I lost my ATM card befour four mounth . Few times I have personally visited with concern branch manager and operation manager of the branch but nothing has happened till date.

This is not acceptable from a reputed Govt. organization.

Requesting you please try to solve my problem as early as possible.

    I would like to inform you that I have applied in Central Bank of India for issuing me a duplicate ATM Card due to the mishandling of my ATM card is now destroyed. and I am submitting a application along with my destroyed ATM card on 11.07.2011. but the branch of Central Bank of India is saying me that your request has been forwarded to the higher authorities and please wait. and i having wait for last two months.So I requested to give me the confirmation regarding my ATM Card on what date that i accept my card.

      I Ahmed Reza Hasan of Bolpur attempted to withdraw Rs-10000/- through ATM of Axis Bank (Bolpur Branch Dist- Birbhum West Bengal) on 25/07/2011 at about 11.59am. I entered my ATM Card & entered my password,amount but not received the amount. The transaction was declined. Then I withdraw 5000/- & another 5000/-. The record no. of three transaction of Axis Bank ATM is 1652/1653/1654. My SB A/C No-[protected] & ATM Card No-[protected]. I made a complaint at Central Bank of India (Bolpur Branch) on that day but till today no action has been taken so far.

      Central Bank Of India — Non Receiving Amount at ATM Counter

        Subject :Please solve our problem regarding education loan.
        Dear Sir,
        with due respect I krishna Kumari Mishra, Daughter of Ex army Kailash Bihari Mishra, Had taken the education loan in 2007 of Three lakh eighty eight thousand eight hundred from central Bank, Tajpur Branch, Samastipur,Bihar. At the time of taking loan they told us the interest should be start after the completion of course and the after getting the job. After getting job there should be around six months gap. But they charged the loan interest from the day one on which i had taken the loan . they are charging 12.75% interest. i belong to a simple family and my earning is 1.5 lakh per year. they want five lakh forty one thousand, please clear me. what is the interest actual rate of their. i thing they are charging on interest rate on compound amount. so i am confused a lot. My education was completed in 2009 april. i started job in july 2009. I had read in the newspapers and net that from 2009, the interest on education loan is free for the families earning less than 4.5 lakh per annum. and i am eligible for this. Is their any special compensation for the girls also. please clarify my all queries. In between all this my father has given the permission to them to cut down three thousand per month from his pension but they had cut only for 4 months. It is there mistake. we had done this for lowering the interest rate. we are living in Indore so that very difficult to move easily to bihar. they had not informed us anything.Eagerly waiting for your reply.

            Myself Amit kumar singh,doing B.tech 2nd yearI wants to borrow education loan from central bank of india but problem is that,i wents central bank of india(Branch-kaithawali distt-Ballia UP) The manager (Ayodhya prasad) of that bank is not intrested on my proposal (education loan).And he says,"there is no any criteria for your loan and i cannot pass your loan, visit to another bank.But i think main problem is that, he wants to some cash from me.And he wants also mediater between us.Actuly sir i am belonging from poor family.And my parents is not able to pay my annual fees.And it is so(loan) necessory for me. Kindly, do somthing better for me.thanking you

                On April 18 2011 I did withdraw 10000/- from central Bank of ATM using ICICI bank ATM card. But i got only 4400/-. Actually i should get 19 notes of 500/- and 5 notes of 100/- but I got opposite. I got 19 notes of 100/- and 5 notes of 500/-. After that immediately I called to ICICI bank and told them about this issue. I asked to the customer care that do i need to provide any type of proof as i was in ATM that time. Customer care replied me that no need to provide any kind of proof. After that i called to ICICI bank so many times but i did not get my money back. I got a mail from ICICI bank as follows:
                “Dear Mr. Kumar,
                We refer to your complaint addressed to ICICI Bank regarding your Savings Bank Account XXXXXXXX3283.
                As per our telephonic conversation on June 9, 2011, we submit that the transaction of April 18, 2011 an amount of Rs. 10,000.00 was successful and cash was dispensed on the mentioned date.
                Hence, we are unable to reverse the amount.
                Assuring you of our best services at all times.
                Sincerely,
                R. Kiran Kumar
                Office of Head Service Quality”

                I again mailed to ICICI bank regarding my issue then i got a call from ICICI Chennai and they asked me to talk with central bank. Then i mailed to central bank regarding this issue. After that i got reply from central bank as i should contact to ICICI bank as i am holding ATM card of ICICI bank. I am very disappointed as my money is not coming back. I did 6 transactions on that day as follows:

