I have already brought the grid card from nanmbakkam branch, chennai. I can't access the grid card. The error message is " The grid card not working, please contact your branch". Already i gave many complaints to nandambakkam branch. Bur, still there is no response. So kindly solve this issue at the earliest.

To the area manager,
Reg: Wrong balance deduction on a daily basis

Please refer to my email dated[protected] wherein I requested you to refund the balance amount of Rs.15 as the earliest. But today you have once again deducted Rs. 5 as such you are requested to refund Rs.20. It doesn't matter how many times you have been crediting & debiting my a/c, my final balance must be 205.18, which please note.
I request to observe that your harassing attitude indirectly indicate that you don't want myself along with my 6 family member to continue as your subscribers.
If this is the fact please confirm. Awaiting your positive reply being different from your traditional reply (to my number [protected]) "WE HAVE RECIEVED SIMILAR MAIL FROM YOU"

    Respected sir

    I would like to bring to your notice that a MMDC of amount 56,660/- was made on[protected] from Central Bank Of India Raxaul branch Dt-East champaran Bihar 845305 on the fixed joint account([protected]) of Mr.Kameshwar kumar thakur & Pankaj kumar thakur.The Maturity value for the above mentioned MMDC amount was 60,434/- on date[protected]. But on the approach of Mr. Kameshwar kumar thakur for the withdrawal of the matured amount he was informed that the account is already closed and there is no amount in it without his knowledge& it was the mistake on the part of the bank employee to issue him the original receipt of the MMDC accidentally.He complained for the above as well as for tracing the amount at Regional Office Motihari Dt- East champaran Bihar as well as at Anchalik Head Office Muzaffarpur Bihar but till now no action regarding the tracing of amount as well as for the uninformed closure of account has been taken so far.

    I received a reply that one o[censored]s have withdrawn the money without informing the other.If that is the case then the original receipt is still with my father then how is that the amount is withdrawn without receiving the receipt and moreover if it is withdrawn there should be a statement or a record of it, as to on which date it was withdrawn, by whom and his signature.If somebody has approached with a fake receipt and the amount was given then it is the mistake on the part of the bank for not crosschecking it.Fixed deposit amount is not paid in cash but in cheque so there should be a record of it too.

      sir,
      earlier too i had lodged a complaint with your site because we are fed up the type of service being provided by hcl support engineers. earlier mr ravishekhar was support vendor but during his time he intentionally did not provide any support to branches of central bank of india in jammu. now the company had given the name of mr amreek singh as support engineer in jammu city for central bank of india, but he also (i don't know at whom behest) is intentionally not providing any kind of support to our bank branches.
      teasing your customers by an internationally renowned company like hcl is not earning any good name to the company. i hope that the company will depute some engineer so that our pending complaints are sorted out.

        sir,
        as per telephonic instructions, i tried to talk with mr amreek singh (hcl support vendor)mb no. [protected], but after listining the central bank of india name he switched off his mobile and we were unable to take up the matter of non-working of hcl hardware and printers in jammu branch, talab tillo branch, bishna branch, railway road jammu branch and karan nagar sirnagar branch. for the last six months and as per below appended mails all these branches and customer service of these branches is suffering for want of support of hcl vendor for the last six months. now these branches are asking for approval to get the printer/hardware repaired locally.
        i once again request the zcc zonal office to kindly take up the matter and allow these branches to get the hardware reapired or replaced with working condition hardware.
        this is for your information and seeking your guidence in the matter urgently.

        hcl persons are not giving any kind of service in J&K branches, as following complaints are still pending for the last six months and our staff as well as customers are too much annoyed:_
        Lipi T2250 printer card taken by HCL, still awaiting replacement for the last six months;
        mother board taken from bishna branch (more than 6 months passed). now hcl is denying any hardware taken from bishna branch.
        mother board taken from jammu main branch (more than 6 months passed). thin client machine(without harddisk) was given which is also not working. no response regarding replacing motherboard.
        Moreover there is no call loging system in J&k, when we try to talk with higher escalation, they reply back bluntaly to talk with Jammu engineer Mr. Ravishekhar, and mr. ravishekhar replies us to talk with Jalandhar office. no solution/replacement/service is being given by hcl.
        I request you personally to kindly take up the matter with hcl and ask them to provide call loging / call closure details during the last one year(if they possess any).

        the spare part of one lipi printer was taken by hcl engineer on 03.09.2010 and is still pending, the other lipi printer is also not working properly. It prints only one page and there after <hardware alarm> message is shown. this is the month of september i.e. closing month on 30.09.2010 we have to get the closing statements printed on these printers, so you are requested to kindly get these printer repaired on emergency basis.

