helo my mom have govt A/C in cbi mangal puri ... from last 2 years my mom get palaysis of right side body ... i have given all the paper of hospital in the bank and they ask me to give paper how fool they are... from last 6 months my mom is on bed she cnt able to come to the bank ... they r sending one person to home and take the thumb print ... so many time i ask to head there is smthing u can give as atm or any thing else ... can u put me as joint A/C with my mother they say no we cnt able to do ... from last 3 day m calling them to send the same person they said me head is not here .. next day i call so ASTT tell sir is not here what is this we are fool ... today i went to bank so they say we cnt help u in all this bring hospital paper i said i given to u ... so asst said me we dnt know that u give what does mean tell me... why we give to you ...they said we cnt able to give money is risk ..why you guys open the bank when you guys cnt help us...

    Sir
    I am account holder of central bank of india during payment at ragiv gandhi cancer hospital at pharmecy my money has deducted but trancisation was cancelled on 26/05/2014 at 3:00 pm.
    I tried to call costumer care no buit there is no response. Please check it and solve my problem.
    The given no is not working and bank is also not responding.
    I have my a/c at cbi at babina cantt uo
    Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

      In the year[protected] the Pattarai Perumbattur Central Bank of India Brach Manger Mr.Kannan Iyer cheated Rs.58 Lakhs and above. But none of them taking action against him. The Regional Manger and Head Office, Officials also involved in the scam.

      Taken steps to get the direction to file FIR. We also taken steps to resolve the issues to Vigilance and Anti-corruption, Economic Affairs and CID.

      We also taken into steps to get back the public land documents with the Bank and actual loan amount(without interest).

          Respected sir/ madam My name is K.Kumar On 09.04.2014 we approached the CENTAL BANK OF INDIA bank manager for our enquiry about educational loan. The bank manager asked me "who are you" if I was someone so famous or well renowned person then why should I approach the bank for loan . He didn't even have the courtesy to ask me to sit and insulted me a lot. He treated me badly. Is this how a branch manager behaves to a customer . It has hurted me a lot.             I had an account with above mentioned bank Since 2004 Under CKCC with a/c no.
            [protected]. I closed my a/c on 7th Feb, 2014 and got statement from[protected]. When I check statement I found bank has charged too much interest from me, also some unnecessary charges have been deducted from my a/c. I met branch manager and he said he would look into this matter. The very next day he came to my home and told me that there was problem in software and bank would refund all the money in your saving account. But whenever I go to bank, manager makes lame excuses and it is clear to me that he is not going to solve my problem. I also asked for the statement for the period[protected], because in this period bank may have also charged over interest and other expenses, but I was shocked to hear his answer that bank has burnt all the old records and every bank do so. I called bank’s customer care and executive told me that branch has all the records and you can get it from there. I again met the manager and told that I have called customer care and record is here in your bank. He told me with shameful face that your record is in C.D and I will trace it. When again after some days I asked for the statement, he said record is in computer but system is not working and come other day. Again I met him and he said it is difficult to get the statement. I do not know how much over interest bank has charged within 10 years as I do not have complete statement. On statement rate is 7% p.a which is applicable on first 3 lakh and above it bank charges 11.75% p.a. I want my money back with interest.

                i had also took loan in 2006 at chidambaram branch tamil nadu, through central bank of india, , , after announcement of central subsidy scheme before 2009, i was happy and got ready to pay the full loan amount atleast by borrowing, but this branch members were forcing me to pay the amount with full intrest which is three times larger than loan amount. they are not considering the announcement of finance minister in feb-17 through parliament, they are giving pressure through court, what to do now???
                I am gonna do RTI if they don't listen to me.How can they ignore IBA guidelines.Do a RTI

                        My daughter and myself opened a SB account [protected] in central bank of india nair hospital branch mumbai.

