I would like to let you know that the staff behaviour is very bad, they don't know how to attend customer, they shouted on the people who came to the bank, even they should know that they are doing job for public and govt hired them for helping people not shouting and doing bad bevhaving with them. I saw that there are poor and those people who don't understand the English, now one here to help them there, even they don't like to answer them. I would like to request you that please change the staff or fired them all as they don't know how to behave with the people. Bank : Central Bank of india Branch : Manimajra, Chandigarh

    I am a customer of Central Bank of India, Egmore, Chennai - 600008 and I have a savings account (a/c no.: [protected]). On 18th June 2015, I used my international debit card of Central bank of India to pay a restaurant bill of Rs.9, 540/-. But the transaction was declined. After the first failed attempt, I tried it again and it was declined for the second time. Finally I paid the bill by cash and left. However I later found that money has been debited twice from my account although both those card transactions had failed. So in total Rs.19, 080/- has been wrongly debited from my account. I also checked with the restaurant and it seems the money has not been credited to their account either. The details of the transaction are as follows. SB A/c no.: [protected] Date: 18/06/2015 Time: 10:11:19 PM Debit card no.: [protected] Restaurant details: Zaitoon Restaurant, 119, D block, 1st main road, Chindamani, Anna nagar east, Chennai Mob: [protected] Tel:[protected]/2/3/4 Total Bill amount : Rs.9, 540/- (2 failed transactions = Rs. 19, 080/-) In spite of my written complaint to the branch, no action has been taken towards settling this problem. I have been told that clearly the problem is on the bank's side as you have had some issues with their sever. I am really disappointed with their service as my money is stuck with them for more than a week now.

      Hi All, This is Vinoth Ravi from Bangalore. This mail is regarding, your bank carelessness and irresponsibility. We have the property in my home town (Kumbakonam) and planning to re-construct, regarding that I ve reached the abk for home loan and they asked me to collect the responsible documents from municipality local bodies and Legal opinion. As their statement, I ve collected all the documents. Once planning to submit the documents for availing the home loan, particular Manager is getting transferred to Chennai. From last two months, No manager is getting appointed in that Kumbakonam branch. Whenever I have requested the other acting Manager, he said that he have no idea about the new Manager appointment. Because of your irresponsibility, our plans are getting collapsed and not able to concentrate on works and further things. I have a question that without the manager, how you can run the branch? What about the other loans? Why the acting manager is not ready to take up the home loan application? IF it is the case, better close the bank branch till the new Manager arrival.

        My name is Varun Luthra, my account number is [protected] name of Saathi Sales. Mr. Bimal Kumar(cashier) employee of Central Bank of India Brown Road branch, Ludhiana, Punjab. I need to deposit Rs.20000 but he refused me to deposit the money but same time he deposit the money Rs.1500 only of Tea person(who provide the tea to all the employees of the bank). When i asked him, why you deposit the money of them and why you refused me then he had no words and leave the seat and come back after 15 mins. Meanwhile approx 10 persons already was in the line for depositing the money. This kind of services you are providing, only this is the reason customers like Private bank services, i have already 6 accounts including my family accounts in CBI but i definitely shift to another bank. There are much better service of PNB and SBI bank, who atleast listen and understand the problem. Not only i am facing the problem, there are lots of others who are facing the same behavior from the same person. Other employees of the same bank(CBI) already admitted this behavior of Mr. Bimal Kumar. He is not doing his duty right and you can always find him to take tea, or eating in duty time and always talking with another person. The good thing is thing, when any work is there, he always used to call to the security person and security person deposit the money. I have found several times a security person to deposit the money. So it means in CBI security person are not for security to the bank instead he is cashier as well. Please take this action immediately, otherwise you loose you customers and respect of the bank. I hope you would take action as soon as possible and reply me.         I am very impressed and satisfied what bank had taken the seriously step against my complaint. When I'd registered my complaint with in 2 days i got the call from MUMBAI HEAD office (Central Bank of india), number is 022-61648703 and then CBI branch, Ludhiana - 0161-2409465. They have taken immediately step and forward my complaint to the concern person and department. Today 3 person visited my home from CBI bank, Brown road Branch, Ludhiana for regarding the same complaint and even they also admitted the behavior of the person(which regarding the complaint) and they promised this will not happened again. So, i have written the application to hold my complaint or get back my complaint and handover to the bank person who visited my home. Overall, my concern only was to Warn that person only, who misbehave with the customers. I hope now he understood very well that these days government jobs are not so easy as what usually people think about this and not taken seriously their job and responsibilities.           I have a bank account at your esteemed organization at the Howrah branch(West Bengal ) and my account no. is [protected]. I went to the bank today, i.e. 24/06/2015 to activate my internet banking facility and to update my passbook as it was not done since the past two years as I was out of city during that duration. So one of the staff came out of the office and started shouting to me in front of everybody present in the bank and he started yelling that people like you should be on roads and should not have a bank account .he also said that we will not update your passbook. This behavior from your staff was not acceptable and it was real humiliation and harassment for me because it was urgently required to update my passbook due to make an income tax file. They were also asking me for extra charge in order to update my passbook. Such action and behavior of your employee will really hamper your image and customer relation's. So I would request to take a strict action against that employee and I would seek an apology from that particular employee in personal. I would be hoping from a prompt response from your side.