        Thanks for your showing concern abount the pending complaints, but below mentioned complaints are still pending, since there is no mechanism for lodging complaints getting the complaint numbers and date of lodgement of complaint with your company so it is very easy to say no call regarding hardware from any branch has been received, but below mentioned complaints are still pending (most of these are of non working of monitors in these branches):-
        1. One motherboard from Jammu main branch taken by your engineer on 21.05.2010 (still pending). Two monitors faulty. One floppy drive taken for more than one year (no replacement given). Scanner not working.
        2. Two Monitors in Bishna branch are not in working order.
        3. One Lipi TG Printer 2250 of Talab Tillo branch (spares have been taken by your engineer for replacement) on 03.09.2010. Two monitors in Talab Tillo branch not working for the last more than six months. LPT port of one PC faulty.(one mother board from Talab Tillo branch taken for repair since four months earlier. <visit report of your engineer lying with talab tillo branch>).
        4. One monitor in R.R. Jammu not working.
        I request you once again to kindly get these complaints sorted out at the earliest.

        1.CBI BISHNAH:- THE CALL WAS CLOSED THE TIME WE REPAIRED THE LIPI 2250 PRINTER.FROM THAT DAY WE AHVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM CUSTOMER REGARDSING THE HARDWARE.
        2.CBI RR ROAD JAMMU:- MONITOR AND LIPI PRINTER WERE REPAIRED THE SAME DAY ON LAST VISIT.
        3.CBI TALAB TILLON:- THE LOGIC CARD FOR TALLY2250 IS PENDING AT OUR END AND WILL BE REPAIRED IN A SHORT TIME FRAME.
        4.CBI SHALAMAR:- THE MOTHERBOARD IS PENDING AT OUR END,BUT ONE THIN CLIENT IS PROVIDED AT THE BRANCH.

        FOR PENDING PARTS WE ARE CHASING ,AND WILL UPDATE YOU AFTER QUERING FROM TRC OPERATIONS CELL.

        With reference to below mentioned complaints with HCL vendor regarding repair of hardware in all the HCL hardware branches (specially Lipi TG 2250 printers), allmost the complaints are still pending, in Jammu main branch, lipi TG 2250 printer was opened for repair by HCL support engineer, but he could not repair. Again after persistant followup, the other support vendors also visited the branch and tried to repair the printer, but the printer is still unrepaired and its spares are lying out.
        The same situation had happened in Railway Road Jammu branch where the printer has now been reported by HCL vendor as unrepairable, we fear that the same condition will arise in Jammu main branch as well as in Talab Tillo Jammu and Bishna branch (where also one lipi TG 2250 printer is out of order for too long in each branch).
        Now the HCL vendor, for the lastso manydays, is saying that Lipi support engineer from Jalandhar city will visit and repair the printers but nothing has happened till date.
        Jammu Main branch, Bishna, Talab Tillo and Railway Road branches are getting the printouts of customer statements on single running printer in each branch. Non printing of reports such as supplementry etc can lead to alarming situations such as frauds thus jeprodising bank's interest.

        We request ZCC to kindly intervene in the matter and take up this printer repair issue with HCL and if they are helpless to repair these Lipi TG 2250 printers, please allow these branches to get these printers repaired from LIPI vendor at the earliest.

          Sub: Non-receiving amount Rs. 5000/ through ATM counter of Central Bank ATM.

          Dear Sir,

          I want to withdraw Rs 5000/- through ATM of Central Bank ATM, DRM Complex, Bilaspur C.G.) on 11.03.2011 at about 18.55 hrs. So I entered my ATM Card, entered password & amount of Rs. 5000/- but not received the amount or transaction slip, after than I try for next time withdraw amount of Rs 5000/- & this transaction was successful. . After than I enquired the account statement at Central Bank ATM counter DRM office Bilaspur (C.G.) on same day at 19.02 hrs than we found that the debit of Rs 5000/-+5000/- extra from my salary saving account & check your CC camera footage of transaction between 18.55 to 19.05.

          Therefore I request you to kindly issue necessary instruction to Branch Manager to debit the same amount in my account after investigation the case. Complaint No: 463544 on 16.3.2011 at ATM department, Navi Mumbai. Branch Manager, CBI, DRM Complex, Bilaspur’s complaint reply is enclosed for your kind information & take necessary action please at earliest.

