Citrus Cube — Mobile recharge failed | |||
I am using citrus club app 1st time.i tried for top up recharge to my mobile number.Everything went fine however during payment transaction amount was detected from my bank account but recharge was failed. I m using citrus cube second time . I tried to pay my airtel post paid bill. Everything went fine however payment transaction amount was deducted from my axis bank credit card but post paid bill was failed . And I have collected a reference number from axis bank[protected] amount is Rs 1200 . Sir I request you to please take immediate action to get refund amount to my axis bank account or citrus cube account. mail id i used for transcation is [protected]@gmail.com .

I tried to pay my uninor prepaid recharge Everything went fine however payment transaction amount was deducted from my HDFC debit card but it was was not recharge my number the amount is Rs 100 . Sir I request you to please take immediate action to get refund amount to my HDFC Bank or citrus cube account.