            account no:[protected] holder name:Ranganayaki.V Transaction date:25/04/2015 amount debited 611.24 online complain reference no C/11062015/39346 i just tried to use my atm card to pay bank exam fee on 25/04/2015 but during that time internet connection gone out while transaction being process.so the bank debit the amount from my account for that undelivered/failed transaction and i tired to reach my branch person he said "you have to wait for one month for auto refund" and i waited for one month after that i called to central bank customer care and asked about it he said that the auto refund will be process within 24hr of failure if it is not you have to complain it in the nearest branch.Again i go to my branch and asked abt it he replied you have to write a complaint and give it to branch manager. after that day i wrote a complaint letter about it and gave it to branch manager for that he said ok we will process it and come after 7 days. after 10 days my mother gone and ask about it he replied with angry that i didn't get any complaint about it. so after that i visited the CBI website there i found complaint option with that i complained abt it but i didn't get any response. worst customer service i ever seen.

              Please refer to our above complain. This was for charges of Export lodgement of Documents, commissions, Collection Etc. Your Export related matters are handled by Andheri Branch, as your Goregaon West Branch, where our account is operative, donot handle export remittances etc. Our request was that even if it is a small invoice value we have to pay huge amount on all above heads. Sometimes value of consignment is hardly $250, we have to spend almost Rs. 2, 200/- for all expenses up to collection of remittance. This is not viable, as so much margin is not there in our business. You are requested to note that this complain is not on Goregaon West Branch, But Andheri East Branch who collects all charges. If possible please give us special charges on small export consignment.

                  I Archana Soni, Saving A/c holder(A/c No.[protected] of Central Bank of India, Navy nagar branch, Colaba, Mumbai has lost my debit card on 13/6/2015 at bangalore, and filed the camplaint and requested twice to block my card. I have called on customer care no. and also called to the branch and asked to block the card, but still it has not been blocked till now. If it is not blocked within 6 hours hours and if any amount is debited from the account using thet debit card then this matter will escalate to RBI.                     Hello, I am Digvijay Pandey, I am a second year engineering student studying at Malwa Institute of Technology, Indore. I belong to Siwan, Bihar and I also belong from an humble family, I have a complaint against the Central Bank Branch Manager of Siswan, Bihar, which led me to mental harassment and torture. In July 2013, I applied and registered for Education Loan from Central Bank-Siswan, Siwan, Bihar. The Bank manager asked me for the appropriate documents which I submitted as early as possible. As I was paying the college fee till then by borrowing the money from local Zamindars and other people on very high interest. My all documents were sufficient and approved by the Local Branch Office of the bank but whenever I contacted them, the branch manager's response would be "Your work is in process, some time will be taken", this was costing me very high as the interest local Zamindars and other people were taking was too high, also the pressure I was facing from both the scholastic and financial sides were leading me to depression. Then after some time I approached the Branch manager again and he told me that "Your application has been returned from the Regional office", this was an unexpected response from the manager who always told me that the loan will be granted, he then told me to fulfill the requirements again, which I did. A Provisionary officer was also sent to my house for inspection where he asked for 'SWAMITWA PRAMAN PATRA'(Ownership certificate) and I submitted, then one day the officer told my father that the application for the loan has been rejected once again. He told me that the loan will be granted after I mortgage my land worth Rs 4, 00, 000(4Lac) or otherwise to pay 10% of the loan amount as the commission, he also assured my father to deposit loan amount in his KCC account. And in response, he paid Rs.29067.00 to the bank but the manager still didn't took any actions. Till then no response from the bank or the bank manager has been retrieved. I am also suffering from mental depression and of course this led me to harassment and mental torture too. The damages I suffered due to this bank's activities are really high and severe, both mentally and physically. Not only I, my parents and family members have also suffered a lot due to this. Economically this led me to a damage of approximately Rs. 60-70, 000. Plus, the fees of doctors, paper-backs are also the outputs I faced due to this. I want my loan to be passed as soon as possible, I want CC to fight with me and help me, this is leading me to worse conditions and I also want the money I paid to my neurologists, doctors and the high interest I paid to the locals. If the bank could have told me earlier that my loan would not be passed, I would have gone to another bank and would have applied for loan somewhere else.                       I am consumer of this bank since 2005. My saving account no.[protected], bank deducted Rs.200/- for 4 months for maintaining minimum balance of Rs.1000/-, without any notice. Bank has changed rule for minimum balance of Rs.500/ to Rs.1000/- without any notice. It's duty of bank to inform customer before deduction from account.