          Dear Sir,
          With much regret, I am to inform you that on 2nd April, 2011, I was at Banki in Cuttack District (Odisha) and urgently required to withdraw an amount of Rs.5000/- from the SBI ATM Counter situated at Banki around 6.50 p.m. by using my above Debit Card. The transaction was a failure one and the receipts was provided to me with a remark “Unable to Process”. But, it is surprised to found that an amount of Rs.5000/- was wrongly debited from my account which is perhaps, due to failure in the SBI ATM Counter.
          In the above facts & circumstances, I sincerely request kindly look into the matter and the above amount of Rs.5, 000/- which I have not drawn, kindly be credited to my account.

            I am holding saving bank account no.[protected] in Central Bank of India, Rishra Branch (Jayashree Extn. counter) distt.Hooghly, West Bengal. deposited account payee cheque No. 312874, dated 08 July 2010, issued by Senior Post Master, Srirampur Head Post Office draw on State Bank of India, Srirampur Branch Kolkata amounting 2,62,160.00 (Rs. Two Lac Sixty Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty only) in my above mention saving bank account on 20 July 2010. After few days I checked the statement of my account and found that there was no credit against the cheque deposited. The fact was brought immediately to the notice of branch head of Central Bank of India, Rishra Branch. But after no action was taken by them, a written complaint was lodged with them on 03 August 2010 which was duly acknowledged by them on 06 August 2010. But the proceeds of the cheque have not been credited to my account. I have also again sent a registered letter regarding the non credit of proceeds of the cheque to Rishra branch with copies to Kolkata Regional Office and Head Office of central Bank of India, Mumbai on dated 31 August 2010. Till today I have received one/two phone calls from the bank assuring me that they are looking into the matter but no action has been taken by the bank. I also communicated with Mr. S. N. Jha (AGM Complaint) over phone. And I also lodged complaint with RBI two times : First Complaint on dated 10th September 2010, Complaint No. [protected], And second complaint on dated 01st October 2010, complaint no. [protected]. Where in I had given the details of how my hard earned money was swindled with the help of the employees of Central Bank of India, Rishra Branch, Kokatta and the hardship I had to face on account of the same. I had simultaneously approached the banking ombudsman, Kolkatta for the resolution of the same. The Conciliation meeting was held on 23.12.2010 in kolkatta in the office of banking ombudsman, who after hearing the case put question on the rightful ownership of the cheque. The banking ombudsman ignored the following points which showed that I was the rightful owner of the cheque: 1. I provided a certificate from the cheque issuing authority (Post Master, Head Post Office, Serampore) that the cheque was issued in my favor. 2. I produced the original pay in slip of the Central bank of India duly acknowledged by the bank that they have received the cheque for collection. 3. The account (with SBI Serampore) in which the cheque was deposited and credited was opened after the issue date of the cheque. The issue date of the cheque was 08.07.2010 whereas the account opening date in SBI was 23.07.2010. Whereas my account with the Central Bank of India is an old account which has been opened several years earlier. 4. Amount of Rs. 80,000.00 (40,000.00+40,000.00) was withdrawn in cash from ATM on 25.07.2010 & 26.07.2010. 5. The debit card was used for purchase of Rs. 17,000.00 on 26.07.2010. 6. When the person tried to withdraw another Rs. 45,000.00 from the SBI the bank official somewhat delayed the processing of the cheque no 751472, the tendrer left the bank leaving the cheque behind, which showed the mall fide intention of the person. 7. SBI tried to trace the account holder and found that the address provided by him is bogus. The Banking Ombudsman has ordered that the matter be reported to police and let them establish the rightful owner of the cheque. This procedure you know is a very lengthy and the only one suffering from this will be me, whereas the wrongdoer i.e. The Central Bank of India, with whom I had deposited the cheque under trust that they will collect the amount on my behalf, will go scot-free. Please do the needful.

            I, Sanjay Das A/C. holder of Central bank of India since 1997. My A/C. No. is [protected] I deposited one cheque of Rs.2,62160. on dated 20/07/2010.on the bank and I have counter part of cheque deposit form with bank seal and signature. But till date the above mention amount has not been credited on my account then I talked to branch manager but he says the cheque is missing and he not given me any positive answer. cheque details as under: Bank name: State Bank Of India, Branch: Srirampur, dist: Hooghly, West Bengal. Cheque No. 312874. Date of Issuing: 08/7/2010.
            Date when approached bank : 26/07/2010. And I also submitted the complaint at following branches:[protected]@centralbank.co.in,
            [protected]@centralbank.co.in,
            [protected]@centralbank.co.in
            [protected]@centralbank.co.in
            and complaint in RBI ombudsman online on 10/09/2010. complaint number is [protected]. But till date not received any positive response from RBI.
            So please do the needful.

            sir, my name is Rajesh kumar awasthi and i have an a/c in central bank of india, AHERIPUR, District- ETAWAH, U.P.whenever i go to the bank, it takes a lot of time in any transaction . there is shortage of staff in the bank therefore each consumer get troublesome everyday.and bank staff is capable in performing their duty distinctly, fastly, carefully.
            public of villages is fully fad up from the bank staff.therefore i request you please consider this problem if possible.

