Hello Team,

There is huge sewage overflor problem going on for days in sector 4, plot no 151, karanjade .
The sewage is out on the road and is cauaing huge problems for residents here.

Many people are facing health issues due to mosquito and dirty water in and around the building.

Dear Team,

Engineers India Limited is a Central Govt. Organization and has a 7th Floored Office in plot No. 85, Sector-11, Kharghar Navi Mumbai 410210.

At the entrance of the building the condition of the road is becoming worse everyday after so many repairs. Big pot holes are there which is filled with water in the monsoon and it is becoming an accident prone area.
The Road is a busy one so continuous...

Respected Sir/Madam,

Kindly look into the matter of insufficient water supply to Chintamani CHS, Plot 9, Sector 21, Kharghar. Our society has been receiving extremely low amount of water for our day to day use since Aug 17, 2021.

It will be helpful if you can send personnel to look into the matter. Thanks for your help. Looking forward to receiving a feedback from you.

Dear Cidco team,

This is to inform you again that we the residents of Kharghar Sec 34B have been receiving very dirty water supply since 15th Aug. Please note that it is causing gastrointestinal and skin problem to kids as well as adults. Request you urgent intervention in this. The water supply is not adequate. We are getting only 1 hour water since 10 days and that too dirty water. Request your kind attention in this regard.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you again that we the citizens of sector 34B Kharghar have been facing the water shortage problem since months. In between, supply was regular for 10-15 days and again problem has stared. We are getting only 1 hour water since last 7 days. Despite of having so much of rain and lakes/dams being overflowed, we are facing this problem. If you are supplying adequate water than there must be water theft. Request you to please look into this.

There is a water issue since March 2021 pressure is very low due to which there is a shortage of water sector 30 plot 4 to 19

Please can you look and resolve the issue

Kharghar being able planned city this is not acceptable standard and water irregularities is now a regular issues.

Please solve this ass soon as possible.

Highly disappointed ...as our building Shree Shankar Heights Plot No.56, Sector 36, Kamothe is not getting cidco water regularly and we are forced to order the contaminated tanker water as there is no other option..Requesting Cidco officials to look into the water issues ...sorry but regretting big time by buying flat in this part of the area...

With due respect, we would like to inform you that we live in Sector 34/B, Plot No 34, Kharghar Navi Mumbai 410210 (Dev Samrudhi CHSL). We would like to notice you that in front of our society gate the road is completely damage and also small and big potholes created. This can be worsened if it not repair immediately.

we request you to kindly consider our application for repair work of road in front of society gates and also repaired pot holes.

The water supply has been an issue in the Taloja phase 2 sings 4 years by now. The water comes without any much pressure and goes away quickly. There are so many residents living in this area however should cidco has completely neglected everyone for the basic needs. Similarly roads have pathetic condition in this area and there is electricity issue always. It is quite surprising to note that the taxes are being charged properly and from time to time however the basic necessities are not provided by CIDCO

Taloja residents facing lots off issue from last few years.
In taloja phase 2 we are not getting proper water, road conditions are very bad, subway in phase 1is always filled with gutter water,
over bridge construction in progress from last few years but it is still not complete yet.

Hello ..I am a resident of this Node Ulwe. Recently the road, between the TW0 RELIANCE SEZ/JIO INSTITUTE, has been repaved, and made runway smooth.

However we find once again, Badminton enthusiasts, painting the roads with white paint to mark the badminton courts!. During evening hours theses ..self-developed badminton courts are hijacked by these goons who occupy 65% of the road, making it dangerous for pedestrians and motorist alike to traverse this stretch.

Such violations of public roads must be discourages and action taken against those who debase the same.

I am Rupesh Bramhankar, I applied for CIDCO lottery 2019 and I won 1 flat but due to some financial condition I decided to surrender and asked for refund.

I tried to connect with them over call and email, initially they said I will get my money in 2-3 months but now they are neither replying to mail nor receiving call.
I paid 25000 and other operation charges.

Due to COVID I am not living in Mumbai so I can't visit to CIDCO office and over a call or mail they are not ready to help.

There are a lot of pot holes in Ulwe right from the Entrance to the Sector 18. It does not feel like a developing place .
Please get the same sorted as the cars are getting punctured and accidents can take place.

today is last date for payment of flat, i have paid my outstanding balance amount by RTGS to cidco but RTGS amount return credited to my account.
Now what i do, i m trying to contact you for that query but your all contact number not working.
i have try to call you of your landline no. all number ringing or disconnected nariman point office landline connected but they told contact to CBD office.
i m totally frusted for that if my flat canceled then i m not responsible for that today 11.59 p.m. is last deadline for payment but i cant pay outstanding amount bcoz bank was closed and NetBanking per day transaction limit is 1000000 and it was used in our payment scheduled installment.
now i have one option next day i should pay balance outstanding amounty

As I have given a written complaint to the water department kalamboli on 7 July 2021 no action as been taken till now as the water flowing through the pipes smell and it murky...so sir please do the needful...photo of the letter has been attached with a bottle sample of water