                  I Mukesh Kumar have savings A/C in Central Bank of India, Gandhigram Branch, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. A/C No. 19417. This A/C was active and having a balance of around 16000/- Rs. But suddenly my A/C was closed without intimating me and the amount in the account so far is not shown anywhere in bank,s records.
                  I have submitted an application in this regard to the concerned branch but so far no solution have been provided to me.
                  Please help me out in getting my Money back.

                    main binod kumar gupta apne papa ke account main 36900/- deposite karne ko gaya ,i dont know the staff name but i can give u detail he was sitting at that counter where 25000 and above money is taken,and when i gave him money he told give me pan no.,while as u and we know very well the i[censored] r going to deposite 50000 and above then it is needed,then i went to meet other bank staff ,then he told no it is not nessesary for that amount,again i went to the same person and told,then he took the money,why he behaved like this,he is not wellbehaved person and why he did this with me so i request him to punish him.it is necessary to teach him a lession so in future he will not do with other customers.my father account no.is[protected].........

                      In view of the above captioned subject, your esteemed self is requested that the balance of my account no. [protected] before making a transaction at the SBI ATM Achabal Anantnag was Rs 14,422. On 01/06/2011, at 9:29 AM,a transaction was done by me for Rs 10,000 but due to some technical difficulities, the said ATM dispersed only Rs 5,500. But the present balance in my account now stands at Rs 4,222. Thus making it amply clear that amount of Rs 10,000has been deducted from my accont.
                      Now your goodself is requested that the said wrongly deducted amount may please credited back to my account.

                        One of my relative is a farmer in a village nearby is aged 79 years. As he could not work further in his farm land, sold his land and wanted to get monthly income out of the sale proceeds to meet his food and other expenses. Out of the sale proceeds, he wanted to deposit Rs.10 lacs in Central Bank of India, Nanjundapuram Branch, Coimbatore. When he approached the bank, the bank manager has said that Bank is having surplus money. So he redirected him to LIC. The LIC men came to his house along with the bank manager and took away his money (10 lack) promising hime that every month they will pay the interest. But now it seems that they have issued a policy Bima Bachat scheme. Now the farmer is starving for food and taking loans from local people at very high rates of interest. It seems that LIC has appointed Banks as agents and these bank have fixed targets. To achieve these targets, the bankers are fooling people.

                          Sir,
                          This is bring to your kind notice that I have saving account in central bank of India no.[protected] at Peoples dental college, Bhanpur Bhopal branch. On 05/05/11 some unknown person made three withdrawls illegally of amount 100,500 & 500 rupees from my account and again on 06/05/11 three withdrawls of 5000/- each were made from the ATM.I hadn’t made any withdrawls on the above mentioned date because ATM and secrete password is with me only.

                          I had made representation on 07/05/11 but the manager named Omna Vishambharam at that time did not accept my application. Again on date 10/05/11 I had given application to the manager of central bank of India. At that time she accepted the application and after 4-5 days she had confirmed that your saving bank account shown total withdrawls of rupees 16,100/-.When I asked what action is going to be taken to recover my unauthorized withdrawls, she bluntly told that I cant do nothing to recover your amount.

                          So, It is requested please recover my withdrawn amount, as the central bank of India officials are not co-operate with me. Being a girl I had been harassed a lot by the officials. So make sure that I can get my amount as early as possible.

                            DEAR SIR,
                            I am Neelam Jhade working as Lab Technician in one of the reputed college of Bhopal. I have an account in Central Bank of India SATI Vidisha Branch. I submitted an application for transfer my account in Central Bank Narela Branch (2171) on 27 April 2011. Bank dignities of Vidisha told me to transfer my account within 7 days. I enquire on Central bank Narela Bhopal Branch (2171) after 15 days, they told me your account is in my branch but because of some communication gap between Vidisha and Narela Branch they didnot provide me Passbook and they told me to wait 7 days more. I waited 15 days more but vidisha branch (3144) didnot send my passbook to Narela Branch (2171). I called to Vidisha Branch from last 10 days daily but they didnot respond me in proper manner and used to talk abuse now. if their is any facility to record the voice then you can check. Sir I want my passbook as soon as possible by which I will do my transactions in future.