              With reference to the above subject I have try to withdrawn Rs.5000/- on 15.03.2011 at between 4.20 pm to 4.26 at SBI, Miller Ganj Br.ATM but I have not received any money from the ATM machine. I received the ATM advise TXN No. 200 "Sorry unable to process". I have tried 2/3 times and then I come to know that amount was debited in my account and now insufficient fund is in my account. On 16.03.2011 I contacted the CBI Br. They have asked me to give a written complaint with the photo copy of the ATM advise. But till today ie 21.03.2011. I have not received the credit of the same.

              (I have withdrawn a sum of Rs. 7000.00 only from the same ATM at 16.17 pm vide TXN No.198 from my SBI SB A/c. No. [protected]) the transaction was successful and then I insert I the CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA ATM in the machine. Under the light of the above information please check the record and credit the amount in our account)

              So please credit the amount in my account.

              So I kindly request you to do needful to me.

                I Mrs.Meera Bose,beg to state that I have two pension accounts in the Central Bank of India,Naka Hindola Branch,Lucknow.
                One is the family pension A/c no.[protected](PPO No.[protected] which has been given to me after the death of my husband Late Dr.A.K.Bose,D.M.O.
                Northern Railway Hospital,Delhi and the other account which is after my retirement from the post of Senior Clerk, N.Rly. Hospital, Lucknow with the A/C no.[protected](PPO no.[protected]).
                I am very much grieved to say that I have been subjected to a great deal of mental agony and financial hardship by the abovesaid bank due to the refusal of the Bank to pay my pension on time and very rude and uncooperative behaviour of the Staff of the Central Bank of India,Naka Hindola Branch, Lucknow. Iam being denied the basic right conferred to me by the Railway Government for the timely payment of my rightful pension.Even the due entry in the passbook is refused .
                This is done on the pretext that my signatures do not match even though I have been a pensioner for a long time.This is inspite of the fact that I have regularly deposited my Non-Remarriage and Life Certificate without fail.The latest cheque being returned is of Rs.24,000/- with the cheque no.133653 deposited in the Bank of Baroda,Charbagh Branch, Lucknow.
                I want to inform you that being a widow I have to face innumerable hardships and monetary problems.In addition to this I am suffering from an extremely crippling disease of Osteoarthritis of both the knees due to which I am unable to stand or walk without support.
                The bank employees of Central Bank of India,Naka Hindola Branch,Lucknow have taken advantage of this fact to deny me from getting my rightful Pension which is critical for the money spent on my treatment and to meet my daily expenses.The Bank employees have even refused to verify my presence by denying my request to send a Bank personnel to my home in the event of my inability to visit the bank though it very near to my home.
                I would request you to kindly help me in this hour of distress by allowing me the payment of my Pension.I would feel extremely grateful to you for this favour in the twilight of my life.

                  The loan matter came to my knowledge only after the death of my husband but still I am trying to settle the matter with financial help from my father . Moreover, my helth condition is very serious and I am totally bed ridden. This is also to declare that I have no other shelter except this house and also no other source of income. At this moment my father is contributing to run my family who is also very ill.

                      Regarding the above mentioned subject hereby I submit the followings.
                      1. That I am a old aged senior citizen and account holder in your Arya Nagar Branch.
                      2. That I have a valid Pan, a copy of which was already submitted by me on your requisition.
                      3. That a sum of Rs. 9853.00 was deducted from my saving account No. 1339 (old a/c no.)
                      in the name of TDS on the date[protected] and form No. 16A were issued for the same
                      4. That no credit of the sum deducted by you is available for me as no amount has been
                      deposited in the govt. account on my name as per the govt. records.
                      5. I put this matter before Branch head, Arya Nagar Branch many times but he has ignored this matter every time.
                      6. That many a times I informed you that I have a doubt that if my sum of forged by bank employees or if there is an error on the part of the bank but you showed a cold response.
                      7. That the bank serves as a care taker of our money and it is the responsibility of the bank to deposit with the govt. al the sum deducted by it as TDS in correct name of the deducted.
                      8. That a long term healthy relation with your bank was my first priority but your behavior regarding this matter has hurt me a log.
                      9. That I am financially and mentally suffering a lot due to this matter and still all the action are pending at your end.