                        I deposited a sum of Rs.2000/- on 14.10.2013 after approval of the form by the manager.In November 2013 I visited the bank and was told that you have given address of pune. Mumbai address is required.I submitted mumbai address and my daughter signed in front of dealing clerk. On 29.1.14 I visited the bank and requested to give me passbook and ATM card.Dealing clerk told me that My daughter has to come again to bank to sign some papers.I told her she has classes and coming to bank for her is not possible. She insisted and i told her to close the account. I told her that account was opened for getting a ATM card and paying college dues by local cheques and I will transfer money to bank by internet.The account was closed and Rs.269/-was deducted without my fault.

                        How our form of pune address was accepted without proper checks and Rs.2000/- was accepted.Why second time visit of my daughter signatures were not taken.

                        So Rs. 269/- should be refunded to me immediately.

                          I made an IMPS transaction on Jan 13, 2014, transferred Rs. 10, 000.00 from Citibank to Central bank.The amount is not yet credit into my central bank acc. no: [protected], Alandur, Chennai. In spite of making several complaints, there is no use. I have provided the letter from Citibank to Central bank, but still they are not accepting the transaction was happened. The amount is not less to leave it as is. Can anyone help me what needs to be done further, There is no use after making several complaints and visits to the bank. Please help me. Thanks in advance. FYI: I have attached the letter provided by CItibank regarding successful transaction

                          I resolved the issue, I asked the concerned bank to file a charge, so that it went under an investigation, after 1 week the amount has been credited. thanks for the support
                          Hi Jamuna,

                          Same case happened with me as well from Citibank on 01/03/2014.

                          They are issuing me a confirmation letter and I have to take it to BOI for further processing.

                          Can you elaborate the action taken to get the refund/credited?

                          Hi,

                          I recommend you to submit the confirmation letter to BOI manager, he will be forwarding it to the online authorities, once they confirm that the money has not reached them, you call Citibank and inform them that the money has not reached them and also they that you want to file a charge. So that it will be transferred to the supervisor notification and they will be giving you a reference
                          no and note it down for your future reference and keep in touch with CItibank regarding your process stage. Hope u get ur money back..

                            SBI Credit Card representative called me and ask for making a credit at free of cost. they take out my all documents and in some times they sent my credit card to me in December' 2013 last. the said if yous spent rs.2000 in first month of receiving credit card than you have no minimum charge to pay which is around 560 something, i said OK, no problem make sure deliver me my pin by the time and i use it, but they did not deliver me my SBI credit card pin which i need to make any transaction. after 15 days they sent me my credit card statement which shows me, i have to pay rs.560 and minimum amount is rs.260 something, i ask and write a mail to SBI credit card department, and ask if you will not deliver my pin than how will i use my credit card and spent rs.2000 in first month. they ask we will deliver you in coming few days and write a mail to me provide us mother maiden name and address, which i had provided him on 15th of Jan'2014. but still m waiting for the Credit Card Pin. it is 27th Jan 2014 and i have to pay my statement amount on 31st 2014. i am bit o[censored]pset if i am not paying i will be treated as a defaulter. i don't know what should i do and what is my fault.

I want to start internet banking of central bank of india on my a/c and i went to bank many times but bank manager does not work, he say everytime that u come after some time or in evening and when i go to in the evening then he say that network is not working good.plz help me regarding this

                                      This is to bring your notice i have done a shopping from Siliguri Spencers on 21st sep-2013 my billing amt was 800/- & at the time of bill cashier swiped my card it showed declined but unfortunately i got charged & got a confirmation SMS in my mobile. Spencer's executive said it gone at suspense account but still waiting to get it back. would request you to please solve the issue revert back.                                         sir my name -rahul Kumar modanwal and my a/c no.[protected] Wrongly debited from Savings account I an pay bill CENTRAL BANK DEBIT CARD on 19/09/2013 The trasaction was unsuccessful first time so I made another trial which was successful.But the money was deducted twice.The amount deduducted is Rs 500 instead of Rs 6578.My data of the pay bill is as follow9.Kindly do the needful for the refund of my money.
