    my mother was a pension A/c [protected] in cbi Bhatpar rani, Deoria. she death on 5/1/2012 .
    in live period of my mother her pension ariar due as per Railway bord No. F(E)111/2008/PN1/13 date 15.9.08. later recive to Bank on Dt 6 jul 2011.
    But now this time i can not withdrawal her arier. the bank tell me that her AC has been close so that is a very long proses. now the 12 month pass but bank have no time for clear our arier.
    so therefore i requst you kidly help me plz.

      sir,
      i am a retired Air Force personnel and pension holder of central bank of india ,Serampore branch, West Bengal vide PPO no. 08/14/B/07992/2003 through the account no.[protected].From 01 july 2009 the basic pension for the Diploma holders was increased to Rs.7206/-,but unfortunately my bank is paying me much lesser at Rs. 6800/-p.m.(fixed for Non Diploma stream).After so many request also they did not adjust my pension .I contacted PCDA Allahabad and they made my pension corrected and sent the letter to the bank in the month of August last year. Since then nine months passed and I made hundreds of telephone calls and peronal visit to the bank but of no use.The bank managers are not able to calculate my pension arrears and continue paying the less pension and I lost thousands of rupees in last three years. I request you to look into the matter and pay me the arrears with due interest per month. Thanks.

        Dear Sir / Madam ,
        I am drawing pension from CBI ,Jabalpur . My Pension Account No. is [protected]. In this respect I have to state as under -
        1) That 7% Addl. DA for January 2012 not credited to my pension account. Addl. DA for Jan.12 works out at Rs. 555 may be credited immediately

        2) That my DOB is 19th March 1932 & I attended the age of 80yrs . Now I am entitled 20% increase in basic pension of Rs. 7927 . You have credited only Rs. 13876 & arrears of Addl. DA Rs. 601 = Rs. 13477 which seems to be incorrect assessed . However , correct fixation is as under.-

        Rs. 7927 - Basic Pension
        + 689- 20% Addl. increase on basic pension for 13 days of Rs. 1585.4
        Rs. 8614 - Total
        + 5599 - 65% of DA for March
        + 300 - Conveyance
        = 14513 - Total Pension for March 2012

        Now there is a difference of Rs. 36/- which may be credited to my Pension Account

        3) 7% Addl. DA correctly (Rs. 555) for February 2012 and Pension for April 2012 correctly assessed and credited to my account.
        Please look into the matter and credit Rs.555 for January12 & difference of Rs.36 for March12.

          I open a new Saving Account in the Central Bank of India Anand Agricultural University (AAU) branch.
          I am employee of Anand Agricultural University which is the Semi-Government organization.
          Right now as per Government rule I am work in the Fix Salary.

          When I request for the ATM card they provide me.
          But when I asking for the Net Banking facility. He reply that Fix Salary employee can not eligible for the Net Banking.
          In the same university another employee who is working that person using Net Banking.

          So, why this partiality in the provide services.

            Sub : Misbehavior of bank clerk lady 35 yrs experience

            Dear Sir,

            I am a cashier and a Bank account holder. But accidentally I am happens to visit one of your branch at Kadappakkada on 18.04.12 time : 3.02 pm to 3.55 pm
            For taking a DD for My exam use.(last date 18.04.12 4.00 pm) Inside the bank full of dust and foul smell and no idea about DD slip and pay in slips. after some minutes I got a ugly slip for my use.I fill and submit it to the counter.

