        Hi,

        Again today happened for 660, as i was paying for one of the product on shopclues.com site actually from my account amount has been debited but that has not been credited to merchants from bank it was successfull. And the that citrus solutions said session timeout, could you please resolve this asap.

        Actuallu when i selected the product from shopclues.com and after proceedd to pay i selected netbanking and payes 660 rs after that i selected my bank to want to pay from and after that it redirects through citrus and then to my bank after i enterd the amount and it was successfully done and debited from my account but after that suddenly citrus showed session expired and shopclues could not recive the money and says transaction failure, could you please work on this.

        And also please let me know when i will get back my money.

            sir actualy with the above complaint i have been debited two times in my SBI Ac .Rs.300. the second time i got the ticket from the metrchant. but the first time attempt failed and that money have not credited in my AC till date. please try to check abovet it sir.

                GOIBIBO states that they didn't receive payment at their end.
                I got a message from CITRUS stating that the amount will be refunded to my A/C within 10 days on SEPTEMBER 9th 2016, which is still pending

                      I booked Flight ticket today morning, Amount has deducted, but Transaction has failed like this has displayed.(Ref HFAMPN_[protected]) and ticket is not come yet.Transaction info: INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS P. Kindly inform the status and refund back. This the story, do the needful and donot say too short.
                      I have 4 charges made last night on my account for something I didn't order. They tried to charge me $36.86 for something I didn't order and I don't even live in India. I have always lived in the US and never left the US never even traveled outside the states. I don't order from anywhere unless it is Amazon, or Walmart cause I can always know where my money is going and I always get a tracking number for what I order so I trust Amazon.com and Walmart.com for ordering online only.

It used CitrusPay to transact and I received a SMS that money had been deducted and the bill was not also paid.It displayed that it has an internal error.                             When i tried to recharge sun direct using sbi net banking the transaction failed but in account the amount has been deducted

                            Kindly help me to get the amount back, and also i want to mention this always happens particularly while online recharge of sundirect via citrus payment, when the company, citrus fails to transfer the amount it has to refund, but citrus never does, so many dirty experiences with citrus payment solution...

                                I made a online payment to Star Health Insurance from my ICICI savings account on 26th August 2016. Amount to be paid was 9631/- whereas during online payment i have tried thrice, since myself and Star Health team did not receive payment receipt confirmation.

                                Amount paid - 9631/-
                                Excess Amount debited from account was - 9631 x 2 = 19262/-

                                Contacted both Star Health Online team and my ICICI customer care team, there is no clarity on where my amount got held up.

                                They are suspecting that payment got held in citrus payment gate due to some technical error. Requesting your support on resolving this issue.

                                  Well I gave you a screenshot where it clearly shows that the money has been deducted and even I got a message from the bank that it has been deducted..please check again and I have already sent the updated statement from the date of deduction till the present last week only to your support team but I didnt get reply from your end as such.

                                        Hi, I need to know the reason for the money withdrawal from my account (Acc.No: [protected]) in HDFC Bank on June 7th. On that day, Rs.960 has been debited from my account by CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LTD without any notification. I have contacted my bank executives and they have no idea regarding the debit and they advised me to contact Citrus Payment for further clarifications.