                        I faced a failed transaction on 08/06/2015 and have been continously calling the helpline number. I have called more than 100 times however i didnt get any responce from the executive. No one even cared to pick the phone. This is the responce that you get from every nationalised banks. Such a behaviour has become customery for every nationalised bank employees. Pathetic

                          I forgot my ATM pin for which i was trying to call customer care. Don't ever open account in this bank. Even official website have wrong customer care number. I tried a lot to call them every time it will say you busy and another number will not work.

                            Dear Sir / Madam, I have forwarded copy of mail which I sent to Kalkaji Branch of Central Bank. A copy was endorsed to Zonal Office, Delhi as well. But so far no reply has been received from either. I shall be grateful if you could give necessary instructions to the concerned branch of Central Bank of India. Kind Attention: Shri V.K.Madaan, Senior Manager, Central Bank of India, Kalkaji Branch, New Delhi Sir, This is with reference to my conversation and gentle reminder to deduct the monthly EMI of my Housing Loan (Account No. [protected]) from my account. During my meeting with you at the bank and subsequently during the telephonic conversation, I had requested you that the EMI which is due on 28th of every month be debited automatically to my SB A/c [protected] so as to save from any undue embarrassment or any other likely penalty. Strangely, ever after my repeated requests I find that the EMI has not been debited to my account even when sufficient balance was available in my account. Secondly, I find that the net balance in my Loan Account is in excess of the loan amount i.e. Rs. 32, 00, 000 which I raised with the Bank. When I logged into my account today I found that the net balance in my loan A/c is Rs. 32, 27, 079/-. Today when I tried to contact you on phone in this regard, the phone remained answered. I had also requested you to provide me a copy of the fire insurance policy which you promised to give but so far it has not been given to me. It is requested that the same may please be provided to me for my record. It is requested that EMI may please be debited to my account immediately without any further delay and be debited automatically on 28th of every month without the need of any reminders. It is requested that I may please be enlightened about the reasons why and how the original loan amount of Rs. 32, 00, 000/- shot up to Rs. 32, 27, 079/. when I have been paying EMI regularly.                                   Sir i had taken loan from central bank of india branch mainpuri u.p. in 2003 but i did not give regular emi because that time i have no job even some emi were given by me after that a notice from the bank i have got in which they tried to settelement for one payment and then i agreed and i gave all payment in 2013.. After 2 or 3 months bank gave no due certificate.. But today on 28/05/2015 a bank reprenstative came in my home and told some amount due for your loan.. Sir pls help me they harres me and insist to pay the due instead of giving me a no due certificate... Plz help i am not in this condition to pay again the loan due... I think you will help me..                                     Dear Sir/ Madam My mother had applied for the DDA housing scheme 2014 for which i had deposited registration fee of Rs 10, 000 through my SBI bank account. As my mother was not allotted any flat under scheme via lucky draw .The registration money has to be returned back to my account. However after passing almost 3 months of draw date, my money has not been returned back to my account. After discussion with DDA authority, they replied that the money has been given to the concerned bank and they have to deposit it to my account.                                       I Jaideep Singh Sukhija, successfully allottee of DDA-2014 scheme transfered the requested amount of Rs 1254474 (through NEFT) with UTR-SBIN[protected] to Beneficiary A/C No- DDACEN90037961 at CBIN0282695 on 27/Apr/2015 at 5:17 PM. I paid this amount through SBI, Gurgaon and as per them amount was successfully credited to beneficiary a/c but as per DDA, Vikas Sadan they have not received the requested amount in their A/C and the same is not reflecting over the DDA site. I have taken follow ups many times with Cetral bank of India personal but no response till date. I have already visited the CBI, vikas sadan branch and as per them entry is credited to DDA online account but their is no such entry in ONLINe neft/rtgs report of date 27/04/2015. Detail of entry which is missing from report dated 27/04/2015 as under:- a) name of applicant:- jaideep singh sukhija b) Amount :- 1254474/ through rtgs from sbi bank c) challan no:[protected] d) utr no:- SBIN[protected] e) date of remittance:- 27/04/2015 Till date there is no resolution from Central bank of India for above issue and as per DDA I still have to pay the requested amount and last date for late payment is 19 May 2015 and after that I need to pay penalty.

                                        I am a senior customer of the Central Bank having various accounts in Pondicherry branch. I hold a centralcard for a long time and the last one [protected] which expired on 04/15 has been replaced by the new card [protected] and it was stated in the letter dated 10/04/15 that the pin for the new card will be sent to my residential address. Even though the transaction with the new card should have started on the 1st of May the pin has not been sent till 16th May thereby disabling me from using the renewed card. I have sent four mails to the credit card dept. but in vain I have talked over phone to the credit card dept. but no response. Hence a senior customer like me has to ask for the cancellation of the card which cannot be used and further since there is no care taken by the dept. I intend to withdraw all my funds from the Central Bank of India, perhaps this may not be of much importance to you but you are losing a very old customer which is not good reputation for the bank. Therefore I request that necessary action may be taken in this regard.
                                        Central Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