            It seems that hanging a board inside the bank which shows a DD will issue with in 8 minutes. After entering the
            data of DD I get the counter foil on 3.16pm. as per the board it will take time to take settle my DD 3.16pm + 8 = 3.24pm. But time going and going
            nobody inform me that my DD is ready.
            I again visit counter for my DD on 3.36pm but the lady cashier named : Mrs.sulaja(doubt,. pls check correct name) took her phone and make private call again and again.no response as a customer for me. All staff shouting and laughing here and there. no once care about the customers. I am asking DD several times to the lady and she shouting against me that" who told you to take DD in our bank. we look after 2 bank transactions, nobody carried you for visit our bank.I have 35 yrs experience in the field. who told you to took DD in the last time. Our bank has only this facility to issue it. If you want, take other wise get out from here."
            I am fully shocked and totally disappointed that a nationalized bank like central bank have don't bothers about customer satisfaction. so I request you to take your action regarding the same. that was took into a public complaint regarding the matter

            Central Bank Of India — Behavioural Issue of Cashier

            Hi,

            My name is Aman Sahni. I have an saving account with Central Bank Roorkke(Uttarakhand) Branch. I went in Noida Naya Bans branch today to transfer amount to my home branch account. As per latest policy of bank if there is amount of more than 25,000 only then service charges will be applied to however cashier asked me Rs 28 as service charge. Further when i gave him Rs 100 note he speak very rudely and denied to give me change although having change.

                Hi,

                I would like to make a complaint against the manager of Central Bank of India (Mirik Branch) for ignoring to provide service to common customers, who does not offer a bribe to him. I have been running to make a check book from last 1 month but the consistent answer is "come tomorrow". What the heck..... he always says that "m busy come tomorrow". I m fed off with the answer and asked him for the exact date but he said that keep on coming and I will help you out once m free. I thought of giving him an answer " [censored] you and go to hell" but thought of making an official complaint without getting into serious controversy.

                This is not the only problem of me, if you take a survey of customers from this branch you will find 99% of customers complaint against the rude behavior of this manager and his services. 1% satisfied customers are from high standard, None of them will be from common customers and that's my guarantee.

                i[censored] think that matter is not going good then u just file online complaint (www.centralbankofindia.co.in) against the branch manager to the Chairman & Managing Director of the bank.
                He will take immediate actions in your matter if you are right.

                    Dear sir,

                    RBI facilitates Indian nationals to enjoy core banking and deposit amount from anywhere. This is a boon for the poor outstate labour and their family. However Bank offcials are very negligent towards them. Many time they refuse to deposite the amount saying as :
                    1. Time limit crossed.
                    2. Staff is not available.
                    3. Computer server is down.

                    They speak very rudely with the outstate customers. My uncle is an account holder of central bank of india. He was an urgent need of some Rs20000/- twenty thousand sending it became a very hard nut to crack for me. Nagloi branch staff completely denied :-saying No sufficient staff.
                    B-5 Paschim Vihar officials though deposited the amount on very kind request but insulted me very much with rude words.

                        Raziya khanam has account in Central bank of India Kargi road Kota branch. She hold Maestro card Cirrus No. [protected] till 01/2021 in last few months this card is not working properly. I sent a written complaint to Zonal office Raipur (36garh) on first week of Jan.12 but they have call on cell and say if the cards validity ti 2012 than it will works on 28 jan 12 than I go to ATM booth but ATM slip says "sorry unable to process. Inconvenience is regretted, Kindly contact your bank." My self very disturbed by this attitude. No one help me, not cover any respectability Kindly guide me how I solved the said problem. Each one gave another cell number to call but no one help me. at last i came to you.

                          With due respect I Sk Mafijul Haque,a savings account holder in your branch(Vill-Keshabpur.P.o-Sankari,P.s-Khandaghosh,Dost-Burdwan,Pin-713142)inform you that i have a saving account at the said branch.My account no is-[protected].The main fact is that I want want ATM card a few days after.i have also applied for that.but the manager Lalit Konar asked me to come 29th Dec 2011.Following his words I come to the bank to get the card that day positively.but it is very shamful fact that the manager give me date after date without any effort.At last today,the 06th jan 2012 ,I go to the bankto get it but the manager and staff (Mrs Nandita )misbehaved and rebucked me.Even they said roughly to go out from the office.I felt very insulting and I wonder how they showed rude and impolite treat.
                          In this circumslances,I hope ,you will kindly take proper step and punishment immediately withoutany exeuse.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I made a payment for tata sky D2H by using Central Bank Of India net banking facility from my account no: [protected]; a/c name: ranu sales pvt ltd. of rs 303/- on 19 december 2010. It was successful but bank deducted it twice from my account. On inquiring TATA Sky representative, they are denying for such another transaction. They asked me to wait for 10 days for reversal of amount, but it didn't reverse. Morena branch bank is also helpless.
                            Kindly take action against this.