(1) Dist/CLTH/2019/9007 दि. 25/08/2019 रोजीची तक्रार. मी कोपरीगावातील स्थानिक रहिवाशी असून माझ्या वडिलांचे सन 1968 सालापासून सर्वे न. 168, गुरुचरण पावणेनाका या जागेत उदरनिर्वाहसाठी न्यू बॉम्बे नावाचं हॉटेल बांधले होते. सन 1972 ला हॉटेलचे बांधकाम अनधिकृत आहे आम्हाला सिडको कडून क्र. सिडको/सीयुसी/टी-107 ही नोटीस मिळाली सदरचे नोटिसावरून सिडको तर्भे दि. 22/11/1972 ला जे. एन. एफ. सी. कोर्ट ठाणे येथील -1 (एक) नंबरच्या दिवाणी कोर्टात हॉटेलचे बांधकाम अनधिकृत असल्याची फौजदारी केस दाखळ केली होती पुढे आठ वर्ष कोर्टात चक्करा मारल्या पण आमचे हॉटेल सन. 1968 पासून अस्तित्वात असल्याने जुने कागद पुरावे कोर्टाला सादर केले दि. 4/10/1980 रोजी कोर्टाचा निकाल आमच्या बाजूने लागला त्यानंतर सिडकोने हॉटेलचे बांधकाम अधिकृत करून घेतले. दि. 28/04/1987 रोजी सिडको कडून क्र. सिडको/सियुसी/1929. रेल्वे प्रकल्पासाठी हॉटेलच्या बदल्यात पर्यायी भूखंड मिळेल अशी नोटीस मिळाली त्यांनतर सिडको कार्यालयात जाऊन आमच्या कडची कागदपत्रे जमा करून पर्यायी भूखण्डाचा फॉर्म भरून दिला. त्यानंतर सिडको कार्यालयात बऱ्याच चकरा मारल्या, अधिकारी सांगत तुम्हाला पर्यांयी भूखंड भेटणार, बऱ्याच लोकांचे प्रश्न प्रलंबित आहेत. अशी उत्तरे बऱ्याच वर्ष ऐकली तीच आश्वासने घरी घेऊन येत आम्हाला सांगत तीच आश्वासने आज पर्यंत बाळगून आहोत. स्थानिक आमदार मा. गणेश नाईक साहेब यांची भेट घेतली दि. 05/10/1992 व दि. 18/02/2006 रोजी नाईक साहेबांनी सिडकोला प्रत्र दिले पण काहीही उपयोग नाही. दि. 14/12/2015 रोजी वकील राजेश तांडेल यांच्यामार्फत, सिडकोला पत्र व्यवहार केला पण काही उपयोग झाला नाही दि. 27/04/2018 रोजी माहितीचा अधिकाराचा अर्ज दाखल केला. दि. 13/05/2018 रोजी प्रथम अपील दाखल केला. दि. 16/07/2018 रोजी द्वितीय अपील दाखल केला अपील क्र. मी श्री . भानुदास जयराम भोईर कोपरीगांव, सेक्टर -२६/ ए, वाशी, नवी मुंबई, ठिकाणी राहत असून प्रकल्प ग्रस्थ स्थानिक रहिवाशी आहे. आमचे घर सन १९८२ साली सिडकोचा पूर्ण परवाना घेऊन घर बाधले आहे. घर नं.१६९३ माझ्या घरासमोरील सिडकोने संपादीत केलेली मिठागरची मोकळी जमीन आहे. सिडको संपादीत केलेल्या साडेबारा टक्केचा जमीनीवर अज्ञात लोकांनी अनाधिकृत बांधकामे केले आहे. अशा प्रकारची पूष्कळ अनाधिकृत बांधकामे आजूबाजूला झाले आहे. तसेच उरलेल्या आमच्या येण्या जाण्याच्या जागेत झोपडपट्टी माफियाना अतिक्रमण करायचे आहे. पण सिडकोने राखीव जागेचा फळक लावला आहे. पण काही समाज कंठकाकडून फळक मोडण्याचे प्रयत्न सुरु आहेत, वादळी वाऱ्यामुळे फळक मोडून पडला, अज्ञात व्यक्तीकडून फळक लमपास करण्यात आला आहे.जेणेकरून त्या जागेत अतिक्रमण करता येईल. मी विनंती करतो फळक नवीन लावण्यात यावे व मजबूत फौंडेशन करावा, अतिक्रमण करणारांशी आमचा वादविवाद व घातपात होणार नाही.जेणेकरून आमच्या येण्या जाण्याचा रस्ता मोकळा राहील.अशा या अनाधिकृत बांधकामामुळे मला व माझ्या कुटुंबाला त्रास होणार नाही. माझा अर्जाचा सहनभुती पूर्वक विचार करावा. आपल्या विश्वासू श्री. भानुदास भोईर [protected]
