Citrus Cube — Mobile recharge failed

I m using citrus cube second time . I tried to pay my airtel post paid bill. Everything went fine however payment transaction amount was deducted from my axis bank credit card but post paid bill was failed . And I have collected a reference number from axis bank[protected] amount is Rs 1200 . Sir I request you to please take immediate action to get refund amount to my axis bank account or citrus cube account. mail id i used for transcation is [protected]@gmail.com .

Sir I request you to please take immediate action to get refund amount to my HDFC Bank or citrus cube account.