                              This is regarding above subject matter, I Mr. Shrikrushna Motiram Dongare, residence at Wadegaon; a retired Teacher from Jageshwar Vidhalaya Wadegaon, My pension is transfer to my A/c xxxxxxxxxxx
                              when my wife was suffering some illness I want to withdraw some amount from Central Bank of India Wadegaon Branch, Wadegaon, Akola Dist.
                              when i fill-up a withdraw slip and submitted to counter around 11.00am on xxxx, the employees for this bank was ignoring me till 2.30 pm even though I personally ask several time, but they were not responding. when I irritated because of the people comes after me gets their cash; when i ask again the Manager again argue on me and warn me for police compliant. at last he give me Rs. 20000/- with out entering in my passbook. the sleep which i submitted was of only Rs. 1000/- . when i come back to return the excess amount with my friend Mr. Revaskar (principal), the manager again argue on both o[censored]s and again warn to give police compliant, but when we clear the fact he then apologies for whole matter.
                              But the fact is that he is not only doing his duty properly but harassing village people like me
                              I have attached the LOKMAT News Paper Cut-out.
                              So i kindly request to take immediate action against him

                                    I REALLY DONT KNOW WHETHER THIS WILL HELP... BUT M JUST TRYING SO THAT ATLEAST PEOPLE KNOWS HOW CENTRAL BANK FUNCTIONS AND HOW RUDE IS THEIR STAFF... (WADALA BRANCH)
                                    I HAVE A ATM CARD WHICH IS IN BAD CONDITION THE MAGNETIC STRIP ON THE CARD HAS COME OUT AND THE PLASTIC HAS ALSO COME OUT HENCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE TO ATM CARD...
                                    WENT TO BANK MADE A WRITTEN COMPLAIN THEY REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN ... AFTER THAT SO MANY TIMES I HAVE GONE AND FOLLOWED UP WITH THE BANK BUT THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION THEY PRETEND THEY ARE VERY BUSY BUT NOT BUSY FOR THE CUSTOMERS.. WHEN I CALLED THE BANK (WADALA BRANCH) THE SENIOR MANAGER WAS SO RUDE AND THE FIRST TIME HE KEPT THE PHONE AND HE WAS TALKING ALL SENSELESS..
                                    I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OTHER BANKS DOING SUCH THINGS THE OTHER BANKS ARE SO KIND TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE QUERIES ARE ANSWERED ASAP...
                                    ITS BETTER NOT TO HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH CENTRAL BANK..

                                      With due respect i want to state that myself yasir elahi having current bank account of our company M/s.Al qalam Publications Pvt.ltd. account no.[protected] in STATE BANK OF INDIA of Azad Market, nawab ganj -110006 branch.
                                      sir,i had deposited a Demand Draft no. 206396 of CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA to be credited in our Account in S.B.I My bank sent the cheque to the bank but the cheque returned in clearance process even after 3 repeated follow-up.
                                      when i enquired the s.b.i bank people regarding it, they told me that there is not any problem in your Demand Draft and not even in our processing function then why your cheque came back from Central Bank of India shown error in your Demand Draft Return Memo Report ,that is "37-present in proper zone.”
                                      Our Bank Manager personally called the clearing department and discuss the issue but there is no positive response from that side . After three attempts which cost Three Hundred rupees (amount deducted from our bank account) to us we have no choice but to complaint against functioning of CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA -ATPAR BRANCH.There is concern about functioning of clearing department of CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA -ATPAR BRANCH.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I have deposited a cheque of IDBI Bank of amount Rs. 17550.00 in my a/c of Pratapgarh branch on 19th Feb.2011 but it is not cleared till today. Plz take any action against tne bank.
