Sir, My Name is Rohit My Account No. is [protected] Central Bank Of India Kangra Branch .The Server of ATM`S is down on Feb 4th time 12 pm to 1.30pm.Sir i try 3 or 4 ATM`s of different banks at palampur (h.p.) such as punjab & sind bank, bank of baroda, state bank of patiala, canara bank etc, but the request of withdrawl is not completed and the 1000/-Rs amount debited from my account. please solve our problem. Thanks with regards.

      from last two years i m trying to open my new account in cbi (mathura's vrindavan road branch near roopam cinema) but every tym i was miss guided by saying that plz come after few days nd i had went afer few days but they still told me the same.. i dont know why but its not the good service to consumers of cbi clerks nd manager of mathura branch...so plz solve it as early as possible...

          My complaint was registered on 23/12/2014 with reference no C/23122014/34496 but still no response received. In my company any complaint received to MD/Chairman are solved within 24 hours. It seems in central bank there is no maturity at chairman level also. Initially I had raised compliaint as "I am holding Education Loan Account: ******7511 with Central bank. Loan was sanctioned in 2011. Since then only Interest is being charged. Suddenly on 24/02/2014 an amount of Rs. 11277/- was debited from my account against "Adv to GL as charges Insurance Chola". I was neither aware nor provided any communication about the same. Even I had not signed any policy or document for same. I called the branch manager Mr. Charanjeet Shingh of Relief road Ahemdabad branch, but I didn't got any satisfactory response from him and with ignorance call was handed to his subordinate who was not aware about the matter. I am very disappointed with this kind of response and it seems Bank is not aware about what they are doing; also mangers are afraid of facing customer Earlier also I lost Interest subsidy for year 2011-12 due to negligence of branch manager. I tried to file this complaint on Central Bank Website but that same is giving error. Now with height of disappointment I decided to go for complaint to connsumer forum and IRDA (as amount is deducted for some kind of Insurance). The above amount (i.e. 11277/- Plus loan Interest on 11277/-) should get deposited in my mentioned loan account within 24 hour else I will go for the complaint to consumpoer forum and IRDA.             Dear Sir/Madam I used my CBI ATM card to withdraw Rs.4, 000/- at Central Bank of India 29.11.14 AT 04:29PM ATM at Near Red Light Seelam Pur Delhi but i have not receive any cash or slip from ATM machine. but 4000/- amount was debited from my account complain many time in customer care and the bank Complaint No[protected]/12/2014 time 11:25 AM) he told me give a application still the amount not credited to my account.

              Dear sir, I am Rajesh prasad singh from delhi/ Faridabad, with respect inform you that My father name is Shri shiv Narayan.He was sending the payment dated on 6/12/2014 amount 5000/ rupees in ICICI BANK Branch charmwood Faridabad, IFSC CODE-ICIC0001842, A/c no[protected]. But your Branch manager of semapur has been sent in A/c no[protected]. i have not received the payment yet. My father was gone for submit the application for it but Branch Manager has not submitted the application.kindly take the necessary action for reversal the payment as soon as possible please.                       I am an account holder of your bank at ShivaShakti complex SV Road Dahisar East. During one of my visit to your branch I requested your staff most likely peon of the branch middle aged spectacled man name not known to give me a form for sms alert. After filling the form I just asked him where do I submit the form after completion. He suddenly turned violent and spoke rudely saying at first I should give the form and then tell you where to submit. I requested him to keep quite but he kept on blabbering for no fault of mine. He was not loaded with work just sitting freely on the chair. This attitude of your staff sitting just at the doorstep of your branch is a shame to your bank and I think a serious damage to the image of your bank. He has shown total disrespect to a lady. I think such people should not be kept at the entrance of the bank to spoil the reputation of your bank. Hoping you would look into the matter or else he will continue his arrogant behaviour with other customers also.

                          Respected Sir I Ashishkumar Chimanlal Bhatt Applied for a Education Loan of Rs. 7.50 Lakhs on dated 07/07/2014 for my son Nikhil.A.Bhatt in Course of B.D.S in central Bank Of India, Institute of agriculture Campus, Anand – 388 110. I have Submitted all the documents which are demanded by bank. Bank have query about allocation of seat letter which are provide by university. I agree with bank, But issue is that still college also not received that allocation letter. Thats why my loan isn’t pass by bank. The time period of loan’s process is going to end on dated 31/10/2014. And the letter of seat allocation by university is under process. May be it takes time to receive. That’s why college provide me letter in which college give written promise that when they will give that letter they will provide that letter to me. I give this letter to bank but they are not ready to accept it. What should I do now ? As I say loan process period is going to end. I already pay fees Rs. 2, 41, 700 by arrange from somewhere else. Before Manager said that he will sanction the loan, But now he isn’t responding me. Ever his behavior is very rude. When I applied for a loan I told then to do inquiry about college at that time they said that it doesn’t matter for us, We just know you. But now when period is going to end they said that they will do inquiry about college and when they will be satisfied then they will release loan. I am govt. employee of post department. If bank will not pass my loan then what will I do ? how I will arrange Rupees ? This is a question of my son’s future and mine also. I hope a will try to understand my situation. I am expecting satisfied response from you.                               Dear sir/madam, My dad transferred 15 lacs to mr. J d patil account in central bank of India byculla. Mr. Patil said that he will give a flat of mmrda in kanjurmarg after getting money. This person never pick up the calls and gives miss call from his number [protected]. He as still not given the money or flat. He used to work in bmc and working with mmrda employees from bandra kurla complex. Attached is the copy from icicibank and stamp from central bank of India. As my papa had recently been from hospital. He was not able to lodge fir on mr patil. I am also attaching the complaint letter which he submitted to icicibank and his picture. His two son are also helping him and he have connection with bandra police. Please help me find this fraud person. I also adding his picture. Thanking you, Rupali

                                After consultation of the bank branch manager I dropprd a cheque bearing the no. 548914 of HDFC bank n 25.08.14 at mathabhanga branch, dist- coochbehar, West bengal of Rs. 5199.09 which was issued to me on 14.06.14 o. Today when I queried about it I have found that bank did not sent it for encashment. The said cheque expired on 14.09.14. The staff of the bank did not admit there fault rather they casually said me to bring another cheque from where I have get it .I hope you will take proper step.

                                  My dad paid bank 15 lacs to mr j d patil from byculla branch. The amount got credited to is account. When we knew he was fraud person give his contact details. Bank said that account no is wrong to which same account bank credited the amount. Bank like central bank of india is supporting the fraud customers.
