes to tell the exactly what they required. There is a lady Mrs. Harahnt in Manimajra Central Bank branch. She was handling this loan and her behavior was so rude. She did know what papers required and called me so many times about the docs. They should know that Govt. hired them for public services and they thinks that they are the owner of the banks if they got the govt job I am an old customer of the bank and have found it very troublesome to have had to come so many times. It is an unprecedented lack of service and I have found the behaviour of the clerk very un-co-operative. Please fired them all who don't know how to behave with the costumers and who don't know their job well that what documents required. A strict action should be taken against them Thanks

                                    Dear Sir, On 19th June 2015, I have ordered some item from my Paytm account. So I have done a transaction from my CBI Debit card which resulted in failure (I am attaching the pic of transaction failure for your reference). But the amount of Rs. 6799 was deducted from my account and its approximately more than 10 days, I didn't get my amount back in my account. Please look into this matter as early as possible. Manager hmse sidhe muh baat bhi nhi krta ot staff or ulta chalta h. Manager ne kch agents(dalaal) pakad rakhe h. Unka kaam jaldi ho jata h.. Is samasya se kafi kisaan pareshan h. Agents h omprakash meena (kawarsali), girraj meena(nagada), dhanpal meena (goheda) etc.. In agents ne kuch logo ki double k.c.c. Banwa rakhi h. Sara kaam manager k kehne par hota h.                                         Respected sir i am guru tiwari my phone number [protected] farmer mucherla village rangareddy hyderabad telangana i took a loan of 11lakhs for constructing a poultry farm in the year2004 and i paid 7lakh rerun but due to bird flue floods and all my unit did not fetch me and i closed it and i could not repay my loan when i received a notic from my bank i approached them for settelment and they send me to recovery depart ment there an officer appolo raju sir gave us a figer of 5lakhs and we pleased him to make it4. 5lakhs after visiting him many times he accepted the amount but did gave any thing in written we went back to branch and submitted settelment letter to the manager and where told that this process will take some time after making numarous calls to the manager he responded us telling that appolo raju sir has retired and we have to now approach the new officer subramanyam and he told us that the he does not know any thing appolo raju sir told and is telling us to pay 6lakhs now sir i am caring 4. 5lskhs daily to the bank but no one is willing to help me already i have sold my wife gold to arrange the cash i can't arrange 1. 5lakh my health is also being effected i am requesting you to please check the matter and solve it sir i think i am the only person who is going to bank and asking them to clear my loan since 5months my accounts detail a / c no [protected]central bank of india chatta bazar.