                          I am resident of mathura town. on the date 21-may-2010 i fill the entries for withdrawal of Rs 5,000 from my branch ATM but in place of Rs 5,000 machines withdraw only Rs 2,500.At that time i complaint to brach manager they said it will recover in next 24 hrs but till 12-jan-2011 it not cleared. I so many complaint to the brach but there will be no result in my favour and they said u telling lie our system show full transaction....

                            my account no [protected] an atm card issued to me used at union bank atm at dhar madhya pradesh.to draw a sum of 10000-( ten thousand only) but the atm machine give a slip record no.3285 dated 01/01/2011. time 13.33 mentioned that transection declined unable to process. The atm not give any money. after returning from my journey i launched a complaint with my home branch central bank of india ntpc anta district baran rajasthan branch.the bank yet not cradited back sum debited from my account.I feel that the bank cheeted me. please help to get back my money.thank you

                              Respected sir/madam I Daulatunissa begum w/o late mohd azam.i like to in form you that on 05/01/2011 i withdrawn an amount of Rs.3700 from the state bank of india atm at chirag ali lane abids.atm id no is S10K[protected].But i did't get any amount and my account shows it was deducted with Rs.3700.The atm reciept shows SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS.It was around 11.12am to 11.16am.my debit card no is [protected].when i complained to bank official they r saying it would take a minimum of 45 days because the amount was withdrawn from another bank atm.my son have to pay fees with that money.kindly please you pupil inform the bank official to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Sir my complaint is regarding the cheque no. 631565 amount 15,000/- deposited at central bank of india , sithafalmandi branch on 14th Aug 2010. The cheque was dishonored by the client and on re-presentation the cheque was cleared on 17th Aug 2010. The amount that had to be transferred to my account was 15,000/- but the bank has transferred only 10,000/-. On repeated requests verbally from my side to the bank officials including the manager was not worthy as they are not bothered to look into the matter. We are also facing problems daily as the service is worst. I request the higher officials to look into the matter as early as possible

                                  My a/c no. [protected] at Hamirpur branch of Central Bank in Himachal Pradesh.I had applied for ATM Card which I got in Oct 2010 with password which was illegible. I approached authorities at Hamirpur Bank where I was told to apply for new password which I had done on the spot. Now more than one month is over and repeated visits in the bank yield no fruit. I am being told that branch at Hamirpur have forwarded it to higher authorities and they have not received any reply. If this callous attitude of employees is shown to the customers in the netbanking era, I am sure customers are left with no choice but to change the bank where customers are dealt sympathetically.

                                    20/11/2010 INTERCITY CHEQUE NO.59638 PAID AT DEL - TO DAYA,CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA 3,50,000.00

                                    But even after 17 days of transfer funds have not reached to My father’s account. This is insulting situation for us being the that in india Cheque clearing is taking 1 month of time…where as RBI guide lines says it should be with in 5 working days. The behavior of Branch manager was highly disappointing and not customer friendly. He is not able to provide the status of cheque. My father have visited the Bank 5 times in last 10 days and have completely exhausted with the professionally of this bank. We would like to say that we do not want any further business with your bank.


                                    I concern you to many problem
                                    1-manager (she) is uncivilized
                                    2-He give not proper satisfaction to the customer
                                    3-he is not supportive .
                                    4-he is not realised her responsibilities
                                    5-he is wasting customer time.
                                    7-they are doing banking job their will
                                    8-some employe have the time but they do not use their time in customer service


                                    Can you please address this issue urgently and provide sufficient reasoning for delay.

                                      A cheque of central bank of india,moti tabela,indore (m.p.) was issued by me to some one for Rs. 10,00000/- and cheque was presented through other bank i.e.Axis Bank in PUNE by the beneficery,but due to some reason cheque was returned unpaid by Central Bank of India, Pune non banking office with the reason "insufficient Fund".on 27/10/2010 and bank has charged charges for cheque returned as under:-

                                      CHEQUE RETURNED CHARGES RS. 538.00
                                      SERVICE/CESS TAX RS. 67.00

                                      As per Bank"s circular the cheque returned charges of the bank is Rs. 130/- plus S.T.per instrument.
                                      Then how the bank has charged above charges. Please take up the matter with the concern bank and do the needful. I have already take up the matter with Bank's Management by sending various mails but still I am awaiting reply from the Bank.