                            Please help me.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I applied in DDA Housing Scheme 2010 and submitted my application No. 0672666 at Central bank of India, INA Vikas Sadan, New Delhi branch. The result for same was declared by DDA on 19th April 2011 and my name did not appear in successful list. After that the Central Bank of India, INA, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi branch has send me the refund of Rs 150000 vide refund cheque No. 551655 dated 23/4/2011 and vide forwarding letter dated 23/4/2011. In this regard I wish to say that:
                              1. Cheque and forwarding letters were made on 23/4/2011
                              2. The cheque was dispatched on 23/5/2011 vide speed post No. ED[protected]IN dated 23/5/2011 i.e. exactly after one month from preparation of refund cheque and refund letter. The same has been mentioned on dispatch envelope.
                              3. The same has been delivered to me on 25/5/2011.
                              4. The bank branch has intentionally delayed the dispatch of the cheque exactly one month to gain one month interest. Thus I have suffered a loss of one month interest along with harassment o[censored]ndersigned. Moreover the bank has cheated the other customers also in this clever manner.(Who are unknown of this cheating of bank(

                              Therefore it is requested that bank should refund one month interest along with harassment charges to all customers otherwise the all are requested to move to Ombudsman, RBI and consumer court and other appropriate forum to such a worst bank of India. And disciplinary action should also be initiated against Manager of INA, New delhi branch for cheating the customers.

                              Yes it is a worst bank in cheating the customers
                              I have never seen such a worst branch at INA Delhi and such a worst bank of India. I have suffered in the same manner. The bank manager is very "bad-tamij" who misbehaves with customers also.

                              You are lucky that you got your refund I still await same against my application 0526511. Their telephone number 24654260 is hanged-up and gives a busy tone. I dial this number at leat 500 times a day. I have send numerous email reminder to their branch manager, and every day sending them fax copy of email only to fall on deaf ears and blind eyes.

                              Intentions of Central Bank of India are really fishy for the refunds.

                                    I saving account holder ac no,[protected] in central bank of india IFSE code no.0281131 in yashoda nagar kanpur up applied for ATM card on mid of 2009,after several visit to bank at last on the last of year 2009 they told your form is misplaced and apply in new form .I submitted new form immediately. after several round to bank they answered you will get very soon by post at last on 17.03.2011 Br. manager Mr. Dhawan after meeting told me to come tomorrow .On 18.03.2011 he told that there is no ATM card. ultimately he didn't give any satisfactory answer to me.

                                      sir my name is rajesh kumar and i have an a/c in central bank of india aheripur,etawah,up.whenevr i go to the bank i have to troublesome in the bank first of staff is short in the bank.all the employee in the bank is not capable in performing their duty well perhaps they did not learn their work properly for duty.they do talk with the customer after 3'O clock they do not work because they do not know that how the woek done fast each and every customer of the bank is fade up with staff.
                                      if one goes to deposit or withdrawl ones money from the bank he have to spend his whole day for this work.please consider this problem if possible.....

                                        Please refer to my email dated[protected] wherein I requested you to refund Rs.30. So you need to refund Rs.10 to make ultimate figure 205.18, & future debited amount. It doesn’t matter how many times you have been crediting & debiting my a/c, my final balance must be 205.18, which please note.
                                        Thanks for refunding the balance amount of Rs.20. Please note that there should not be any inconveniences about daily balance deduction of Rs.5 in future from my number [protected]. Awaiting your positive reply.

                                        As we have seen virgin cell phone adv. where for incoming the cell phone service povder is geting money. I came to know that BIG Private Banks & consumer Durable companies are makng money on consumer complants by putng them on hold and gving them Big Menu so that the call will go for 7 to 8 minitus and they will make money in this account also so All compolaits are welcome only on Call center and they are not giving the phone number of particular branch particular ICI C I

                                        Reg: Wrong balance deduction
                                        Apropos above I had already informed you that you have wrongly twice deducted Rs.25 & Rs.5 from my a/c. After lodging a complain, Rs. 30 was refunded to my a/c. But again Rs.5 has been deducted from my a/c on 5.04.2011. At present along with this, all incoming facilities and balance checking status has been barred at my number([protected]). For this reason best known to you Please explain & immediately refund Rs.5( to this number [protected] ) wrongly deducted by you else i shall be compelled to complain to consumer forum & port my number to other network along with 6 other airtel number of my family member. I really feel harassed by receiving such type of inconveniences on behalf of you & complaining again & again. you will be responsible for monetary loss , due to barred incoming call at my kolkata number [protected], because many important call I used to receive at this number regarding my official purposes. I really didn't expect further inconvenience after talking with you. Your early compliance in this regard is highly solicited.
